I went to Renee Austin after going to a TON of other places. Eliza helped me look for dresses and really listened to what I was looking for. I explained to her the style I wanted and how I couldnt find anything that was fitting me correctly. She pulled a dress specifically for me, in a style that I had completely avoided so far in the wedding dress shopping process. And she encouraged me to just give it a try - and it ended up being the one I bought! This girl even pulled out sewing pins and adjusted the front of the dress to show me what the alterations would look like. I now work in the wedding industry and recommend Eliza and Renee Austin to anyone that asks! The customer service was amazing and I cant tell you how much I appreciate Elizas skills!(I purchased my dress + veil at Renee Austin in 2020)

I cant recommend Renee Austin enough!! I visited another bridal shop first, and considered canceling my appointment at Renee Austin because I had already found two dresses I love. I didnt think I would find another dress I loved more... But I am so, so happy I kept the appointment!Renee Austin is an adorable shop with beautiful dresses and truly provides the bridal experience, even during the pandemic (we visited in July 2020). I worked with Eliza and she was incredible. She is so kind and really listened to what I was looking for, and was even patient with me when I realized what I THOUGHT I wanted (long sleeves) wasnt going to cut it in the end.Thank you for providing an incredible experience and a gorgeous dress!

I got my dress from Renee Austin. I tried it on at the store and fell in love with it. When I picked the dress up i tried it on again in the store. This time I didn’t not like it and I could not figure out why, I just assumed I was just having an off day. I brought the dress to my moms house so it was in a safer spot and didn’t really look at it again. It wasn’t until the wedding weekend when I put it up to my bridesmaid dresses (that where pink), and I realized it was a different color than the one I tried on at the store. I looked at my contract and I didn’t notice the woman helping me put it as mauve instead of ivory. Luckily, I had another dress to wear because it basically matched the bridesmaids dresses. It was just disappointing not being able to wear your main wedding dress that cost quite a bit. Make sure you double/triple check your contract before signing it and speak up if you try it on again and it seems off.

I had in mind the style I wanted when I walked in, but the dress Mia pulled for me was a DREAM! I couldn’t believe she picked that based on my vision. She was truly amazing!! She stayed in my price range and was great with helping me during the whole process. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She continuously asked how I was feeling and what I was thinking. The salon itself is cute and small. It had a very wide selection of dresses. I would highly recommend this bridal salon to everyone.

I enjoyed trying on wedding dresses at Renee Austin, I had a really sweet consultant (although I dont remember her name!). I had to bump it down to 3 stars though because they told me that an area of concern would be able to be altered. The boning of the dress was made for someone with a lower natural waist than mine. I was immediately concerned when trying on that it was too high, poking me in the armpits and back, and I knew would be uncomfortable after more than a few minutes of wear. The stylist told me it would be no problem to alter. When I had my alterations done by their highly recommended seamstress, she told me this alteration would be too difficult and would ruin the dress. So... on my wedding day, I was in a lot of pain 2 hours in and basically just wanted to put my pajamas on. It really took the wind out of my bridal sails.I also feel like the staff was touch-and-go as far as friendliness went. I had a few appointments after purchasing the dress (pickup, fitting, and accessory shopping) and the staff working those times was much less warm than when we were actually purchasing the dress. Usually a couple young women chatting at the front desk not being super friendly.I loved the way my dress looked, and the pricing was in line with what the dress costs at other shops, but because of the misinformed advice, I hated wearing it for the duration of my wedding.I would recommend that the consultants do not advise on alterations to avoid disappointment for future clients.

If you are looking for a bridal salon that focuses on the bride look no further! Eliza took the time to truly know our daughter, listened intently, and pulled dresses that were perfect in every way! Our daughter went in with a very rough idea of what she wanted but came out with the perfect dress! Eliza has such a beautiful energy about her, is exceptional at her job, and made the entire experience fun and memorable! We cannot thank her enough!!

I had the most amazing time during my appointment at Renee Austin’s sample sale. I had been to another bridal salon the day before to get a feel for what I like, and I can’t even compare the two experiences! Even though the salon was busy, Rachel, my consultant, was attentive and fun, and made me feel like a million bucks! Even other consultants walking through the salon would compliment what I was trying on! It was such a fun and friendly atmosphere, and there was such a great variety of styles and sizes in dresses. I wish I could go shopping there all over again, and I will totally recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

I had a great time at Renee Austin Wedding! Ondrea listened to my rough ideas/description very carefully and was able to pull many dresses that I liked! I loved the selection of dresses available, even those not in my style were just beautiful. Even though I had a low budget, Ondrea was able to find floor samples for me that were in great condition and fit great too. I thought she offered the perfect assistance (despite COVID limitations!) - she helped me zip and button, clipped the dress, arranged the hem, gave space, fetched a cape for the look, asked good questions (not too many or too few, too) and gave me the perfect amount of time in each dress without rushing or dawdling. She was professional but very kind too and very easy to work with. I had been to two other stores earlier in the day so my shopping party was getting a little tired and cranky by the time we arrived, but everyone cheered up quickly and had great things to say about the experience at Renee Austin Wedding! I was able to call and email with questions and always received helpful answers quickly from all their staff. Im really happy with the dress I bought from them!! I cant emphasize enough how great Ondrea was and how she really helped me finally feel like I was shopping for a wedding dress.

To start, Eliza was fantastic. I cannot sing her praises enough. I came to Renee Austin in late 2019 looking for a wedding dress for October 2020. I wanted Zander in black by Maggie Sottero. It was the sole reason I came to Renee Austin. The shop was clean, organized and the staff was very attentive. I am knocking off one star though. If you cater to plus sized women, I wish that there would be a sample of literally any dress that would fit a plus sized woman. Not to just drape the very small dress over yourself and be told to imagine how it would look. It felt awfully silly especially considering I spent close to $2,300 for a dress that I had to pray looked good. That really killed the experience for me.

Love this store, it is easy to communicate and they are so willing to help. Eliza worked with us. She is amazing! She spent time fitting each dress and accessorizing when appropriate. Her enthusiasm and desire to help my daughter find the dress was notable. I highly recommend all brides go to Renee Austin!

HOLY WOW! Where to start: Eliza took AMAZING care of us! From the moment we walked into the store to the moment we left, the experience was excellent. Eliza sat down with me and really listened to what I wanted and where my budget was. She did a wonderful job pulling dresses that were what I was envisioning style and fit wise. I ended up getting the first dress I tried on! (We had been to two different appointments earlier in the day and I thought Id already found my dress but thankfully I was wrong!) Eliza was professional, honest and SO MUCH FUN. She had so many tricks and tips up her sleeve - she was a dress wizard! She truly made the experience so easy and my ladies raved about her after we left. This review is incredibly delayed… but better late than never, right?! First of all, I’m a Covid bride. We cancelled 2x and finally rebooked our FINAL wedding. Renee Austin was my second dress shop the first time around, and I had the BEST experience. First of all, the selection is fabulous, so many designers, styles, and sizes, and the women who work at this store are unicorns - all of them! They make you feel so welcome and beautiful, are mindful of budget and don’t push it, and they make it so fun. Fast forward 2 years from when I bought my first dress, and changing our wedding date from May to November, I decided I wanted a new dress. I went back to Renee Austin (solo) and I had the BEST time with Paige. She honestly made my day and was SO helpful!! I walked out THAT DAY with my dream dress in hand, and will be forever grateful to the team at RA, and Paige for her amazing support that day. RA is the cream of the crop when it comes to bridal stores - if you’re even hesitating scheduling an appt, don’t - just DO IT - you won’t regret it! Whether you are a bargain shopper or looking for the finest gown in Michigan... Renee Austin is where its at. Made an appointment to try on some wedding dresses. I had a very tight budget of $500. I was very upfront about my price range and wasnt super sure what I wanted in a dress. The young lady who helped me was so patient and kind. Not to mention had all kinds of ideas for me. She brought me several different dresses to try on. I fell in love with one of them, it was my dream dress! Better yet, it was just over $400! So under budget AND what I wanted. My experience was exceptional. Very nice dress shop too. So modern and clean inside. It really makes the experience better in that kind of environment.

I had THE BEST experience shopping here. I came in with mom having no expectations about what Id find for a dress - Id been feeling meh on the whole dress thing. We worked with Eliza and right from the get go, she honed in on what I like and would want to try. This place was incredible! As soon as I walked in I felt very relaxed. I worked with Mia and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I showed her a few pictures of dresses I was looking at and explained my style. She went back and grabbed 4 different dresses that were all perfect at first glance. I’m a size 6 generally, but dresses typically run small and she grabbed a size 10 (which was the size I was wearing at David’s bridal the day before). She helped fit me to each dress and each were absolutely beautiful. I ended up going with the 4th dress I tried on and even walked out of the store with the dress as it was a part of the sample sale. I mentioned how I was looking at veils too, Mia immediately went back and grabbed a PERFECT veil that still showcased the details of the back of my dress. At the end of the appointment we walked out with a dress, earrings and a veil with shoes that were ordered in.Anyone looking for a dress, I highly suggest visiting Renee Austin. The knowledge and care the staff members have is amazing. They really put care into it and listen to what you are looking for.

There was definitely no pressure to buy a dress the first day I was there, and I ended up coming back a week after my initial appointment to finally purchase my dress. Every employee that I interacted with at this store was friendly and helpful. Working with Katrina was great - she was attentive and especially helpful with ideas for minor modifications to my dress. Had a great experience searching for my wedding dress. The staff was super helpful and knowledge. I didnt know what I was looking for and my stylist kept pulling dresses that had characteristics that I liked and was eventually able to find the perfect dress for me. She did not pull anything over my budget which I appreciated.

I had such a great experience at Renee Austin. The customer service as well as quality of gowns are great. I had an appointment with Katrina and she made me feel welcome from the start. Here you feel like you are getting full attention and not just another person coming in to look for a dress. Katrina made my experience so great. She made me feel very comfortable and made shopping fun. I was very happy with the dress I chose during my appointment, and even happier with my dress on my wedding day. Overall I had a very great experience and absolutely love my dress.

I went into Renee Austin about 6 months ago and had the BEST experience. The girls there are the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness 😍. I worked with Eliza and she was absolutely incredible. I didnt even have to look at dresses, she did all the work for me (which I wasnt expecting, Im a pretty picky person and love to browse lol). Such a wonderful experience! I have to be honest, I was not looking forward to dress shopping much at all. I walked into Renee Austins and immediately felt comfortable, everyone was so kind. My now wife had already bought her dress here and had a wonderful experience, as did one of my best friends. I had an idea of my style and explained it to Andrea, who was helping me. She was wonderful. I was in and out in about an hour! My kind of shopping! Andrea was so kind, she never made me feel as though I was a different bride because my soon to be spouse was also a bride. She even went as far as to check to and see what my wifes dress looked like to make sure they were not to close in style and that they fit together! What a wonderful business and beautiful people. Elisa was the sweetest person that we could have ever worked with. She truly listened to everything I had to say and gave me ideas beyond what I could have imagined. Eliza made my day so special! I went into Renee Austin Wedding with a budget and no clue about what kind of dress I wanted. Eliza walked around the store with me pointing out dresses and picking out a few of her own that she thought I might like. Unlike some other places, she warned me about dresses that were over my budget so that I did not try them and have my heart broken. When pulling dresses that might be a little over budget (maybe by a grand or so) she would ask me first if I wanted to 1) Even see the dress 2) Try it on. When trying on the dresses she made sure to clip me tight, fluff my train, and let me see the back of the dress. Sometimes she would step away, allowing my mom and I to discuss our feelings on the dresses. Eliza was so good to me, when I wanted to go back for my 2nd appointment (to pick out my dress out of the 2 I narrowed it down too I called the store to specifically make an appointment with her. I FINALLY SAID YES TO THE DRESS! When all is said and done, they sit you down and explain the contract in detail so when you sign, you know exactly what youre agreeing to. I highly recommend Renee Austin Wedding & Eliza for a memorable experience!Disclaimer: I dont have my dress yet (as it takes time to be ordered) so I am hoping that this process and fitting goes as smooth as the first!! I LOVED Renee Austin! Katrina was so great, picked out dresses in the style I wanted, and gave honest, unbiased opinions on how I looked. She did so great. She picked out a few “wild card” dresses that I may/may not like and one of those were the one I picked! I wanted something super simple and elegant, and she did great! I would HIGHLY recommend this store. They are not pushy and truly listen to the customers. They have great insight on what works!

Out of the three bridal shops we went to in Grand Rapids, Renee Austin was far superior to the others, in selection and service. Eliza was great at picking out dresses based off my original picks and in my price range. I didnt want to spend more then $1000 on a dress and didnt have a lot of time before my wedding, and was amazed at how many options she brought me. Eliza was very welcoming to the small group that was there with me, including my brother (which another shop would not let him past the front door). Since I live out of town, they were able to ship my dress to me in Utah. Highly recommend!

Just bought my dress here a couple weeks ago and loved the experience of dress shopping here! I enjoyed that I could tell my stylist (I so wish I could remember her name now!!) what I wanted and she would go and pick dresses for me- I had gone three places before Renee Austin and picked out all the dresses I tried on, it was a nice change up in my opinion.I REALLY enjoyed that no one was pushing/pressuring/guilting me into buying a dress and that my stylist gave us some time to be alone- she wasnt sitting/standing with us the WHOLE time like at some other places. Super refreshing!I had tried on about 50-60 dresses by the time I came here. I was worried I would never find a dress but they have a wonderful selection of dresses- I think almost everyone would be able to find their dress here.We popped some bubbly once I said yes to the dress and it was just a lovely experience! Im so glad I ended up coming to Renee Austin- I will forever recommend this shop! Thank you!!

I went to three bridal salons in Grand Rapids and Renee Austin was by far the best experience. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and worked with me to find out what style of dress I wanted (because I didnt know going in). It was probably my favorite experience of wedding planning so far! I worked with both Eliza and Mia and they were both lovely and so helpful. I would go out of my way to recommend Renee Austin to everyone— for weddings, formal events, etc.

This is my first review ever online but I had to write this.Summary: Renee Austins got good selections at reasonable price, Mia is amazingly sweet and got good eyes. Go here.It was a weekday morning and they werent so busy. Mia sat down with me and asked what silhouette I liked, my budget, and timeline. She brought several fit and flares and few completely different types just so I can try them on (and know for the rest of my life my dress is the right one lol). The dresses she found for me were just under my budget and in stock so I didnt have to wait months for the designer to make to order (I had less than 4 months.) With tax and alterations considered, the dress I chose ended up being the best choice I could make.The store is clean and neat. There are a lot of dresses but not overwhelmingly where you cant even check what they look like. Wedding dresses look so different off the rack vs on you, and I am glad Mia picked out according to my requests. Other shops tried to sell me the ones over my budget and tried to push the line, hoping Id fall for that. Im happy with my choice, thank you Renee Austin Wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about Renee Austin! It was the first place I went to look at wedding dresses and it was the last! Jana who helped me was amazing! I told her what I was looking for but after trying a few, she asked me to keep an open mind and I ended up finding the most amazing dress that I would have never pulled off the rack on my own. Eliza was the best!!! She pulled dresses that I would not have thought of for myself and am amazed by her skill. She pulled several dresses that could have been the one, but finally settled on a winner. Im super petite and most consultants would do their best to clip me into large dresses, but she had serious skills of clipping me into these dresses so I could get the real effect. I had my mom and few friends with me and she made the experience amazing. My friend that was with me made an appointment with Eliza for her own wedding because she was soo good. I had the most perfect experience finding my wedding dress at Renee Austin. The shop itself is so chic and all of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel like the most important bride there. Mia was incredible and understood my vision I think better than I did. She nailed it! I ended up buying the first dress I tried on which was one Mia hand selected for me based on what I told her I liked. I knew as soon as I tried it on it was THE dress. Most importantly, it was within my budget! They have a beautiful selection of dresses to fit all types of budgets and are more than willing to work with you to find you something you love and are comfortable with. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Renee Austin was my first (and only) stop in my search for the dress. I would start this out by saying Im not the typical bride. Ive never been someone whos really into weddings, but my dress was really important to me. I was able to book my appointment online for the upcoming weekend bright and early on Saturday. The store itself is so cute and chic. Its got such a unique, personal style which was really refreshing and something I really valued in my experience. There were plenty of dresses, but it wasnt overwhelming. They have a great selection of styles that would suit any bride. The woman who helped me was an absolute gem. I would not have found my dress without her. She helped me into every dress, and offered excellent advice along the way. She (and the rest of the staff) really provided the personal touch that is missing at larger bridal stores. I ultimately ended up trying on close to 15 dresses, but it was lucky #3 that I just couldnt get out of my mind. I had such a great experience at Renee Austin, I felt cared for and attended to the entire morning! It was everything I was looking for, I cant wait to pick up my dress!

From the moment I walked it the store I had an amazing experience. The staff was warm and welcoming (especially on a VERY COLD winter day). As soon as I walked in I was greeted by my consultant who took me back to the bridal area, we talked about what I was looking for and got started. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses and what they had. She wasnt pushy like other consultants I had before. I was able to find my PERFECT dress and couldnt have asked for a better experience!!! The owner and all the consultants helped make it a very memorable day. Any bride looking for a great place with friendly staff and awesome atmosphere I highly recommend!

The experience was awful. The associate helping me did not help me get into dresses, she stood watching me struggle while i got into it. The dresses were too small for my top half and had me walk out to show my fiance and daughter with the tops of dresses literally falling off completely unzipped. She did not put fabric in or help to hold it closed in anyway at all. At other shops the associates have helped me into dresses and put fabric swatch to cover my body where it didnt zip and put plastic clips to help close it to at least get an idea of what the dress looks like. I was so embarrassed walking out back fully exposed and dress hanging off me while i tried holding it up so that my breasts were not exposed to the store. It was by far the worst experience of my dress shopping days. I left before even giving any of the dresses a real chance because of the experience. I cried when i left and was discouraged to continue shopping. Luckily i found an amazing store with experienced employees and bought my perfect dress and left feeling beautiful as any bride surely deserves. The dress selection was scarce as well. My budget was $10,000 and had a specific style in mind and the employee showed me dresses that was nowhere near what i described. Would never recommend this store.

Emily totally understood my vision, and even recommended other styles that she thought would look good. She was very professional, non-pushy, and overall just a joy to work with. She even ordered a dress that she thought I would like to try - and it ended up being the winner! Dont waste time going elsewhere - these girls are FANTASTIC!

Renee Austin was a wonderful wedding gown shopping experience. My consultant, Jena, was attentive, personal, and professional. She was very helpful in the dressing room, and made me feel extremely comfortable while changing. She also listened to what I wanted and pulled dresses that were very close to my style, and educated me as to how the dresses could be altered to match my wedding gown dream! Renee Austin was the best experience. First, the shop is SO BEAUTIFUL, clean and dresses galore.Secondly, shopping to me can be so stressful and the consultants went above and beyond to make sure I was always happy and comfortable. My girl was so knowledgeable and insightful and really took her time to show me all options. She offered me options to help compliment my figure, and as they weren’t ‘my’ initial choice, I ended up LOVING them! I’ve gone to so many other bridal shops and I’ve always felt pressured or that they weren’t listening and or helpful- this was the opposite feeling I got at RA.Lastly, it’s a one stop shop. Bridesmaids, mother of the bride, alterations, veils, jewelry, shoes shoes and did I say gorgeous shoes!? For me the convenience and being able to see the “complete” look is so ideal.

My daughter and I drove in from out of town to go wedding dress shopping. We had heard about Renée Austin, but could not believe our eyes! We were lucky enough to have the owner Maggie help us for the day. Every one of our needs, concerns and wishes were met. At one point Maggie had To step away for a moment, and another staff member Jana immediately jumped in to assist. I had no intention of buying my mother of the bride dress that day, but after seeing the beautiful gowns in the back, I asked if I could try some on and ended up walking out with two! (I can always wear one to a black tie event!).This is such a wonderful time in the my daughters life and we were so happy we could find the perfect dresses that would add to our special event. At every appointment, it was if the staff was just as excited for the big day and even told us to send them pictures. Thank you Renee Austin for making this such a fun and memorable experience! I cant wait for my younger two daughters to get engaged so that I can bring them back to the store !

I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience at Renee Austin! I had booked my appointment in advance so I had an allotted time slot but never felt rushed. My consultant, Jana, was amazing. She listened to my vision but also recommended other dresses that would look good on my body. One other thing I really liked was that the consultants attention was solely on me during my appointment. She wasnt checking people out at the register or helping other brides at the same time (which I had happen at another salon).When it came down to making the dress decision, I couldnt decide without trying on one more that was at another store. Jana understood and never pressured me into buying the dress right then as some consultants will. So, my group and I drove to the other store, tried on one more dress, and headed straight back to Renee Austin to buy the gown that I fell in love with. Jana welcomed us back and had me try on my dress one more time to take pictures. She even stayed a little late to accommodate us coming back. I cannot say enough about my experience I had at Renee Austin. I know not everyone will find their dream dress there but its definitely worth making an appointment. You wont be disappointed with the service!

The women in my family have use both their wedding and occasion shops to find wonderful Exquisite dresses. Theyve always had success in finding something both beautiful and unique. BRIDES, COME HERE FIRST! Best experience I have had since I began planning. They are excellent to work with. I tried a couple other dress shops before Renee Austin (RA) and was beginning to get a little discouraged. I did not feel as pretty as I thought I should. I made an appointment at RA and that all changed! I am not even exaggerating. Give them a price point, tell them what you are looking for, show pictures, and they will bring out all sorts of beautiful gowns that fit your needs. If you feel uneasy about what the gown will look like after it is altered, they clip it in just the right spots, giving you a very clear picture of what it will look like on your wedding day. The manager is such an amazing woman, their staff is so helpful and involved, Eliza (sp?) was the sweet girl who helped me. Highly recommend!

This is the best store I have ever shopped in for a dress. Within minutes the staff had found the perfect dress for me. They are wonderful to work with and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I am disgusted by the service I received here. I along with three other bridesmaids got our dresses here and it took about four months to even get our dresses. Not to mention I was never measured properly and the dress was too small when it came in. The other bridesmaids had the same issue, which is not a coincidence. Then I had to take it to an alteration place that was able to make it a little bigger but it still never fit right. The staff was rude and disregarded my complaints about how the dress fit stating that there was nothing wrong with the dress and that it looked great on me even though I couldnt even zip the dress up. Honestly, I feel they just wanted to make a sale and knew the dress looked terrible even though I was continuously told it looked wonderful. When I took the dress to get alterations, the staff there couldnt believe I was told it looked good when it was obvious to anyone that the dress was way too small. Due to the design of the dress and how it was fitted, the alteration place was only able to make it a little bigger and I had to wear a dress that was too small. I hope everyone thinks twice before going here. My complaints were never taken seriously and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I seriously wouldnt put it past them to write good reviews about themselves because its hard to believe anyone would be treated well here. I ended up paying over two hundred dollars for a ugly dress that didnt even fit after alterations.

The wedding dresses here are beautiful, but I felt like I walked into a Whites Only store. The people who work here judge you when you walk through the door and need to work on there communicate skills. The customers are not any different (see people of different color and hide there bags or make comments about race). I waited at least 10 minutes to get someone to acknowledge I was there at the reception desk waiting for someone despite five workers within view of me. Not the kind of place to just walk in to and you will get a snotty attitude if you do. If you ask questions they make it seem like its a burden. They only accept a certain amount of walk ins. The girl who worked the bridesmaids dresses was wonderful and very helpful though. I will not be coming back because I refuse to go to an establishment with that kind of agenda.

I just recently purchased my wedding gown from Renee Austin. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted at my first appointment but after trying on a few dresses I wasnt sure. Emily was my consultant and she was patient, kind and so easy to work with. I didnt end up finding my dress during that appointment. I went back by myself and had Emily again, she suggested a dress they had on loan and I fell IN LOVE! It was the one. Even though I was alone, I really wasnt with her by my side. I purchased the dress and they had no problem accommodating me to bring my mother and future mother-in-law back right before they closed to try the dress on for them. Highly recommend RA for your dress shopping experience. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff and adorable location!!

This place is amazing, not only are the consultants incredibly helpful and kind but they have the perfect amount of dresses and theres no way you could walk out of there not finding one for you! My daughters and I stumbled upon the boutique by accident and we stopped in without an appointment the day after Christmas. Jana who I believe is the manager and also a bridal consultant, had another client appointment when we arrived. Generally they were very nice and helpful. However, the store associate who helped me order my dress practically insisted that I go two sizes up, despite my objections, and my dress ended up being too big. Now that Im receiving my wedding photos back, I see that my dress has extra bunched up fabric around my midsection in every photo. Very upsetting.
