I LOVE THIS PLACE. They were great. I tell everyone to go here. Theresa was the best. I also liked how they had me try on all different kinds of dresses and listened to what I liked and didn’t like. 6 dresses in and I said yes to the dress! I also brought my bridesmaids back here and they let us go through all the dresses and try them on and have the back room to ourselves which was really nice. Thank you Bianka Bridal 💛

I cannot say enough good things about Bianka Bridal! This was the first and only place that I shopped for my wedding dress. The stylist I worked with was absolutly amazing. She knew exactly what I was going for by the second dress I tried on and was so patient with me through the entire process. She never forced me to try on anything I didn’t love on the hanger and stuck to my budget which I was so appreciative of! Once I knew I had my dress I didn’t feel the need to shop anywhere else because I knew it was the one. My bridesmaids also got their dresses through Bianka and I had the same amazing experience. Their communication through the ordering process for both my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses was incredible. They have been updating me every step of the way. My wedding is April 25, 2020 and I am currently going through alterations with their recommended seamstress who again has been incredible! I would recommended Bianka over and over again to anyone looking for bridal attire! Thank you so much Bianka team, I cannot wait to be a Bianka Bride on my big day!

Absolutely loved my experience at BIANKA Bridal! Amber was so helpful and really listened to what I liked and didnt like, but also pushed me to try on some gowns outside of my comfort zone. My entourage was a little big and when she could tell I was overwhelmed, we went into a different room for me to quick try a dress on on my own so I wouldnt feel swayed by any initial reactions. I am so happy I purchased my dress here and cannot wait to pick it up in a month!

Amazing bridal store. Lots of variety’s of dresses for every bride. Friendly in every way & helped me pick the perfect headpiece for my wedding day. I got it for a GREAT deal & loved it so much. Super clean, well maintained & such a beautiful store. They really care about their customers & really focused on my vision (the bride) & never made me feel bad in any way. Highly recommended to any special bride!!!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a lot of dresses within my price range. ($1,000-$1,500). I would have loved to be a Hayley Paige bride but that was not in the cards for me. The owner was mindful of my budget and talked me down from trying on a few dresses that were well over what I wanted to spend while finding alternatives that were within my price range. I did not end up purchasing my dress from Bianka but the service I received there was great. They allowed me to spend a lot of time in each dress to really get a feel for it as well as let me look through them myself when I asked.

This was the first and only bridal salon I went to and loved my experience! I made an appointment as an indecisive bride just looking to see which silhouettes I liked and left with a gorgeous dress. Lizzie was an awesome stylist and easy to work with through the entire ordering and pickup process. She listens to feedback and each dress I tried on got progressively better and better. I live out of state and had no issues with coordinating a first look and pick up around the holidays.

The dresses at Bianka Bridal are beautiful and of high quality! It didnt take long for me to find my dream dress! It was great that my mom and I were able to have our own room for me to try on dresses. It was a very relaxed and easy experience.

I recently went here to search for my wedding gown. I went to a couple other places in search of my wedding dress before I went to Bianka Bridal and Bianka Bridal was BY FAR the BEST place I went too! Not only did I find THE DRESS, but the service and experience was amazing! These girls made me feel so comfortable and did not struggle to find my dress size and knew exactly what I wanted! Literally the very FIRST dress they gave me to try on was THE ONE! I instantly fell in love with the dress, I had tried on so many wedding dresses over the months of searching and it just so happened that the very first dress I tried on here was it! I will never forget the experience I had or the feeling you get when you finally find THE ONE! On top of all that, my appointment time accidentally got switched but they had no problem getting me in anyways! Such great staff, such a cute place, and such a great experience! Bianka provided an excellent experience for finding my wedding dress. The staff was so helpful and the dresses they selected for me were very much my taste. I wasnt sure what I wanted and I ended up going with the second dress I tried on!I loved the interior of the store with the chandeliers and beautiful seating for friends and family to gather round while you shop. Would recommend to a friend!

I have had an awesome experience with Bianka Bridal. First of all, after shopping in NUMEROUS bridal shops, Bianka was BY FAR the most personal and private experience. The boutique itself is adorable and you arent surrounded by random brides while you are trying on your dress. The next thing I noticed is the QUALITY of dresses and designers that they carry is SO much better than everywhere else I went-and trust me, lol, I shopped around before finding this boutique 😆🙄Teresa and her staff have been overly helpful and accommodating. I am not a girl to just try on a dress and instantly say yes. I tried on several without ever feeling rushed at all. As a matter of fact, I came back a second time to try on dresses in front of a few more family members and employees even stayed late to accommodate my needs. The girls who worked there were also wonderful in helping me to make such a big decision. They would compliment things that they liked and made me feel great about myself even though I am extremely self conscious about my size.I would definitely recommended Bianka Bridal to any brides that I know. I would not even bother looking at other places like I did-I totally wasted my time shopping anywhere else.

It is coming up on 2 years since my son in law asked me for my blessing to marry my daughter. As a father of 3 girls, and as a man, I really didnt have much knowledge of where to go or what to do, and thought I would try Bianka. I called Maria and was assured that my daughter would be taken great care of. She went in and while under great pressure of dealing with the 1,947 details that go into making the perfect day, she was handled with grace and love. The staff there did a great job of finding the perfect dress at the perfect price for the perfect day. As a father, knowing that this portion of the wedding was in professional hands, made all the difference in the world. I give them a five star rating, only because ten is not an option.

I ended up purchasing my wedding dress at Bianka. I was hesitant to buy a dress that was a little outside my budget, but the staff reassured me that alteration costs would be low because they would be ordering the dress in my size. I waited five months after ordering the dress to call on when they would be getting my dress in - it turns out it had been ready to ship to their store, but they hadnt yet shipped it. Weeks later when I still didnt have my dress, I called the store and they told me that it had been sitting there waiting for me. I had never gotten any calls and wonder how long I would have had to wait to pick it up. When I came into the store to try on my dress that was supposedly in my size, it was HUGE. I had the staff re-measure me to prove that my size hadnt changed a bit and that they ordered the wrong size. They were very non-sympathetic and said there was nothing they could do and I needed to just get it altered. EVERY SINGLE SEAM ended up needing to be taken in and I spent a fortune in alterations costs. The seamstress told me she hears that a lot from Bianka brides. I would not recommend the customer service at Bianka. They dont care for their brides and arent worth the higher prices youll pay there.

I had a wonderful experience at Bianka Bridal! From the moment you walk through the doors you feel like a royalty. The entire selection of dresses is gorgeous and they have something for each and every style. Even though I went in knowing pretty much which dress I wanted, my consultant did a wonderful job of pulling other beautiful dresses to try. All in all, I loved my time at Bianka Bridal and would recommend it to any bride looking for a great experience and a stunning dress!

Going to BIANKA, finding the perfect dress and also a perfect group of women was by far my best choice so far in my year of being engaged. Their dress selection alone makes them worth the appointment but the care they put into seeing you look your best and FEEL your best is amazing. I only hope I can find reasons to keep visiting them once my wedding is over.

This place was amazing! Such a great selection of dresses for every budget (Mine was a $1,000-$2,000 budget). The dresses I tried on were gorgeous and the staff was great! Such a cute salon. Definitely recommend it!

My future sister in law and I had the best time at Bianka bridal! Ashley helped me find/ decide on my dream dress (I still have to buy it) and even helped my sister to be narrow down what she wants to wear (shes getting married next year as well). It was a great experience for both of us :)

What a wonderful experience. I chose Bianka for my first bridal gown outing. And WOW was I impressed. The girls there are so wonderful. The gowns are amazing. Definitely recommended for a private upscale experience. Just note that their gowns are a little more pricey that other shops in town.

Love love love this boutique! Literally the best bridal salon in west Michigan. The decor is impeccable and the staff is absolutely outstanding. I bought my dress here Nicole Spose and recommend this boutique to all future west Michigan brides.

The staff were all great! Very helpful! Their dresses are amazing and when I compared prices for the same dresses online, I found their prices were the least expensive. I also really appreciated that the staff all had different perspectives to share with me, but I never got the feeling anyone was forcing anything on me. Truly excellent experience.

Im writing not as a bride, but however on behalf of 2 friends whom were both there for appointments back-to-back. One friend whom Im so pleased to say found the dress of her dreams there, they had an excellent selection. However, she will not be purchasing the dress from them because of the service we received. When we arrived there was no one to greet us for several minutes, and when someone did come out they were not ready for either appointments and seemed to not know why we were there. We found all staff to be cold and not overly welcoming or excited to have us all there. No one bothered to ask either bride about budget or what they were looking for. They got them dressed in what looked like a small dark closet. As the appointments went on we learned that they were every knowledgeable about the designers, however did not treat any of the merchandise carefully. They were also gathered around eating ice cream during our appointments. We just did not feel excited or welcome at all.

Biankas made my daughter feel like a celebrity! From the moment I walked in the door to check the place out I was overwhelmed by the Decor of the shop, the beauty of the dresses and the helpfulness of the staff.Walk-ins are welcome, the dress selection is great, the samples to try on are sized for real people (not stick figures), the prices are reasonable, they will work with a payment plan, they have a seamstress that they recommend for alterations that can meet with you there or on the SE side, the shop is Gorgeous!, and the staff is friendly and helpful.Biankas should be the first place you go when looking for wedding dresses! It was ours, my daughter found her dress of her dreams! (plus it was under budget and fit her perfectly so not alterations needed!) Happy Bride and very Happy Momma!!

I absolutely love the dress I found here! I went to several different stores and nothing fit my body type (I am 510). Being an older bride (late 30s) I wanted something that looked more mature. They brought out styles and designers that were different than what I was originally interested in and they fit perfectly. I was very intimidated by the idea of dress shopping and was getting doubtful I would find anything that fit right. They knew what designers would work for my body and were willing to take the time to help me through i. I spent a little more than I wanted to $2k but it didnt feel as though the dresses were any more expensive that any other shop I visited!

I cannot give Rosy and the rest of the staff at BIANKA enough praise. I drove 3.5 hours and my experience was worth every mile. Rosy had an entire rack full of dresses tailored to my style and her knowledge behind each designer was incredible. As soon as I said yes to my dress they brought us out Rosé to celebrate and NEVER made me feel rushed. Upon ordering Rosy made custom requests to the designer tailoring to my every need. I am so thrilled with my experience here and cannot recommend them enough! Thank you ladies!!!

It is a very beautiful shop. Our appointment was at 1pm and our consultant was awesome!! It was my daughters first time trying on wedding gowns for her wedding and she said yes to her dress!!

I cant say enough good things about my experience at Bianka Bridal. I wasnt sure what to expect because it was my first time going wedding dress shopping. Aleisha was amazing, and I cant thank her and everyone else at Bianka for helping make finding my dress the best experience I could have asked for.

The experience my mother and I had at BIANKA Bridal was nothing short of horrible. The staff was incredibly snotty and rude. The young women working ignored us and treating us like we were invisible while they pampered the other woman who was shopping in the store. My mother and I got so fed up that we left within 10 minutes of being there. Awful service, awful staff, awful feeling when shopping for the dress of my dreams. I recommend this bridal shop to no one and will be calling the manager to inform them the customer service was the worst that I have ever experienced anywhere.l

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR A DRESS! The new owner and manager Teresa is horrible. They ruined the excitement of getting my dress with the horrible service. I was told my dress was ready to ship and takes 2 days to be delivered. When I didn’t hear from the store I called and Teresa had forgotten to release it to ship. This happened 3 more times! I finally got my dress just 1 month before my wedding. I told them when I would be in to pick it up and they had forgotten to steam it for me. The experience was stressful and frustrating and should have been an exciting part of wedding planning.

Pretty shocked, and saddened after ready some pretty good reviews I just contacted the store to inquire about availability / appointments etc.. And much to my dismay I was told they only allow appointments, for next Friday they only have their 11a spot open.. Heres where it gets....odd, & well, Ill let you decide. ... Their hours are from 11-6. Their appointments are 90m each and their last appointment is at 4p. Therefore there are 4 time slots per diem.. I asked if its bc inventory / selection is low...no! She says there are 375 dresses to choose from. (ok! Soo why such a limited amount of purchasers allowed!?!) Furthermore, I asked if they only did one appointment at a time as she said two people were there (in her earlier mentioning of appointments only, busy season, blah blah blah is quite frankly all I heard), and no. Much to my surprise one is w the appointments and one must be out front at all times Uhhmmm but you dont allow walk-ins. ..AaaAnd you only allow 4 brides per day scheduled ahead of time, and clearly way ahead as today is 9 days before my visit and their booked... guess I can only hope my name on the list gets called *IF* theres a cancelation, yay. Smh. Highly disappointed all the way around.

Ive been in for many bridal and bridesmaids shopping and fitting sessions. In fact Ive been to this store once before and had an amazing consultant. This time was not the case. All three women were cold and busy with their Apple watches. My sisters and I got dresses out, zipped up and clamped ourselves. At one point I needed help zipping up and our girl was texting while giving us advice that a certain dress would not look good on. The experience left us all frustrated, I hope the managers find better consultants who actually want to sell their products.

EXTREMELY RUDE. Went with my best friend to find the dress of her dreams and all employees were very pretentious. Made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Not to mention the fact that they don’t allow you to look at the dresses yourself but rather bring you a bunch of dresses that may or may not even fit expressed preferences...Very counterintuitive.

Bianka Bridal is by far the BEST place to purchase your gown in the state of Michigan. Their dresses are absolutely gorgeous and their selection in unparalleled. I wouldnt recommend purchasing your gown anywhere else! Plus, have you seen photos of the store? #ToDieFor

By far the best bridal shop in Grand Rapids. Besides a wonderful collection of bridal gowns at affordable prices, Bianka Bridal is a gorgeous boutique with super friendly and helpful staff. Ive been looking everywhere for the perfect dress and I finally found it here. Katia helped during my first appointment and at my second visit Maria helped me with everything I needed. Communicating with them was super easy and Katia replied to all my e-mail within hours.If youre looking for more than just a dress and you want a beautiful experience for such a wonderful moment in your life, Bianka Bridal is the place to go. :)

Bianna bridal is such an awful place to make business with. Over priced, not helpful at all. Don’t waste your time here, go somewhere else.

Staff made a crucial error in mixing up bridesmaid dresses. Dresses were given to the wrong bridesmaids, one who lives out of the state. I want to mention that our bridal party spent $2,000 total here. The only accommodation the owner, Theresa, was able to offer was to pay for the shipment of the dresses (insistent she would only offer a maximum of a $7 refund on shipping). With the wedding weeks away, it has left myself and the other bridesmaid scrambling to switch the dresses in person, not trusting the post office, and finding someone who will do alterations in time.During the appointment when we tried on dresses we were not offered any refreshments (while the people in the front room were), we had to get each other in and out of the dresses, clip ourselves, with no help from the consultant and the measurements were taken in front of everyone (which was very uncomfortable to me).I would never recommend BIANKA bridal to anyone I love and care about and would caution you before spending any money here.

Im just postng to a very disturbing situation going on for 18 months with Biankas Bridal Grand Rspids, Mi. Our daughter passed away from a tragic accident and was unable to try on the new, unopened, unpacked bridal gown from Biankas Bridal and after Several phone calls, messages with 3 different women, we still have an unresolved reasonable refund. As a 33 yr veteran of retail stores, I asked if the dress could be put in stock and sold and was told that I didnt understand and that they only had uppity, savy, couture customets and that the sale of any such dress would not be possible. The lack of compassion, empathy and professionalism astounded us, as we would have given a full refund within the confides of a horrible death to any family. The caterer, jeweler,venue, florist, cake/baker and printers all refunded all needs without any questions or death certificate. I wish no harm to Biankas but pray they can find empathy in their hearts and rethink their wallets!!. This family has need through enough

I am giving you 3/5 for many reasons. One, I did find the dress of my dreams there, and the seamstress was very sweet, so that is the only reason youre getting 3. But I cannot express how rude and stand offish the staff was, especially the owner. I went in multiple times, almost 3 hours away, and spent over 3 thousand dollars there, and I hear they bring out Rosè to people who purchased their dress there? What, is 3.5k not enough for you to bring it out? Im not mad I didnt get any, its just the inconsistency and thought that goes behind it. Also, I was looking for belts to add to my dress, they only brought out 3 different ones, all over 700$. I asked if they had more, they said no. So I went back to my dressing room and on my way found a whole different rack of belts that were under 500$, and ended up finding one. Also, I was in my final fitting, and there was the owner chomping on her salad and just watching me as I was trying on my dress. Did not say a word. Not only was eating in front of us unprofessional, but not saying a word to me felt very judgemental. You have a great selection of dresses, but professionalism needs to be worked on.

I am not a bride posting a review, only a bridesmaid who accompanied the bride several times for picking the dress as well as fittings.Bianka bridal is an absolutely beautiful store with a great location and an amazing selection of dresses. They have various designers with so many different gorgeous dresses to choose from. Their arrangement for brides and their parties to sit in is also very nicely done.You’ve probably read my friends review as it is the one that details the issue with the famous bow. While to many it may seem like “wow it’s a stupid bow, just get over it”, it’s SO much more than that. The issue here is that when the bride had requested the bow removable and agreed to pay an extra price to have it removeable, the shop treated her like she was incompetent and gave her a random bow from a different dress. A bow that clearly wasn’t part of the dress. I’m mostly disappointed with Allyson, the consultant. When I had asked at the first fitting if this is normal for it to be lopsided, she says that it is and it the tailor will make it work. My issue is that she kept insisting that the bow will look normal. Everyone knows by now that Katia is a terrible person so no need to put her on blast. My issues are with Allyson who openly lied to us and manipulated us to feel that the bow was correct. I feel that we were treated like we were stupid and didn’t know better. The other issues, which you can read in her review, include the shop lying to her about the ability to alter the dress, ordering wrong material, and being overall unpleasant. In the end of the day, a girl should only be buying one wedding dress in her life. Buying the dress should be an incredibly exciting experience, not a stressful one. A bride should trust that the shop is handling their special day with care. Unfortunately, at Bianka bridal you CANT trust that. The bride was able to get a BEAUTIFUL dress that made her look even more stunning than she already is.Ultimately, my issue is that they treated us like we were stupid and didn’t know any better. Everyone, including the consultants, knowingly lied to us about the dress and were unpleasant. However, I will give credit to the new one Thereasea who did offer the bride a good deal when all this went down.Thankfully, the brides aunt is a GENUIS when it comes to altering and made a bow that is better than any bow in that shop. Seriously this woman is a freaking god when it comes to creating anything.

Bianka was my first wedding dress shopping experience. I felt very very uncomfortable. Katia was helping me and she barely said two words the entire time. I was not in love with any of the dresses but liked one. She made me feel pressured into buying it. When I came back to pick up my dress I expressed my concerns about the fit. In the first appt I expressed how I liked the way the dress was tight and form fitting. I knew it was a size too small but Katìa never mentioned that the dress is actually supposed to just drape and that once my size comes in, the one thing I really loved about the dress would go away. When I expressed this to the girls at my fitting I was ignored and just told it would all work out. I called back a few days later only to have Katìa say extremely rude things to me. I was nothing but kind through the entire process and just wanted to be done with the shop. I ended up having a full day of dress shopping thanks to my mom who wanted me to have the experience most brides have and I did! It was wonderful and I found the dress of my dreams thanks to a wonderful staff at The Gown Shop in Ann Arbor. While wedding planning I had several companies who have worked with them also tell me stories about how rude they are and how they really dislike working with Bianka. There are so many amazing shops that deserve business... They do not!

I really enjoyed shopping here. I got a personalized experiance with some very patient and helpful women working here.I had a much lower budget than what they had available (magnificent selection nonetheless) but it was a lovely experiance and everything else i experiaced fell short of the personalized experiance i recieved here.They get 4/5 stars because of the prices, i think the lowest i looked at was $700.
