My experience always been great with the son always greeting you when you walk in and when you leave, had what I needed when I shop there. Im sad that theyre closing in some months.

The employee helped me find a replacement blade for my trimmers, but I had to use a newer model that was compatible. Very nice and polite staff

This beauty supply store been here serving the community for decades Im 32 and remember as a kid under 5 going to this store for hair products for me and now Im 32 they are still standing I love Ojs ❤😘

My experience was awful today The Lady Treated me As if I was A Thief as if I was going to Steal 5 packs of One Dollar Braiding her from out her old fashion over priced Beauty supply Store ....LoL... smh as I put the hair on the counter I asked if she had any Rubber Bands ..and hair Beads..She says Yes Behind you ..So I look Behind Me An I see them so I grab a pack of both ...by the time I Turn around the hair is already bagged up I put the rubber bands and hair beads on the counter while she stands there eyeing me down holding the bag with both hands behind the counter as if I was going to snatch the Bag with 5packs of Dollar Hair in it smh while still holding the bag behind the counter she use one hand to add the rubber bands and beads up ..mean while Ive gotten my money out my purse counting out the total amount for my purchase shes still holding my bag behind the counter I had to hand her my money before she put my bag on the counter Iv never Been through anything like that in my life I even let her keep the change since she Felt as if I was gone run off with 5 dollars worth of Hair being a honest costumer that I Truly Am Thats The WORST Feeling ever ...Im never Going back there Again!!!!!!!!!
