Not very friendly.I want to add there is a lot of products that you can direct from the seller. The actual brands, and they give shipping discounts and even discounts. With great customer service. They even have those brands advertised, so a simple google will save you from being treated poorly by them.

I called VNT Nail supply to order supplies. The Lady whose name is Vân. She was very nice, honest and friendly. She helped me figure out what I needed. The prices are cheaper compared to Amazon or EBay. I tried hard to find gloves and masks with decent prices while the pandemic is occurring, but this company has a lot in stock. I ordered 40 boxes of gloves. Only $4.50 a box, with 100 pieces per box.I am very happy with the service and the prices. I will definitely order again, and I recommend shopping here.Thank you😍!

Went here with my mom a few times and got 50-60$ worth of stuff last time we went they were very rude and said she couldn’t buy anything unless she was a licensed nail tech. But it was never a problem before and there is nothing saying this anywhere!! (Do Not Recommend).

So I have been with them for the last 4 years and have been a great loyal customer,so recently the past 2 times they charged shipping fee,the first time I asked they said it’s flammable products ok I guess it,and this time there was non flammable products and they charged me 75 dollars,what the heck????so what you post on your website that any order over 200 dollars will get free shipping?mine was 435 dollars,and how is that ok with 75 dollars shipping fee?bunch of rip off,you lost a great customer,I will find the new suppliers that are more honest than this place,I am so disappointed!!!!

They have a great selection!! A little crowded with merchandise but they have a wide variety of different colors, nail polishes, and everthing nails!

Terrible service ! Terrible people!

I have always went to their store before they moved to this location, I have bought so much stuff from them. But they are so rude and treat customers bad. Everytime I come in to that store they stare and follow you around the whole store, the old bald headed lady watched you so much and stands in the aisle. She kept making signs for us to leave. Worst store to go to for any nail supplies, they also over charge everything if it has no price tag. You can show them a produce with a price tag and get one with no price tag and they will charge you more for it. Never going back there. I wish I could give them 0 stars or even negative stars. Horrible store and horrible people.

Ordered pedicure supplies 4/10/13 never received tracking number. called on 4/15/13 to see status of our order, first he could not pull up our order because his sister wasnt in and she had the user name and password and claimed that he only works there. Then asked what we ordered so he could look for our invoice. they had nothing except for 2 things in stock and claimed they wouldnt charge us and ship our order. He then claimed he thinks his sister called the salon and couldnt get a hold of us. NEVER received a phone call and no number on our caller ID. Horrible customer service!!!!!! We needed our order by this today. Now we have to take our business somewhere else. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!

So Ive been going to this store like 3years. I go like once or twice a year. I only grab like 2 or 3 items. Ive never had a problem good ppl and a clean store. But today i went allllll the way to this store i drove an hour. I walk in there and they ask me do i have a license im like no. They put me out said i cant buy because i dont have a license. He stated its on there policy. Ok but its not on your webpage your fb or anywhere on nor in your building. Very rude and liars.

Terrible. Nothing has a price everytime i go they quote me a different price. Rude. Messy.I felt rushed and that my questions fell on annoyed ears.
