Friendly staff asked for help got two employees to help was ablr.to try on untis before i.bought. fair pricing and they made sure I had all I need to do home install.

Zoe Beauty Supply has a great selection of products and even better customer service. I go out of my way to get products from here! They also have a rewards program that other stores dont have that gives you great deals.

I love the wonderful customer service. They take the time to explain and show you where things are without getting frustrated or walking away really quick. I appreciate the rewards program they have, it makes a difference when you get perks from spending and being a loyal customer.

Worst customer service Ive ever had in this store. Lines were long as and there was NO help to find anything. When I finally got the employees attention and asked for a product they have carried for years, she looked at me as if I had a third eye.I am DONE with this place as I had gone in the previous week and purchased some hair that was supposed to be 100% human and it wouldnt even curl or bend.Save time and money go to CJS down the road.
