I had a great experience when I brought in my car. They were able to get it fixed and let me know there is another issue but did not press me to fix it, in fact unlike a lot of places, they let me know it could wait since I could not afford to fix it as well. They were also able to get my car done sooner than I was originally told.

These guys are great! Were able to help me in a difficult situation, had the problem identified quickly and the repair was perfect. They were willing to show me what they had done, as I was curious. The price was very affordable. I would highly recommend them!

Fast, friendly, thorough; and extremely reasonable prices.This place is my new go to for anything related to cars. They were able to fix my car after towing it there due to a broken main... something. It was an electrical component, and they explained it very thoroughly but also in an easy to understand way (I just forgot what it was called, haha). Andy kept in touch with regular check ins daily, and they had such a sense of urgency despite that I told them there wasn’t a rush on it.The prices were beyond reasonable, I think I added on an oil change for 27 and new wiper blades for 16. I almost felt bad because it seemed so cheap compared to what I was used to.Anyways. I can’t recommend them enough!!

The quality of repairs has gone extremely downhill here and I am furious with work that Andy has been doing as of late. Yesterday I had the struts replaced on my Ford Focus. I was told that the ABS light was coming on before he started the work which was not true. I was told to take it somewhere else to have that fixed because they dont do that kind of work? Andy then tells me he quit his job 20 minutes ago at the shop. WTH?!?!?Today I took it to another mechanic and found out Andy had damaged a sensor and a wire and now I have to pay another $330 out of my pocket for repairs related to his fraudulent installation of my struts. This is on top of other issues I should have brought up with this work in the past year but I let go. A very big mistake on my part. I will not be contacting Cascade Hills regarding this matter, I will be contacting a lawyer.

Fantastic, quick service at an amazing price! Communication was also great; theyre available by phone and email (which they responded to very quickly!). Theyll tell you the exact price (including tax) up front, and if they find anything additional during inspection they create a list of what NEEDS to be done versus what could be done. They also give reasons for the distinction between needs and coulds, and give prices for those things up front as well. All together, I got three things fixed on my car for about $150 cheaper than I would have paid for just the one at another mechanic. I will definitely be coming back should my car ever have issues again!

Tested out a car we were considering purchasing. Always friendly, professional, knowledgable, honest and dependable. We have been taking cars for repairs, oil changes, inspections there for over 20 years. Appointments wise because they are always busy. Tow service available also.

Honest work. I had to get my car towed here because my regular mechanic was too far to be covered by my insurance. I’m glad this is where I was told to go. They took care of my vehicle within 48 hours, they were price fair and did quality work. I would recommend if you’re in the area.

I started having issues as I was driving into grand rapids from Detroit. This shop was conveniently located right by my hotel so I was able to drop my car off and walk back while I waited. Andy was able to squeeze me in, and replaced an 02 sensor on my 20 year old car. He was extremely understanding of the situation and didnt take advantage of me as he easily could have! I have been to Cascade Hill Auto a couple times now! The 1st experience was awesome. They repaired a noise in my brakes that I questions w/other mechanics never was resolved until I found Cascade Hill. I was pleased w/price & outcome! I returned for a repair I was quoted over $500, Cascade Hill repaired just over $300. I appreciate an honest mechanic & will return again just hope not soon lol. Highly recommend!Our car broke down leaving Michigan Adventures and we had it towed to Cascade Auto, leaving it there at 1am in the morning.I talked to them in the morning and they quickly took a look at it. It was the alternator and they thought it be done by noon. By 10:30 they call me to tell me the car was done! The price was very reasonable and the staff very friendly.To top it off, I noticed that the steering wheel that had been pointing to 10 while driving straight now lined up with the road! Bonus points!Great service all around. If I lived closer (we live 4 hours away) I would take my cars here every time.

Best auto shop Ive ever gone to. They got me in promptly, fixed my car right away, for a price that was actually reasonable, and let me know of one other repair that should be done soon (which they also quoted a very reasonable price for), and didnt try to push unnecessary repairs on me. They were honest, efficient, and my car is now running like it did when I first bought it.

They were straight up with letting me know the actual issues of my car and did not try to give me a long list of other things to fix or trying to tally over thousands of dollars like how Ive experienced at any other shop Ive take my car. Im so beyond impressed with this place! Car died on Saturday (veterans day) while I’m at work. 45 minutes from my house. I was able to call cascade hills auto, they came to pick up my car. I was planning on the worst and not getting it back anytime soon. 30 minutes after picking it up they called with a diagnosis. And were able to complete it same day. They also provided me a detailed list of other things i should do for my car soon. Excellent service, excellent customer service. I’ll be telling everyone that needs car work about this place!!!! I called in at 5:25pm and they close at 6pm asking if I could just get someone to look at the brakes and I was told yes how fast can you be here! I was in the area so I made it in 10 min. Andy looked at it right away and said brake pads were done for and needed to be replaced because it wasnt safe to be on the roads! He said he would stay late and get it done in a hour and a half and was actually done in an hour! They are fast, friendly, and professional!! Thanks again :)

I have been taking my cars there for 6 years now. Always reasonable, never a surprise, and are honest about what COULD be done vs what NEEDS to be done. They are great! I wish they took Amex so I could get my miles! If they did I would give them six stars! ;-)

We had problems with our brakes and they were able to swiftly do the job. They did give extra recommendations upon being asked, which made me appreciate their thorough eye for repairs as well as their tact in not trying to sell us BS. We will be back for sure.

Had a great experience there. They came in at half the cost of the dealership. They were realistic in telling me it might take a couple of days, but had it done less then 24 hours later. Showed me the part and explained what went wrong.

Had a skid plate dragging on the road. Although a couple bolts was all required to refasten and repair, Cascade Hills Auto fixed at no charge! Thats pretty unheard of now-a-days. I have been taking my car to Cascde Hills Auto for a couple years now and they are very honorable, honest and upfront about work required and cost.I would highly recommend.

These guys were awesome, I called them in the morning with a broken radiator and cooling fan, they had the parts ordered and installed within four hours. They even took a look at the rest of the car to make sure everything was in shape.Prices were reasonable too, likely would have paid double at the dealer. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
