I had a great experience with Orion Auto Glass. The person who scheduled my windshield replacement was very kind and helpful. They covered my insurance deductible so there was no out of pocket cost for me. I dropped it off the night before and they called me to let me know it was ready so I could pick it up after work. They were able to do the recalibration on it so my lane departure and lane assist features all keep working. Definitely recommend them!

They installer was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He appeared to take great pride in the quality of his work. I have used other windshield repair companies in the past and they sent technicians that seemed to want to do the bare minimum and get out as fast as possible. Not so with Orion. Will use again and will refer everyone I know 👍

Today was the second time that Ive just dropped in at Orion Auto Glass on Alpine to see if they could repair a chip in my windshield. The first time was about 1.5 years ago, and they impressed me with an excellent level of service by fitting me right in and doing a great repair. When I stopped by this morning with my wifes Jeep, the two folks who helped me were just fabulous. They dropped what they were doing (the technician was just heading out for another repair) and got right to my repair. I was in/out in 20 minutes with a wonderful repair and feeling so delighted that here I am writing a positive review on Google. These people are doing it right, and I appreciate them. Very refreshing.

The job window was replaced in a timely manner but after that the installer showed me a crack in my windshield frame that he said was there prior to installing new window. If so ge should have brought it to my attention then. I am getting estimates on repairs now. The dash was left filthy from what I believe to be the old seal around the old window. Would have been nice if they cleaned up after the job. Id recommend using some other buisiness for window repairs.

A few weeks back Orion performed a repair on a chipped windshield - they were fast and friendly. This time some jerk tried to break into my car and I had to replace the side window. Orion was great to work with - came to my home, completed the job quickly and the young man was, well, friendly. Good people, quality service. Will use them again if needed.

Second time I’ve been to Orion to replace a windshield. Did great work both times including calibrating the safety devices. They are pros!

Orion replaced my windshield and I had a minor issue with my wipers afterwards. I called them first thing Monday morning, Greg was out to the vehicle within an hour to assess the damage, and new wiper arms were needed. I informed Greg I was traveling the next couple days with the car and he wanted to make sure the wiper arms were replaced before I left town. Greg was back within hours to replace the wiper arms. I was very impressed with how Orion handled the situation from beginning to end. Very professional company with good ethics and great people working for them. I highly recommend using this company.

Best price from all the other qoutes I got. Price true to the quote. Installer came earlier than appt time and my car wasnt on location so he patiently waited. Estimated 40 min install but the install took no longer than 30 mins. Very satisifed with the service.

I love that they came and replaced my windshield at my work. The great part is, when I walked out; I thought they didnt do anything. My parking stickers were still there. Only after looking at where the should be crack/crater, did i realize they not only replace my winshield, they made sure both parking passes, my ARNG sticker, my oil change sticker, EZ Pass and remote starter antenna were all in the same spot! The guy that called me to tell me he was there was very polite, very respectful and gave me a quick brief on what he would do, then I simply returned to work. When I got to my car afterwork, there was a tag on my review with instructions (dont go to carwash for 2 days, time when it was ok to move vehicle after replacement (have to wait 1 hr after service before driving), and on my seat was the receipt. During a time like Covid, it was personal; but at a distance. Overall a wonderful service.

Mine was a mobile repair. The technician was on time (early even) and has decades of experience which carried forward in the seamless work. Whats more, the tech specially pointed out a dirty cabin air filter and was generally amiable. The crew on the phone was also very helpful, making scheduling easy and working with my insurance company super smooth.

Greg and Sarah were the best. I had a great service a great price easily the best five stars I could give. Will always use! They rock!

Overall, the experience was good. They are very responsive to emails, and usually get back to you in a decent time. I was able to schedule an appointment without even a single phone call through their website. Their price to replace the windshield was reasonable and amongst the lowest found. On the day of replacement, their technician, Greg, did an efficient job and it took him less than 30 minutes to get it done, which was way faster than expected. They give you clear instructions on how to deal with the new windshield the first few days. You can get back on the road only 1 hour after replacement. The only concern I had was that my appointment was pushed by about 2 hours (2 instead of 12p), but they were keeping me in the loop, and Greg gave me a phone call before showing up, which made the delay less inconveniencing. All in all, I would so business with them again!

What a wonderful local company. State Farm recommended these folks and at first I was hesitant not recognizing the from the “usual auto glass” providers but fear not! They are beyond awesome. Orion Glass was easy to schedule with and filled my chip in my windshield in well-under 30 minutes. Without filing an insurance claim the cost was under $50 for me. The technician updated me with his progress during the appointment. A very friendly team.Only minor complaint is with office cleanliness. While waiting in the office I noticed a ton of cobwebs and many spiders. Very unpleasant to sit near.

Customer for life! Not only were they quick, and efficient, it was the cheapest quote in town! They really follow through, they were opened a few minutes early so I could drop my car off right at 8 a.m. However if you need someone to come out they can set that up for you too! I needed a windshield replaced. Orion knew about what I needed and explained about the necessity of calibrating the radar in the mirror. Was referred to Orion by my insurance agent to replace my cracked windshield. They asked a few simple questions, and set me up with a mobile appointment quickly. They texted and called to confirm the morning of (which I personally appreciate) and gave me a short 2 hour time window. The tech arrived promptly, was very polite and professional and got the glass replaced in under an hour. The tech returned my keys, went over a couple things and I was all set! They even left a reminder hanger on the mirror to remind me about the things we went over so I did not damage my new glass. They also took care of all the insurance stuff. Highly recommended!
