Very upfront and friendly. Ran into a problem with there being too much rust under the windshield to reseal correctly. As hard as the news was, their tech Dave took the time to explain why, and didnt just put it back in and waste my money. I had a settling crack that occurred in my park model trailer during the winter. I called Glass Doctor and for a reasonable price they took care of everything. Also the installer Skyler was extremely professional and very nice to deal with.

Replaced dual pane glass in 3 windows. Came when they said they would for estimate as well as installation. Were quick and clean and the glass looks great. Were the least expensive of the 3 quotes I received.

The Glass Doctor did an outstanding job of sizing my glass pane needs and then installing the glass. The windows were 20+ years of age and would have cost a fortune to replace though they only needed new glass. The Glass Doctor quoted competitively, completed the installation per schedule and found and installed a difficult piece of trim to complete the detail work. The installer was most professional in his work and response to my questiions.

Very quick service, asked if the glass would be cleaned up from the break, was told it would be. Missed a lot of it. Door panel not properly reinstalled, gaps that weren’t and shouldn’t be there.

What an excellent experience! (and so much different from the last time I had this done (by a competitor)!) I had some usual circumstances (the last guy glued in all the trim pieces because he broke the clips, and the car required a lot of dis-assembly. ) Dave was awesome...easy to work with, positive & upbeat, professional, and made me feel like he had it under control...which he did. He ordered new clips, came out to my office at my convenience, and had a goal of completing it on time so I could make my lunch appointment...which I did. It was a pleasure!!

Just left here - my replacement windshield looks great and I paid less than $200 total (other shops had quoted me around $350). The real win for this shop was the gentlemen who did the replacement - he was genuinely friendly, made sure we were comfortable (fresh coffee for me and a Hershey bar for my 6yo daughter) and got the whole thing done in an hour. Ill be recommending this shop to friends. :)

Customer service is second to none. They came to my location to replace my windshield, right in the parking lot. Took them 30 minutes to get the job done. Much cheaper than Safelite. Placed an order on 06/07/17. They readily cashed our check. It is now 07/05/17 and the work has not been finished. It consisted of replacing glass in two windows. Just the bottom half. Not a happy camper. Maybe they are better at windshields than house windows.

Glass Doctor of Grand Rapids gave extraordinary service and did an excellent job when replacing glass on my older, oak framed windows. First, JENNIFER in the office was so polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative. Then, my specific appointment was scheduled days before around my schedule with a we will be there in 15 minutes phone call on the actual scheduled day and time. NO WATING for hours or days (late or forgot) like what happens with many other 2019 home services. DAN arrived with a positive attitude and did an excellent, professional job on my older multi- paned oak window frames, including a small unique, triangle cracked pane, part of a larger oak window. His experience and knowledge was quickly evident! In addition, he prepped the area with a tarp cloth and cleaned up his work area diligently afterwards. The cost was communicated days before, so there were no cost-gotch you surprises. A detailed invoice was given to me with a hardy thank you from Dan. I highly recommend this company! It was a pleasure working with them!

This company showed up to replace my neighbors windshield. I was irked that this company decided to park right in front of my home, taking up both my parking spots, clearly parking in front of a NO PARKING sign, but there isnt a lot of parking, so this was more on my neighbors for not moving their other vehicle, so the repair person could park in front of their place....BUT the repair guy decided to BLAST his vehicles speakers during the entire repair, vibrating my home!!!

Went to the one in Walker for a chip repair on my windshield. They did a fantastic job and you can barely see where it use to be. Also the lady at the desk was very nice and friendly to talk too as I waited.

As with any automotive service it is only as good as the technicians. Harmon Glass Doctors has had many of their installers on staff for over 30 years. Harmon Glass Doctors has fast courtesy installers and scheduling staff they will always be our Go to glass installation company that is why I give them 5 stars !!

They never got back to me after the estimate....if in fact they did come out for the estimate at all...In the week following the scheduled estimate I have called them and emailed them asking for an update on the estimate.
