This place is awesome. Straight to the point and honest. I took my truck in for a windshield chip repair and they couldn’t repair it to the quality that stand for, so they charged me nothing. Definitely a quality shop.

Amazing service! Carolyn was able to get me in and back on the road in a couple hours, and Mike did fantastic work. All of the staff was courteous professional and fun to interact with. I know where ill be headed for all of my future auto glass needs.

Not happy at all with this guys, I ordered One piece of glass and they says in 3 business day will arrive and I have more than a week and didnt hear nothing from them yet,thanks for nothing

Called them on the phone to schedule a replacement of my windshield that got clobbered with something on the highway the night before. The vehicle cannot be safely driven. The customer service rep said I had to drive it into the store and that they could not do mobile repair for several days. I said that I would have to call someplace else and he said that sounds like a good idea. This place doesnt want your business.

Brought my car in to get a rock chip filled and they took my bmw out for a joy ride and was driving weird when I picked it up. Wouldn’t recommend

Crack my window in the morning and called them a few hours later they fixed it within a couple of hours they did a really great job Michael Graves gave really good customer service and got me what I needed and I was on my way really great service

I had a chip in my car windshield that I needed fixed. I went here to have them fill it because it was a fair price and they said they could make it disappear. I got the car back and i could still see the chip. I brought this up to them and they said they couldnt make it go away but it would hold just fine. A couple weeks later the chip became a crack that went across my whole windshield. A talked to them about the chip cracking and they said there was no warranty and there was nothing they could do. Waste of money going to Henderson Glass.

Been doing business with them for over 15 years, treated us great. BUT recently they changed hands and the new manager Aron, at the Grand Rapids store couldnt be ruder or more obnoxious. Never not paid a bill with them and we have had very large orders and plenty of them, yet she acted like we were a dead beat client and had an attitude from the start. Will never use them again and will be telling anyone that will listen to take there business else were.

Quick turn around time and cheap prices for flat panes of untempered glass. Ive never used them for auto glass repair/replacement, only flat panes of untempered glass.

On time, courteous, informative, & had a discount. Did a clean and perfect job.

They fit both of our cars in the same morning, aqua pel treatment, and the both look great!

One week after the date they said they would call me and tell me my window could be picked up I decided to call. They claimed to have cracked the window while installing and would need another week. One week later I picked up the window and when I arrived home the window was cracked. Absolutely worthless company.

I wouldnt go back. The tech was ok, but the front reception was $#!*.

They could order a piece of custom glass for me, but they made me pay for a piece they screwed up and the pencil finished edges were still sharp enough to cut my finger. Also, they charged me more than I was quoted for both pieces, the wrong one and right. If I didnt need the glass, I would have left without paying. Find somewhere else to take your business, if you can.

They saved my windshield and for only a few thousand pennies. Cant beat that.
