Poor service.They take 7 hours to get my truck empty and after that i stay 15 minutes to prepare logs book the security said me to go out you can’t stay here such rude person work there. Aware this place 👎👎👎👎

Zero communication skills from the new guy in the office. Gets in no hurry. Load supposed to be drop and hook and its now a live load. Told 1st time they were waiting on 3 picks. Then it turned into 5 picks almost an hr later.

Yard dog is super helpful every time i go here. They’re never done loading the product onto the trailer by the appt time even tho it’s a drop n hook. Few live loads always take forever but paperwork is always quick.

It’s miserable place no parking long hours to unload the load I didn’t like it lazy people from A to Z.

Working 6 days a week is a no for me i do have a life outside of work. Having one off day i cant get nothing accomplished..

This stop is a little tight but still doable.We drop and hook here so I cant say how fast they load or upload.

Load was to ready at 16:00. Wasnt ready until 20:00. The product wasnt ready.

They need some work done at this hope we can help them out so that they continue to thrive as a business

Called ahead and asked if I could deliver a day early they took the load and had it done fairly quick.

Im giving a 3 star due to no one being here throughout the weekend, but appt always scheduled for midnight Sunday and employees doesnt arrive until 6am. Also when calling you can never get in contact with the shipping department to see if they can load you 6-8 hrs early because Im always ahead of schedule. Other than that this place is very quick loading and unloading, guards are always friendly and helpful as well as the shipping team.

Check in with guard shack, then go park where they tell you to park, then walk to shipping office, they took around 20-25 min to load 4 pallets then once you get green light you can go get paper work at office . They have restroom by shipping office .

I would never give them even one star, worst place to be, never go there for pick-up or delivery, waiting here from 11am and it is already 8pm and the load is not ready yet. Strongly suggest u to avoid this place please. Thanks

Was told that my load was ready and they still took 7.5hrs to load me.

Was in and out within a good 20 to 45 minutes, turning corners around the dropped trailer there makes a one way in and a one way out of the companys driveway to get to the docks in the back of the business. There is room to turn around but to back into the docks 7 through 14, you have to blindside back and watch your movements especially with a 53ft Reefer trailer. I brought a 41,000 pound load of Lettuce in from Yuma AZ this morning which you can see the pic of my double stacked load below and even with me in a 2020 W900 Kenworth, it was super tight even for me. Western Flyer does drop and hook trailers there a lot but yes the tightness of the lot if your not paying attention and yes you will tear up your truck, trailer or someone elses. Both the guard and the office staff was super friendly while I was there earlier today. The only complaint that I have is how small the docking area is... Other tgen that I had no problem while delivering there today....

Drop and hook Facility for my company. Load was ready 12 hrs prior to my appointment. It appeared that they allowed bobtail parking in their parking lot. No street parking available.

Good place to do business. In and out dh with kllm. Nice folks and driver amenities. If you need the restroom, get the key from the guard as you go thru the gate, or youll have to go back.

One of the worst place to pick up...very long wait!!!!

When we arrived at night, Security Officer on duty explained us what to do, he was very polite and professional. Overnight parking is available after midnight, not before. You may park in the driveway and wait. Very safe and clean facility.

Yard dog driver was very friendly and guard this place can get tight if there alot of empty trailers and trucks bring food you can stage out in front of this facility

Fresh Express as a shipper or receiver is easy to deal with. If you are picking up cargo trailer must be washed out prior to loading(they will ask for washout receipt), precooled to +32f, & fueled.

I work with knight. I had a delivery here and the personal had good actitude.Corey hulburt and unloaders worked really fast.Good work reciving.
