We had gone to Dollar Tree on 161 they did not have what we were looking for. I do love the store. It is neat an well organized. We did find purchase make up items. Then we went to Dollar Tree on Beltline found several thing we couldnt live with outIt was good to get out of the house got awhile. Until next time.

Wish I can give 0 stars 🙄 Do not work there.. the manager keeps changing the schedule without telling their employees. My fiancée can’t even enjoy her ‘day off’ without them saying “you were scheduled today, the schedule changed” in such a late notice or asking her to come in every.single.day.off. Let her have a day off for once.

If i could give no star i would . i went in there with my daughter and she had to use the restroom and they told me she could not that way they did not have to go in and clean after her (note: shes is a type 1 diabetic and cant always hold it for a long time ) i will not be returning to thus location.

First time visit and was impressed by its size ranking as the biggest one I have seen. Overall the store was clean and relatively neat considering the time of day. Some items were a bit sparse. Clerk was cordial and professional. Only real complaint was the rough parking lot. Both the store and parking lot were well lit.

A line to check out always. 20 minutes or more. Prices worth the wait

A shout-out to phenomenal customer service to Alva very nice very friendly the only Dollar Tree employee who ever told me that their stuff more than $1 theyre even though I did already know the items that I got that were more than that she took the time to say hey just a reminder these are worth a little more so she went Above and Beyond on that regard and her overall courtesy was nice the store was stopped with what I needed it did have some holes though so they need to get a little bit better at talking and making sure that theyre ready to open and have what they need for customers to purchase but it is a really big store and like I said that employee was extremely friendly so I will be back.

Organized but not too much of what I look for. The one on Main Street has more selection but is messier there. Staff are nice at this location.

I have been to Three Dollar Trees in two days the stores are empty nobody can tell you what I think is coming in Im going to try ordering online now Dollar Tree has a lot of good items for the price but if theyre not in theres a waste of my time lets try the online ordering.

I love shopping at Dollar Tree. Three packs gave me the six place mats ...cutting sheets. They blend well and do not take away from color scheme.

Lines are always long with one cashier maybe 2 on a good day, cashiers hardly ever greet you at checkout or on sales floor and they never answer the phone. It will just be allowed to continuously ring. Poor customer service at its finest.

Its a huge location with the new Snack Zone. Very good selection of products and great customer service. The store was relatively quiet and decently clean to be a Saturday afternoon. Ill definitely go back to this location.

This location has one cashier with 15 customers deep today.There’s no greeting from the cashier. This store is always in deplorable condition. Where’s the area manager for this location.I will provide pictures on the next visit. The Lewisville location is a model for all Dollar Trees. The CEO would be proud. Hats off to the area manage of this location.

My favorite dollar tree thats close to my house. I like this one cause its big and spacious and usually has a good selection of stuff. Id give it 5 stars if it was a little bit cleaner.*2020 update* Still a swell store but last time I went the only cashier working there, a lady, was NOT WEARING A MASK! It it required now for everyone to wear a face mask. All of the customers were wearing masks. I think that’s very irresponsible and the store managers should look into that.

This store has a great selection. It is as clean as it can be considering people let the kids run wild without supervision (at times).Some of the cashiers are super friendly and some wont say a word to you - at all.I get frustrated because they will have lines full of customers and two cashiers on registers while the assistant manager will be filling balloons or complaining about other staff members. Or youll have numerous employees stocking around the enormous lines and when you ask if they could open another register, they ignore you.

Great quality items ( at least way better than Walt-Robbed) Cant believe some items are the same at Party City for higher prices there. Everything here is only $1 each. Will Come back.

Decent variety of products from snacks to toys to shampoo and tupperware. They have since raised the prices to like,at most, $1.50 on certain name brand sodas and candies. Its not the cleanest location, though. Expect to find random items scattered through the store or even some opened up or missing. Guess a dollar to too expensive for some folks... Also Ive only ever seen more than two registers open at a time so you might have to wait in line a while.

Love this location! I didnt give it 5 stars because the manager there is very rude. Never fails! Every time she sees me in the store she calls out for security to scan all aisles... She just assumes Im in there to steal I guess. I did report her to the corporate office because her behavior started to make me feel very uncomfortable while shopping.

This is one of the largest stores that Dollar Tree have. They have a large variety of food/merchandise. Nice place to shop.

Everything is a $1 each. Seasonal decorations and greeting cards. A lot of plastic and glass housewares and a large area of off brand grocery items. Cleaning, toiletries and accessories.

Wasted my gas says close at 10 pm got there at 9 and the doors were locked already. Need to fix the hours it shows online of it closes at 9 and not 10!

One person at the register which is older woman who was kind of slow and two other younger staff walking around putting baskets away and whatnot line was all the way down the aisle

This location has come a long ways from the cleanliness and stock wise but there are still only one cashier and long lines. One person cant do it all but other than that its good!! Hope they hire more people for the register.

Came to exchange some items with a reciept and cashier refused to do it. I was purchasing doubled what I was buying. Never have I been treated so poorly and as a teacher I spend a boatlaod of money there. Manager never came to the front after being called. Poor customer service.

Be aware that Dollar tree on beltline road is kicking you out for not wearing a mask and theyre not doing it nicely theyre being very rude when they do it

Manager isnt very nice even when simply trying to apply for a job. Everyone else seemed cool.

This location is always dirty. Boxes in the isles and products just shoved everywhere and on the floor. The workers here always seem unhappy or have an attitude.

This store is usually pretty busy and messy because if that but looks like they are working on it. Store looked better and the employees were really nice and helpful.

We bought a bad of hotdogs buns and when we got home we found that the bag and bread had been bitten into by what seemed to be rat bites. I was so disgusted and have reported it to the manager but just be aware when you shop here.
