Jason was so sweet to me I definitely love this location. He greeted me at the door and also checked me out at the register. Love his customer service. ❤️My friend and I also signed up for the rewards program today it was very quick and easy we each got a free gift! Loved the experience!!

The store is not bad, bigger than the Arlington store, even looks cleaner. Hair care section is big, lots of product. But I found the customer service, especially the checkout to be terribly managed. Cashiers either brand new, or not properly trained...or just dont care. Poor management perhaps.
Called to see if a certain product was in stock, the girl says it is and that I could even order it ahead of time online for pickup, I make the drive to pick it up even though it is out of my way just to show up and it not even be in stock, I needed other products but decided that I would be taking my business to another Ulta given the fact whoever I spoke with didn’t even bother checking if the product was actually on the shelves. Such an inconvenience!
I have always had a great experience at Ulta, but what made it even better was when I got my hair cut there. Maria Martin is AMAZING!! I am also a hairstylist of 20 years and I have had a very hard time finding a good stylist to cut my hair. I highly recommend Maria. She will not disappoint 😊
(This review is for Ulta in Grand Prairie TX)This is one of the Ulta store location that I would stay away from, after coming here twice with similar unpleasant experiences. The cashiers here are rude, and does not even know how to do returns. I can definitely see them wanting to learn how to treat their guests well, but the whole upselling strategy still ongoing.After spending 1.5 hour in the store standing and listening to the skin advisor telling me this and that, that I did not really want to listen too much. I was going to purchase the skin product along with the last hair mask they had at the store.It is when I was at the checkout that I encountered another problem with the cashier named Beyonce.She grabbed the basket I had and was going to scan EVERYTHING in there, when I was really just wanting to check the price, which I am glad I did that there!1. The cleanser was suppose to be $15, which I would have purchased turned out to be $20 (suspected scam)2. I was going to purchase two items that would be $15 to be able to use their $3 off $15 coupon. The purchase would have been $18+, but the cashier named Beyonce would not allow me to use it- so I ended up only getting the hair mask ($10).3. Beyonce got upset because I was not going to buy the cleanser because it was higher than what I saw- and that I had to take another item out because she would not let me use the coupon.4. Beyonce did not thank me for coming or for the purchase. It does not matter if I buy 1 item or all 3+, it is a common courtesy and professionalism to thank a guest for purchasing- or even for coming up to the store.I have had much better experience at other Ulta locations and will be going there, should I need any more items from Ulta.
The tall manager needs to reevaluate herself. Asked for help finding a product, she was sitting there texting on her phone. She then looks up and rudely asks what I need and loudly sighs at the request. Is this manager okay? I thought I was the one needing help but clearly she does. Maybe her job is too stressful and she cant handle it, Im not sure. The other ladies in the store were not acting like this thankfully. Hopefully she doesnt treat her employees the way she treats customers. If she is reading this by chance, you can look up my name and the transaction around 8:30 pm on 11/21 if you cant remember your terrible attitude. I hope you get some training on customer service or can at least learn how basic interactions between people work. You dont have to be nice but you definitely dont have to walk around with that tone of voice and attitude.
Manager was rude. I dont think I even need to say why, because everyone else in these reviews have said the same thing. I even feel bad about mentioning it, sorry. The others were very cool with me though
Ulta is the best store for all beauty supplies and services. Tessa cut my hair and she does perfection!
My experience at Ulta Beauty was quite disturbing because of an employee by the name of Jasmine, who I noticed following me instead of greeting me. This made me feel quite uncomfortable so I approached her and asked her for help. She was very knowledgeable with the perfumes and was able to assist the questions I had. Based on her appearance Im sure she wouldnt want anyone to judge her with pink and black hair and worn out slides while working at Ulta Beauty. She made it very obvious because when I turned around I noticed she immediately turned the other way. I approached her because of her actions . This makes me feel that I am not welcome at Ulta Beauty based on the perception that Jasmine made of me as a black woman.
Terrible customer service and from the other reviews I can see that this company will not do anything about the complaints.. Very disturbing. Never coming back. Hope this place shuts down.
Great Customer Service and the store was full, but they had it covered with enough cashiers. Everyone masked up, which is awesome.
Went in with my sisters to test perfumes today and left feeling really bad after my experience at this Ulta. Was stalked by 4 different employees and asked 3 times if we wanted a basket when I only had one item in my hand. And if you’re going to be gossiping about customers, at least do it more subtlety. Employees there today made us feel like we were not welcome today or ever. My sisters and I are all platinum members and it is very offensive that we were treated like if we were stealing today. I understand y’all have policies but this was more than that.
I love shopping here and Ive heard that they may be going to online shopping only and thats just going to break my heart because that will definitely take away from the experience that is Ulta!
I gave this store a 3, oh I was greeted at the door. good right??...I ask where an item was located..OH ITS IN THE BACK....Ok I went to the back.. down on the floor searching for my color.. ask another ...can you help me.. said ..well thats where we keep it. Wow really..can anyone help ? My daughter n law got down and looked at every box...yes !yes! Found it put with another color...Why am I on the floor???? At 71...

I like it. I dont like kylie jenner products though just in case any one is wandering😝 Stick with fenty. Kylies lip glosses are pretty for looks but quality... way too sticky.
I really like this store but they all follow me around and literally 7 people ask if i need help finding anything they make me feel like i am stealing when im not its very uncomfortable i cant shop in peace here its sad i was smelling the perfumes and she came over there and acted like she was doing something near me they always do this when i come in i never buy anything i jus look cuz i can get it cheaper on ebay
