I was greeted immediately ! I felt welcomed…!Excellent customer service !!Zoe was amazing! Zoe was knowledgeable! Zoe was friendly!And gave me great hair tips as well!

I went there today to see if they had an item that Arlington location didnt have,and as soon as I walked in,they greeted me with a hello and a smile. As I was looking around,the young lady asked if I needed help. At that time I didnt. Later I asked her if they had the item I was looking for. And she said No Im sorry we dont,but we have other products I can use. She walks me over and explains each one. Went to the register and asked if I was a member,and I told her not anymore I was years ago. She says,well lets see if youre still in the system,but if not its free if you want to join. Well she found me in the system, and updated me information. Never once did the Arlington- Cooper location do that and I went there 2 times this month. I wish I would of gotten her name. She was awesome and went above and beyond to help me!. This will definitely be my go to place!

I buy hair clippers, when I get home and try to use it the machine didnt turn on. whe I tried to return they couldnt take because they a policy . I tried to explain that it didnt even get to use because didnt turn on. So they are selling products that not working and dont care.

For the most part I get fair customer service at this location however today I was cursed at by the so-called assistant manager (Jessica)Very disappointed with her customer service towards me. A complaint will be filed.

Let me start off by saying that the older lady at the front was very very rude. She lacked customer service big time, never once offered to help, she did not even say hi or anything when we walked through the door. She also did not seemed to know anything about the products or questions we asked. The whole entire time she would just lean on the counter where the cash register was. A couple walked in a few minutes after we did, and again she did not greet them either. When I approach her so she can check me out, I gave her my number for my rewards card. Im sorry I cannot memorize my phone number, I have it typed out in my notes. She asked you dont know your own number...? VERY RUDE WITH THE TONE. and then she proceed to say, is this even your card? Are you even this person?.... ok girl, so you do not want to do your job once clients walk through the door, but now youre questioning me about my membership? she was just PLANE RUDE!

The people working are very rude treat you as if they are better than you. Even was examining me and my bag as if i was stealing from the store! Was very disappointed in how costumers are treated in there i love Sallys and have been a loyal member for a very long time. I do hope attitudes will change soon for this store its a shame!

Im Sorry I forgot her name but she was very nice and help me out a lot. Thank you. very clean store we got everything we need.
