These guys are rip offs and con artist! Dont fall for their this perfume goes for $$$ on Amazon sales line they know darn well its their very own bootleg products on there!

I dont know what their problem is but this guy will not return. My wife and went to this place last week. The lady in there was busy with customers so we waited looking around. When one of the ladys was through checking out her customer. She looked at my wife up and down turned around and got on her phone. When I asked for her help she had an attitude. And instead of helping us she skip us and helping the people that just walked in. I left and went to a different place that was very close by and had a wonderful experience.

Rude and pushy staff. They were not knowledgeable of store policies and couldn’t answer my questions. Would not recommend coming here if you’re looking for a laid back and honest experience.

Do not spend your money at these store, It has to be one of the worst experience I have ever had. The sales rep was sleezy, very disrespectful and pushy, they have zero customer service.

The only place I will shop for perfumes and colognes for my son and my man they have great prices especially when certain things are on sale I love this place I will prefer anybody to go here before you go anyplace else

Placed online order for pickup, which is normally sent to the store and fulfilled by the store the same day. Order was placed the previous day yet no email to pick up the order was received the next day. Called the location but no one answered. Drove 21 miles only to be told that the order had not been received. The manager, Clarisa, was absolutely useless and kept saying they couldnt do anything about it. I asked if SHE could contact corporate and she directed ME to the number that was in my confirmation email, which I knew was closed, but called regardless and yup, it was closed. Again asked if there was something they could do but the manager just looked at her screen with a blank stare. No ounce of assistance was provided by this so called manager. Terrible.Escalation email will be sent out shortly but note to everyone, the manager is just a worker at the location with an undeserving title.

Do not go here, avoid at all costs! Terrible customer service. Misquoted on a price and noticed as we were leaving the store. The would not return the item or correct the price and only offered us a credit. Then apparently the manager who could help was on vacation. At least one families business lost. Hopefully more if more people read this!

Fatal experience! I bought a perfume, it came out badly from the atomizer they told me that they did not have In stock that they would send it to my home ... it has been 2 months and I still do not receive anything, I call and they tell me that they already received it in the offices of the apartment where I live and they tell me there that they have not received anything that asks who signed of received and they have not given me information they just tell me that it has already been sent, I have spent more gasoline than the perfume is worth.I have the purchase receipt and nothing has been solved ... what a disappointment! They only kept my money.
