Absolute worse pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with and been with Walgreens 20yrs. Constant excessive wait times, place you on hold over and over until you hang up, never open when claiming. Very happy to take my business elsewhere now

Our first cashier with curly hair had an attitude and didn’t feel like helping. I had $20 in points but the machine said we didn’t and I asked if I could go to the other cashier and she said that’s ok and said she didn’t want to feel like helping. The other cashier was very helpful and even apologized for the other cashier’s attitude. No employeeshould have to apologize for another employee

Its good for a quick stop. Today was a little bit of a wait. 1 cashier.

Mask requirements regardless of vaccinations. Don’t waste your time.

Cashier failed to provide receipt. Forced to get a manager involved to get a receipt. This company apparently has no interest in operating legally when selling regulated pharmaceutical drugs.Manager took 10 minutes to get receipt. Repeatedly lied to my about me not following prompts. Even cashier told her that there were no prompts. Manager refused to do anything about issue.

Stopped by the drive-thru on the way home from the hospital. Super helpful staff got the meds out unbelievably fast, and even helped find a great discount on the medication!Just what we needed after a long day in the ER!

Came to this location because my local walgreens was out of the medication I had been described. Stood at the consultation center waiting for help. The girl who was at the computer looked at me, didnt say nothing to me at all and continued with what she was doing. After she finished, she grabbed her bag and took off! Ignoring customers is not customer service at all. After a few minutes another girl saw me standing there and came to help me. After explaining to her the situation, she looked but unfortunately they were out too. I requested her to look up and see what location has it in stock, she said there was no way she could do that, didnt even try to call around. Not very helpful at all.

Service is much slower than other locations. The staffs were nice and sanitized their workplace but the pharmacy wait was unacceptable. It was not busy at all.

Service is friendly but abrupt. Unless you got the one cashier well actually sit there and talk with you for a little bit. They have a new singing here where its at Sprint Express show me a picture of it. Its in the photo lab. Bathrooms are always a mess. The Mens clogs, the womens just got two new ones so theyre pretty okay. Whoever put them down put them down wrong, and sloppy.

I believe things happen for a reason and Amanda and Renee where so amazing!! I’m so happy I came all the way over here ( 30mins of a drive ) so worth it !!Im truly happy with my experience and I just can’t thank them enough for their help and fast serviceThank you ladies God bless you

The drive thru staff was great- very friendly and expeditious.

If you ever need to call to check on a prescription, good luck. Hold time is ridiculous and they pick up the call and place back on hold over and over. I guess they don’t realize that we can hear them laughing and talking when they do that. I’ve been on hold for 16+ minutes. Would not recommend this location.

Their pharmacy is the absolute WORST. I get a pharmacy can be busy and overwhelming but they should really learn to be more attentive and accurate. They really need to learn about good customer service instead of treating customers like a number and in such a hurry.

I came here for a Covid Vaccine (with appointment) I been here 40 minutes waiting, service is terrible

Every time I come here the drive through pharmacy has a giant line. They never have my prescription, or they do but not in the correct amount, or I pay to fill 2 of them and they only give me one, or theyre randomly closed. Im really fed up with this being the only 24hour Walgreens near where I live. I wish there were more locations open late near me, and I wish my medical insurance would let me use a different pharmacy but they have a contract with Walgreens so I have to use them.

I dont recommend doing pick up at this location because they like to cancel your order. Sucks especially during covid 19..

Quick service not to busy. I am missing them being open 24 hours.

Has to be the worst location I have dealt with. Horrible customer service from the pharmacy not answering the phone, to the front desk clerk.

The only reason I gave it 1 star vs 0 because it wouldn’t allow it. I have never seen a pharmacy so unorganized.The prescriptions are really expensive, not to mention they lost my prescription. Husband dropped it off and then went to pick it up they had no record of it been dropped off. I’m done with Walgreens, especially this location. Please stay away if possible.

Pharmacy dont ever help me. No matter what. If I could give negative stars I would. Today I needed a prescription filled. I was willing to pay full price. VA giving me a run around about it. I called them. I got the bottle. Not sure what I did with paper work that comes with bottle. Bottle has prescription information on it. But, even being willing to pay the entire cost. Walgreens would not help me 1 bit.

Affordable prices and great customer service. Plus if youre signed up as a Walgreens members, for every thousand points you get thats a dollar accumulated. The printable pictures is also one of my favorite features they have here.

Went into this pharmacy today with a prescription and couldn’t afford the prescriptions and called my doctor and he told me to get a over the counter brand the pharmacist said there’s no over the counter brand which sounds strange to me for this particular prescription so I googled and multiple brand popUp so I asked them is this is a over the counter brand they said Yes I reply I asked you if you have any over the counter brand for someone that went to school and have no idea really was sad and the Black guy that supposed to be the manager didn’t even try to explain or look at the prescription just replied no . Very unprofessional and stroke a nerves I will no longer have my prescription sent here. It shows the lack of knowledge and respect.

My review is for the pharmacy, they never have any medication in stock. Whenever my doctor calls in a prescription they never let me know until I call to check to see if it is ready to let me know that its not in stock and they have to order it. It never fails, I will never use this location as my pharmacy. I dont have any issues with the store just the pharmacy.

I would put a 0 instead I put 1 the worst nite after I have been coming to this store for about10 -12 years the manager plus the 2 associatesAre the worst.

Every pharmacy visit here takes LONGER THAN AN HOUR. EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Consider time management training and staffing properly to avoid this inconvenience.

In and out for drop off. Staff courtious and receptive. Overall appearance of store both clean and shelves neat and full.

I went to pick up my grandsons meds. The girl at the drive though (Destiny) got the meds stuck her thumb in the bottle!! No gloves on and didnt wash her hands before handling it. So I said I didnt want that. The pharmacist got all pissy. Started talking mess. And then had the nerve to say Why did you come here well lets see... I wont ever again and Im also reporting it to the health department.... This place is disgusting. The staff is very rude... Not one of them had on gloves and not one of them did I see washing hands

I HAD AN MVA THIS MORNING, I HAD TO GO TO THE ER AND THE TWO WOMEN HERE WERE TREATING ME TERRIBLY. THEY CUT ME OFF WHILE I WAS TALKING. MADE ME WAIT OVER AN HOUR WHEN THEG QUOTED ME 40 MINS. THE CURLY HAIRED WOMAN WITH THE MUSTACHE WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER AGAIN.

The pharmacy was a huge help tonight! A lady named Yuriana (sorry if i spelled your name wrong) and a gentelman helped lower my medicine cost and i didnt even have to ask they offered to help find a coupon. Kind people do still exits. Thank you!!!

They claim to be open 24 hours, but there is no pharmacist there at night. The only Walgreens pharmacy is 20 minutes away and is understaffed at night. At that pharmacy, be prepared to wait at least 2 hours if you are going after 12 PM.

Ive been coming here for years, always very nice and clean.

Always have great deals on vitamins and supplements.

Good for season things and emergency stuff and thats it.

The pharmacy is trash. Left on hold for 45 mins. Been in line for stuff that was supposed to be ready for 30 mins. Ago.

Went in to use atm had my shirt covering my face like i always do when i would go to this location even though they have no sign stating mask required on door or showing anymore.Clerk lady says you cant come in here without a mask and tried to hand me one,i said no and f u will never go back to a walgreens.F walgreens and F that stupid dimb B**ch!!!!!

They call me by name. I go tere alot. I call my other home. I Enjoy talking to them .They help you out when you need it they mite be busy, But they will let you know they will be with you in a mim.

The pharmacy is below average ...took several phone calls to even get my meds in and around 14 days afterwards to even receive them..avoid this place at all costs go else where

Waited 30 mins at photo shop and no one came to attend the line there.

Every time I call they hang up my calls, or send me to someone else then they put me on hold and hang up.

Pharmacy not 24 hours like the hours say.
