I saw the store closes at 7 and I work late to that was great for me. Walked in at 6:40. The 2 ladies there were not busy and only let me look around for 6 minutes. They literally said I had 6 minutes.... then they said I could come back before 6:30 another day. So y’all don’t close at 7? Okay make me waste my time.

This out of towner employee called me Sir and had me wait for another employee to tell me I had to go around to make a appt its apparent she cannot see or she is a absent minded foreigner being sarcastic

This was my son’s first time needing glasses, since he was 18 I didn’t need to go back as he was being examined by the doctor. The doctor never explain to him that he had stigmatism in both eyes nor what his seeing vision was, she just told him to go sit and wait. Well the wait was to be called so I can paid the bill...wow. It was the receptionist acting on the behalf of the poor verbal skilled doctor that told me what was going on with my son! Trust me there are plenty of eye doctors who have no respect-of-persons, unlike this one...don’t waste your time or money at this place, if there was a zero rating I would give it.

Staff were kind and professional. Virtually no waiting time and my appointment was handled without delay. Felt that the examination couldve been handled a little slower as it felt that i was signed in and out too quickly to feel comfortable with their analysis.

I went to the vision center to get a pair of glasses at 5:30pm... they were not supposed to close until 7pm but they were already closed.

They didnt fix right. The screw is coming out

I had my appointment at 4pm and it took them 2 hours to just get me in
