So, I did not get my eye exam today but my eye exam went very well when I did get it. Today I just came to order some contacts and some glasses. Vanessa was so sweet, so professional, and honestly seemed to care about whether or not I liked the frames that I was picking out. Honestly, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had from how easy it was to schedule and get my exam to how easy it was to get my glasses and contacts ordered. I love my target!

Dr. Cal has been taking care of my eyes last 5 or 6 years...was suppose to see him tomorrow for annual check-up....received call from receptionist to confirm appointment which I did......then they requested a credit card number to charge in the event I was a no-show...I understand that, but I confirmed again I was going to be there for my appointment.....that wasn’t good enough so after a few minutes I stated I would just find another eye doctor....which I did....already have an appointment.....Hope you don’t lose too many customers because of your front desk

My family Loves Dr. Cao. We have been seeing him for 3+years. He explains everything to you. Very nice optometrist.

There services is trash. I ordered contacts and somebody stole two lenses out my pack for my right eye. Then On top of that, they labeled my Prescriptions wrong. I have been wearing my contacts in the wrong eyes. My eyes have been hurting until I decided to swap them. Then it made sense. They playing with my Intelligence. So I will never go there again. Hopefully my eyes are not damaged. If so I’m taking legal action.

I called in to ask if it was an appt. only location or walk in welcome. Called the first time no one picked up and I didn’t hear the dial options so I called a second time so I could leave a message. A lady picked up the second time in a rush to get disconnect the call. She told me that she would call me back and asked for my number and what I was trying to come in for. I provided her with info and then quickly asked her my question. She told that me that she would have to call me back.... I called her at 3:12 P.M. on 03/09/19 and still no call back. I guess they don’t want my business. I’ll check in somewhere else.

I have to return my glasses twice because some small scratches,my mistake was not to check them real good at the store but I call them right away to let them know,that way they don’t have to think that I did it and there is a lady named “MARIA” that when I went to pick them up for the last time,she was annoying me repeatedly saying “Make sure this time” trying to accusing me that I did it on purpose.I bought my daughter glasses there too but...Next time I take my money somewhere else.

Worst experience ever. Was hurried up by a Glenda. She was the only one working and had a few people to get to, but was apparently in a bad mood. She was get fed up with my child for being a kid...it was just a horrible experience. Im so glad I cancelled my purchase.

I didnt understand what was going on, I told them I didnt wanna do the test where they blow air into my eye. They said theyd have to numb my eye then and stick something in and I didnt wanna do that. I said no Im okay and they said they wouldnt give me a prescription unless I let them do it I left frustrated. I just wanted a prescription and they treated me like an idiot.

Though I dont doubt the Dr.s medical expertise, I do doubt his communication skills. Quite rude, seems to dislike being asked relevant questions (he will cut you off/dismiss you and give you a vague, half-hearted answer), and was in a hurry to rush me out of there rather than ensuring that the prescription that was issued was accurate...which it wasnt for my right eye. They also did not give me the PD number. They made me go inside the optical department in the store to get it. The lady told me that they were not supposed to send me there and angrily scribbled a barely legible PD number. Not likely to return to this location, even if it was free. If you want to be treated like a human being, dont go there. Otherwise, have at it and enjoy the subpar customer service.

After paying for the care I received and thought I picked out my glasses and ordered my contacts and glasses a month and an half later no order, called and went in and the lady told me she dont remember me even coming in. I showed her my receipt and oh she remembers me but told me my insurance company didnt put them in.... Lies all lies i went back again with proof my insurance company paid them for everything and oh now my order will be ordered now. Like i guess its okay to pay for things and walk around not able to see Very Bad customer service here

Just had the worst experience ever. I had scheduled a same day appointment online and left work to get my eyes checked because I am worried being diabetic and not seeing from one eye. I rush over from Dallas and the rude front desk person says she called and text to confirm my appointment but I didnt respond. Ive been going there for years and if I had just scheduled the appointment why do you have to confirm if I had confirmed my time online.
