Grace Eye Clinic has an amazing group of people who are very friendly and eager to help. They attempt to accommodate their patients every need and I feel taken care of when I go there. Im very lucky to live close to this business and to be a patient there!

Broke my glasses while on vacation. Called at least 6 places which all offered me a pair of glasses within 4-6 weeks.Only Lenscrafters and Grace Eye clinic could offer glasses in less than a day. Grace eye clinic was literally 1/4 the cost.The staff was very friendly and extremely nice. I had my glasses in 15 minutes after picking them out.Thank you for giving me vision on my vacation!

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and Dr. Grace is also nice and very thorough. From the front desk to the optical dept, Everyone is GREAT! The entire clinic is completely prepared and compliant with current Covid-19 standards. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue for years to come. Thanks Team!

I can not say enough good things about the care I received from Grace Eye Clinic, each staff member and both Dr. Pham and Dr. Grace are amazing. They are on time with appointments, very clean and Covid safety, friendly, professional and genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend them. I have been in Grand Prairie for 25 years now and have ALWAYS used and gone to Dr. Grace at Grace Eye clinic on 303/ Pioneer PKWY. I recently purchased my eyewear from this and spent $250.00 and sent my daughter and paid $360 then two weeks later my son lost his glasses and so he went to see Dr. Grace and we are out another $200. for his replacement. My son received his eye glasses on 3/7/2021 and today 3/9/2021three days later I accidentally knocked them off is face and they landed face down a got some small scratches so I called Dr. Grace now MY EYE dr. and asked if there was anything that can to help. The lady that answered was rude and seemed like she did not care she tells me me that its not her fault that my son 19 year old declined the additional insurance. I told that I was not aware or the offered ins. but I would pay to fix the scratches she tells me that the cost would be $200 and I would have to make an appt, which would be two weeks away. I have always supported small business and will continue to do so but In my opinion this is the reason small business go out of buss. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and no appreciation that my family and I have been going therefor over 20 plus years. I will definitely not be returning.

Doctor was rude....I got rude right back. Had my eyes examined, I know I need glasses, been wearing them for years. I got to my appointment and have to make another appointment because this appointment was for the exam. Apparently with covid they cant do an exam and give you the prescription the same day. Doctor said specifically it was due to covid. So now I endanger my life and their lives because I have to make another appointment just to get my script, not the actual glasses mind you. Called 3 other eye docs and asked and all 3 said no, you get the script when you leave. This place is a persons time wasting center.

Been going here a couple of years now after switching from the same doctor for 15 years. Very impressed with not only the professionalism, but the structure and Care at Grace.You can tell that everything they do is in the best interest of the customer and look for the best option for you to utilize your insurance. Its also helpful to have the same employees working there and also the fact that they still remember personal details about you even if you havent visited in months. Definitely recommend.

Grace Eye Clinic has the friendliest, most caring and professional group of people working in their office that Ive ever met. I really appreciate how accommodating they are to ensure I leave with a pair or two of glasses that I LOVE. They have a large variety of glasses to choose from too. I have been coming to Grace Eye Clinic for 6 years now. The staff is amazing. They have always flawlessly handled my exams, insurance, paperwork, and ordering of contacts/glasses. It is nice to come to a doctors office where not only is everyone friendly and professional, but the process runs smoothly from start to finish. Most recently, I purchased glasses with transitional lenses and the lenses work amazingly well. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this establishment is. I would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter and I recently visited Dr.Grace for our new prescription glasses and contact lenses. I am very pleased with how prompted I was able to get in to see the Doctor and the staff was amazing. The Doctor took his time with me and answered all my questions and concerns and the staff was amazing with my daughter and showed her how to care for her contacts since this is her first pair. I will recommend anyone and everyone to visit Dr. Grace for their eye care needs.

Dr Grace and all his staff truly care and make it obvious going over and above traditional requirements and expectations!! I was able to make contact with Dr Grace and one of his staff members after hours late just last night for what seemed to be an emergency. I was given great some quick advice and setup an appointment for the morning : ) I believe we give God all the Glory for this healing as my damaged eye that held a terrible history was made perfectly whole just hours before my appointment this morning. I Thank Dr Grace and his staff for taking the time to care just as Jesus did when He walked as man and does today from the Heavens!! I thank God for good doctors and i love Him for His healing. Grace eye clinic is the best I have been to! For the past 2 yrs i have been going to them they are very nice! I recommend setting an appointment when ever you get a chance they remind you when, your yearly exam is coming up and everthing in between! Their service is fast and very proffessional!

The staff and the doctor are very nice!!! They make you feel very welcomed!!! I regret that I had went to another eye clinic but I came back with Grace Eye Clinic. And from here on out I will not be going anywhere else.

I had a great experience however Lindsey seemed like she has an attitude. Overall doctor Grace was awesome. Besure to look for your lens before you do your visit because I had to settle for my lens.

I very much enjoy how they treat my children. The staff is very friendly and patient. I had a bad experience at another eye clinic because the doctor was very impatient with my children because they speak sign language and he could not understand them. But at Grace Eye Clinic they are diffrent. They made my children feel comfortable and at home. I plan for my children to be Grace Eye Clinic patients for many more years.

This office is full of it. Making their patients run around like crazy. Gave them a business for four frames with lenses. First they tell us they are ready when we get there one of the frame was not even ready. Then we get the frame with lenses and it has really bad glares on it so they said to fix it again. Making us come back for the third time. When we get the frame back we still have the same damn problem. Came back the fourth time showed the glares and Jessica had the guts to says we dont want to deal with you. This kind of customer service is unacceptable when its their fault. Please guys dont waste your time with this clinic. With my first frame they put in the wrong prescription power in them. This people only wants the money they dont care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and dont go there, or you will deal with unprofessional people.

I am very picky as too where I go to see the eye Dr. and I have to say this place was amazing! I enjoyed my visit and the staff is awesome! Great experience and glad too have a new eye Dr.!

Website says Medicaid accepted, call to set up an appointment and they say they stopped accepting it over a year ago. False advertising, and if they cant keep up with their own junk then how can you trust them with your own?
