I plan to start going here from now on. No long lines, straight to work without trying to up sell you on stuff you dont need.

I’ve gone here several times to get my oil change and never had a problem. Everything was good and they were polite to me, but the last time I had gone July 7, 2021, they took advantage of me because I lack knowledge about cars and basically I ended up paying 2x more than what I would normally pay for a regular oil change. The folks here are very nice but I was taken advantage of and I didn’t appreciate that so now I’m never returning and I’m going to learn how to change my own oil.

Great shop! I needed a new battery installed in my dodge journey which is in the wheel whale. They did it for a fair price.

The only positive thing I will say about this place is they worked me into their busy schedule because I broke down nearby. Everything else: they ruined my vehicle to the point where it wasn’t worth repairing and had to be sold to a junkyard. How? They misdiagnosed a broken ground wire as an alternator malfunction. Replaced the alternator and told me the car was ready, only 5 minutes down the road it completely broke down again and had to be towed back. Stupid me for trusting them a second time to fix their mistakes: they made it worse by frying multiple parts before finally giving up. The owner paid a lip service apology but did nothing to actually recompense me for ruining my vehicle. Absolutely awful chop shop. Stay far away!

I went to get oil change there fast - real fast - 10 minutes in and out but crooked. They didnt change my oil just made it look that way. I asked are you sure you changed my oil? They of course said yes were just that fast in so many words. I marked my oil filter as everyone that still decides to go to this business should do. They didnt change my oil filter. I doubt they changed out my oil. So I went back and they changed my oil filter after I confronted them. On the receipt I received they stated all my fluids were checked not a one was checked but they did check my tire pressure. I wont be coming back to this location.

NEVER EVER GO HERE if quality service, good customer service and trusted mechanics are what you want. You could end up spending hundreds or thousands more than you would else where. I had to learn the hard way and spent over 1k and the problem was still not fixed. Turned out the solution was a 50 dollar fix. They will nickel and dime you. If Toni is there RUN for dear life. Call another shop and your wallet will thank you later.

I have been going here for years. They are the best and the customer service is awesome.

I had my brakes pads changed, after it was changed still was making same noise. They asked me to drive a little more until brake wears in. Never heard where you change a brake pad and you have to listen to the noise until it wears in. Taking my business somewhere else I won’t do oil change there and don’t recommend doing business with them very unprofessional.

I get my oil changed here on a regular basis, and its done quick and Professionally. They are helpful and knowledgeable.

This place is my new go to for my oil change on my truck. They are $30 cheaper than anywhere else and the guys are always nice. Def recommend.

I brought both my truck and suv in for oil changes. We had just relocated from Waco Texas and weren’t sure of any of the car service resources in the area. This was the first place i chose and i do not regret it! They had my oil changed in 17 minutes in my suv then took my truck right back with an allotted time of 20 minutes! Pure honest trustworthy individuals that did not try and sell me unnecessary services! Thank you so much to the crew on the morning of October 6th 2020! We thank you!

I am a big fan of synthetic. There is also an annual option so you only have to get one change a year (which is the option I wanted). Everything good so far. I called a couple of days in advance for pricing information. I was very clear about my model of car and what I wanted. Service was pretty quick, and they were pretty busy. I also noticed a sign for a teacher discount on Wednesdays (I think). At any rate, when I went to pay the bill was $50 more than I had been told. We were able to reach agreement, but be careful. Other than the billing issue, I probably would have rated higher. I get so tired of being told one number and then charged another.The other bit I found odd. Later at home I looked at the web site to find out what type of Mobil 1 filter my car uses. It was not listed, so I contacted their support. They advised me Mobil 1 does not have a filter for my car. So now, I am wondering what filter did they put on my car at their local shop.

Been coming to this location since they opened, never really had an issue other then them Selling my wife on flushing a car’s engine $149...Btw, if you do a little research you’ll find out, never flush an engine or transmission. Only time you flush anything on a car is a radiator and that’s only if you’ve had water in it at some point in time. Otherwise, just change you fluids as recommended by the mfg and your car should run like it should. The reason I’m writing this review is for the following. Normally I would take my car to my regular mechanic to have any major work done. Last year my transmission went out and I let the owner (Charlie) talk me into letting this “Mobil1” do the work. What a Huge and Very costly mistake $2700...A year later it’s Out, who would have guessed!!! So I had the car towed to the shop from across town, they’ve had it a week now and haven’t worked on it at all. Today they finally informed me that I am out of luck and they will not be standing behind the repair. Needless to say it took them a week to do Absolutely Nothing!!! I will not be visiting this location ever again, neither will anyone I’ve recommended previously. I would be careful having them perform any work on your vehicle, even if you don’t take my word for it do yourself a favor, document everything and get Everything in writing. The Good Ole Boy day’s are over....”I Do Not” Recommend this location and I will no longer be using Mobil1...

This place is amazing Tony is a great employee very honest fast and the cheapest around. I went to another shop that quoted 850 for an air compressor that in the end i never needed and tony took great care of our vehicles in one day he did an oil change on one vehicle and 2 other cars with ac issues..he was awesome definatly recommend this guy.

Profressional and courteous. Didnt take a long time at all.

Windshield fluid cap left open which sprayed onto my battery terminals. As soon as I got onto the highway my car was pulling hard to the right. I pulled over and check my tire pressures. Passenger side was 30 PSI. Driver side was 48 PSI. My max tire pressure is 40 for my current set up. This led for further investigation upon getting to my home. Oil is underneath the undercarriage of my STI. As well as a sooty rag hanging onto my skid plate that someone left. This extreme careless could cause a life threatening hazard for an individual that is not observant or know the functions of a vehicle. I will be following up with Mobil 1 for a refund, and correction to hopefully dismiss future wrong doings. (And I have all pictures as well.)

I have had a great experience every time I go here! They’re honest and will tell you if you need to or don’t need to get something done. Their customer service is great. I’m only ever there for 20-25 minutes at the most.

Here is the real. I believe at any business always look for cleanliness. The back of this place is filthy. Old cars all smashed up. Garbage. Also there is the dirty ghetto car wash. Change machine didnt work for weeks. Walls damaged. Trash all on the lawn area. Clean business is good business. Just look in the back. Be good. True.

Total rip off. I had Mobile 1 Annual Protection put in for $130. I could have bought the oil and filter at Walmart for $50 and they put it in for another 10 to 20. I guess I should have asked the price first. No way I would have done it for that price.

My car was a mess!! Trash all in it, and the guy who was changing my oil cleaned it out and vacuumed my floor, put new wiper fluid all free of charge!!! This Mobil 1 is the absolute best!!! I would recommend this place to all my closest friends and family!!! In and out quick, with 100% customer service satisfactory!! You guys rock!

Went to get work an oil change place said needed done. After the mechanic inspected it, he said there was nothing wrong with it. Ive used these guys for a while for repairs, now it looks like I will be using them for oil changes as well.

Not a good experience. Waited 40 min. To get service when a another customer drives up and gets waited on in minutes of arriving. When I did get service, it was very brief. Things they said they did, they did not do. I know this because, the dust on the covers was not disturbed. I did get a 10.00 discount. Not enough for the shabby service I received.

Took my car in for a tune up, and they tried to gouge me for an extra 400 worth of work. I paid for the tune up and when I got my car back, the valve cover bolts were not put on tightly and one was missing. The mechanic must have surgical hands because they claim they didnt remove the other bolts necessary to to the work properly when I pointed out they were placed back on in the correct order. They deny any wrongdoing even when confronted with the shoddy work,, and claimed I was nit picking because I was angry about a bolt missing and another bolt not tightened down correctly.

WORSE!!! / BAD! Mobile 1 place to get any service done. This place have 2 young guys cheap labor, 1 older male dont really speak English and not really any knowledge fixing your car and 1 owner who does not know how to operate a business. Everyine is Unprofessional and no training on customer service or in fixing cars. I took my car in for OIL CHANGE and a break flush and they end up breaking the break sensor cable and my dashboard light came on. They try to fix the problem and since they cant find the problem, they unplug it like i didnt see them unplugged it and ask me to drive off and say its fine. I told them its not fine and to fix the issues, the 2 young guys dont know what to do and went on Google to search the problem???? Why if they are specialist LOL. I went to owner to see if he can resolve the problem and he wont take any responsibility, unprofessional and ask me to take it somewhere else...Future customer be ware and not to get anything done here because they dont have any knowledge of any repairs and wont take any responsibility.I Hate this place and looking into filing a complaint with this franchise if this is even one.
