While I was there today it was pouring rain and pretty busy but they were very quick and friendly. I didn’t feel like they were trying to rush me around because they were so busy. They were very courteous. I felt horrible because I received an important phone from the medical insurance company that I had been waiting 3 days for, so I was unable to let them know how appreciative I was. I’m not one to sit on my cell and be rude and I hope they understand, but even with that, they still told me to have a good day and weekend. I truly appreciate their hard work and friendliness. My husband, son and daughter-in-law also use this location and we have been going there since moving to TX 3 years ago and will continue to go there because of the great way we are treated there. Jiffy lube is awesome! I take my RV there for state inspections and they have a great driveway setup which allows me to get in without in backing up. The staff is super friendly and Im always happy to know I can count on them for good service!

I went in to get my inspection done for my car and was greeted as soon as I pulled in. They had my car finished within about 20 minutes. And I found a coupon online for 50% off so all I paid was $12. Great service!

Its probably not often people say that having their car worked on is the best part of their day, but in this case it legitimately was! I was coming home at the end of the day and stopped by the shop hoping they could squeeze me in before they closed. Not one person groaned about someone showing up last minute, everyone was super friendly and helpful! Mike and Alex were exceptionally awesome, joking with me while the worked and making sure I knew what was going on. I definitely recommend coming here for any car service!

I cant even tell you how long Ive been going here for car maintenance. What I can tell you is that each and every time has been met with courtesy and respect. Whether simple oil change or inspection to engine flushes and line repairs. Even the couple of instances that werent textbook, were handle with complete professionalism. I appreciate this a lot, being in customer service myself I know how difficult it can be at times when things dont go as they should.

Didn’t install oil filter correctly, car started leaking oil a few weeks later. Brought it back to get it fixed and they claimed it was just “excess oil they didn’t clean off”…. It seems these people will come up with any excuse .. just say you messed up and move on.

With this location being the only one in my local area being open on memorial day, I expected it to be filled with other people trying to keep up with the routine maintenance of their vehicles.Instead I pulled in, asked for an oil change and they had me in and out in fifteen minutes.I believe the mans name is Mr. Steve who was very receptive in listening to my scattered explanation and helping me obtain the right product for my vehicle.

Got an oil change and inspection. The guys were very kind and super fast. It was great.

They messed up a simple oil filter change and threw away a vital component to my car. It took a month to diagnose and 400 dollars worth of parts before a simple diagnoses could be made. Jiffy Lube through away a filter cage that caused my car to go into limp mode and throw drive train malfunction codes. It caused a low oil pressure situation that damaged my intake VANOS and after replacing it I still got codes. It was after I decided to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they must have not used the good oil I gave them I found out they over torqued my filter cap to avoid the leak due to no longer having the filter cage and gasket. Went a month without a car and 400 dollars worth of part to find out it was a 30 dollar filter cage they threw away due to incompetence.

Went for a Transmission Flush and Fill and an Oil Change, Transmission flush ok but the oil change was horrendous! Oil cap was not tightened all the way so there was some spillage in the engine bay, annoying 😒. And when I changed the oil today, there was some sludge that collected in the oil pan and on the cap. They also changed my airfilter which was fine except for the part where they didnt clip it down so there were leaves and other debris in the filter box. Check your car afterwards because you dont know if they did a good job.

Excellent customer service. I was able to use email coupons to get a discounted total. I also came by a few days later to inquire about why my check engine light was on and they hooked the machine up and diagnosed the error code. This was a big help and allowed me to go home and research what I need to do to resolve the issue. Excellent job. Keep up the great work!

The professionals at Jiffy Lube did an excellent job changing the oil/oil filter in my 1969 Corvette Stingray. The care and attention to detail taken to do the job right is to be commended. I would not take my 69 Corvette Stingray to just anyone for service. Thank you Jiffy Lube for what you do.

I have been to this location several times to get an oil change done. Today I went in for a complimentary tire pressure check. The front driver tire was very low on air. The guy pulled the hose and acted like he was adding air but in fact he did not. My car gives me the exact tire pressure. It was 24 when I got there. It was 24 when I left and it was 24 after driving around for a little bit. I came back to the location and asked to speak with a mgr to see if he would remedy the situation. He did not believe me. He was not apologetic and was frustrated at the fact that I would question their service. Nobody likes to be lied to. This was a blatant lie for a service they did not perform. It makes me question the oil changes they said they did. Complete lack of professionalism. This place used to be so good but I guess management and the service people have changed.

I stopped back in after trying this place out again once more and service was pretty good again. Not perfect, but it was way way better than about 9 months ago when I swore the place off. They have upgraded the staff there immensely and everyone I came in contact with seemed to know what they were doing and were professional.

Came here for a state inspection today (Nov. 16, 2020) and the crew was so incredibly kind and understanding. I dropped off my fathers car this afternoon because he is in late 70s, and since hes high risk for catching COVID, he takes extraordinary safety precautions to stay safe--even inside his car. I appreciated that the guys didnt think it was silly or laugh at the fact that my father taped up the seats, steering wheel, and anything else that might be touched, to keep himself safe. I also forgot my credit card on the seat as I dropped off the car, but I was flagged down and notified before I walked off. It was so heartwarming and uplifting to me because in this world of craziness, its good to know that honest and kind people still exist. I hope management gets a hold of this message and rewards this team for their kindness, and let them know that their simple act made all the difference in the world to me and brightened up my day.

These guys are the best. They will thoroughly inspect your vehicle and offer suggestions, but there is no sales pressure. The place has a clean, large waiting room with free coffee, TV, and WIFI. The service is fast. Recommended.

This is the fastest “JIFFY” I’ve ever experienced at a Jiffy Lube in my life. These guys are FAST! They were ALL knowledgeable in their field, optimistic with the customers/each other, and very hard-working. I had 3 or 4 doing different things for me. I had asked them to check things out, and they were ALL extremely kind/friendly and helpful with their responses/quotes. I appreciated my experience today so much, I felt the need to write a review about it. I highly recommend these Jiffy Lubers. I’m so glad I found somewhere so close to home where I feel like I’ll be taken care of, not taken advantage of. I will absolutely be seeing them every 4,000 miles and more. lol. If you’re reading reviews to see where to go then obviously you should too. They rule. Period.

This was my first time taking my car to a Jiffy Lube and I had a great first experience at this location! Mike greeted me when I pulled up and was very professional and friendly. Him and his team were quick on getting my oil change, inspection and wiper replacement done! The service here was exceptionally friendly, they went over everything they saw for potential replaced with me prior to completing the work. The employees that were working in the bay on the day I needed an oil change were all such gentlemen. I told them I only had 40 minutes for my oil change and they said no problem, the man who checked me in made sure that everyone working knew my time constraint. Multiple employees opened doors for me and were just top notch customer service. They did offer me other services besides my oil change (like they are trained to do).but never made me feel pressured and didnt make me feel bad for saying no. It was a fantastic experience and honestly 42.99 for an oil change isnt all that bad.

Lost a Long Time Customer, Lied right to my face.Been a long time customer at this jiffy lube, now they have too many young guys who think they know everything and have no problem up selling you and lieing to your face.i simply wanted a oil change, obviously that was too much to ask.they got my truck mixed up with the f150 behind me and gave me a fuel filter that i did not need or want. when they told me the price i asked about it and one of the guys who worked on my truck came in (beard, wore a hat had to be 25-27) young guy. he told me that i needed it and it needed to be changed WITH EVERY OIL CHANGE or every 3-5k miles. A fuel filter? i think not, trucks can go up to 15k miles without a fuel filter change and i JUST GOT A WHOLE NEW ENGINE put in my truck at 150k so it had been 8k since my fuel filter was changed. i even told them this and they still said i needed it!i asked for a bay manager and he explained that they got my truck and the one behind mine mixed up and that he could give me a discount, i walked back inside with Anthony and got a 10$ discount. REALLY? 10$ for compensation for a 70$ part i didnt need?? when i asked Anthony to bring the bay manager back in he said he had gone to lunch. i did not have the time nor the patience to wait until he got back i had things to do that day. i paid the full price with the measly 10$ discount and left.below you can see my receipt and the names of everyone who worked in that shop that day, i have also attached a autozone screenshot of what a fuel filter costs for my exact truck, so you are literally paying 60-65$ for labor for a fuel filter change. something that takes less than 10 mins for them to do.just imagine walking in planning to pay 50-60$ for a oil change and you walk out spending 127$ i cannot believe how bad this place has gotten in the 5 years i have been coming here.WILL NEVER COME TO ANY JIFFY LUBE AGAIN!!

Infection control needs to be improved. Saw technicians walk about the shop without a mask or masks acting as chin guards interacting with each other in very close proximity and then driving my car out of the shop. Before I got in, I wipe down the touch points with my disinfectant wipes. But who knows if any of them are asymptomatic. I wont be back anytime soon until they get better at protecting each other and their customers.

I went in after 5 pm to do my state inspection. All the staff were very welcoming, respectful and professional. They respected my time and didnt keep me unneccessary long.

Customer service was great but.... I purchased a oil change and also new air filters and hours later my car starts sounding bad. Come to find out they “forgot” to put in the filter and also left the top open. Definitely sticking to Kia for future oil changes.

I went to purchase my own oil and oil filter when I left called jiffy lube who quoted me a cheaper amount then what I paid plus they did the work, changed fluids, cleaned windows and vacuumed my car. Everyone there was extremely friendly, professional and quick. Needless to say I got a refund on the oil and oil filter and took my car to Jiffy and will continue to take my vehicles there. 2 thumbs up!!!

The oil change is way too expensive compared to others companies. There is no added value for the cost. The matenance tech did a lousy job and my vehicle leaked oil for two days due to their negligence. I had to take the vehicle to another location to correct the issue.

I was referred to this Jiffy Lube by Joseph Zavaleta. He suggested I speak with several different men. The only one that was working was Mike Rowe. He took extremely good care of the needs of my car and was very educational as to what was necessary for my safety. I purchased exactly what he suggested and I had my oil changed and all points checked out. I purchased my tires as well and will return on Tuesday to get them mounted and balanced. I will definitely be telling everyone about my positive experience with Jiffy Lube.

Micheal was extremely helpful! Came in with a flat tire which happened right in front of the store and everyone was so nice and quick to help. I was able to get my tire changed and order a new one right way!

They are excellent - I am not going to tell you they are a good value because for what you are getting they are a little expensive - but they are fast and speed can not be under valued - i can earn more money ... but we all only have so much time on this earth ... if your time is important to you ... jiffy lube is going to charge you a little more to do in 15 min what its going to take an hour to get done anywhere else - highly recommend - and I will be back again.

I did brakes service that costs more than $400 (aside from other repairs; total cost is more than $650). So my wife was driving the car and after less than 30 miles, there was no brakes (literally no breaks). I could have lost my pregnant wife, daughter, and wife’s friend due to their sloppy but expensive work.I always prefer to contact the owner before posting a bad review but unfortunately I was unable to do so.

First I spoke with Rick, he was very professional over the phone and had no problem asking me to bring my 1981 Mercedes Benz 300D by so they can look at it. Nick was the mechanic that worked on my car and was extremely courteous in letting me know what to expect, how much it was going to be and a estimated time for my car to be done. I will be bringing my car back for everything these guys are able to do for me on my Mercedes.

Been using this Jiffy lube location for a few years for yearly state inspections and backs oil changes for my daughter car. Never had any issues and they always get me in and out very quickly. Today was no exception when I brought the bike in for inspection. The employees were courteous and friendly and gave me zero reasons to complain. Would highly recommend them.

Before services were performed I asked for the price for a specific service and I did not receive that service. I could have gone to the dealership and paid less for what I wanted.

It feels like a gamble sometimes as a woman to take your car to get looked at. Rick and Nick made me feel comfortable and included me in all the work they completed. Not only did they tell me what the issue was they took me to my car to show me as well.

Nick at this location is phenomenal!! He works hard and is very efficient! He knows his stuff and is the guy you want working on your car. The entire staff is great as well they work very well together and have great service

Horrible experience. Because they hire inexperienced kids or havent trained properly my oil change caused me a break down, tow, and repair. Running my car with the oil cap off I walked out to see oil spewing everywhere. When they were done my car came out squeaking. Oil was on the belt and pully. One of the guys wiped it off and at first it stopped making the sound temporarily. 3 weeks later my belt shreds into pieces and pulley is bad. This was just replaced a few months before so I know that this was the cause of my problem. I also have a problem paying $160 for an oil change that is suppose to come with other services to my understanding. They didnt provide the services that were described and Im completely dissatisfied and will not recommend or take my vehicle back.

I came in for an oil change and a brake job at approximately 9:00 am on Saturday. I was told that it would take between an hour and an hour and a half. I agreed to the work. At 11:00 am the person that checked me in states that it would be another 40 minutes with no explanation. By 11:50 am I began asking questions and the young lady connected me with one of the mechanics. He stated that they had challenges aligning the sway bar and it took longer than expected. My vehicle was not completed until almost 1:30 pm. I was supposed to be in Waco by 1:30 pm for my Sons basketball game and I missed it, causing me to go bad on a promise to him. I do not have a problem with the amount of time that it took to repair the car, but I am quite upset at the poor communication on status and time for repair. At the point that they began to have problems, I should have been notified so that I could make preparations to have my wife pick me up and I use our 3rd vehicle to reach the game. Unfortunately by the time I finally received information, my wife was at an event with my daughter. This was an experience that I choose not to subject myself to ever again.
