NOT PLEASED AT ALL. If you want an establishment to take your money and treat you like just another number when an issue arises, this is your place. My vehicle needed a power-steering pump and after three repairs, still needs one. When my vehicle was returned it sounded just as bad as when Id dropped it off. When I addressed my concerns with the manager, instead of showing concern he became defensive and rude. This repair carries a warranty but its not a top priority for any of their locations once they understand its a warranty. Sadly, I dont recommend this location and wont return.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They literally do not care about appointments. I set an appointment and waited for OVER an hour and my car was still not pulled in yet! They submitted a work order with false times! I eventually left. One star because the front desk associates was nice getting me checked in!

Slow service, but its nice being able to drop of the vehicle and keys and just picking it up later. Frequent deals for oil changes online, and they dont do the shady act of pressuring you into extra services while youre there.

Ive never really had a problem. I get a majority of my auto repairs done here. Great customer service. Keeps me informed when I need to know something. I have no issues with them.

Greatly frustrating experience. I scheduled an appointment about 5 days in advance; I even asked if Saturday would be fitting and what time would work best. I arrive for an 8 A.M. appointment as suggested by this business and am told that a part has to be ordered form a local vendor and it will take approximately 20-30 minutes. About two hours later, no part has arrived, no progress has been made. Why is a part being ordered the day of my appointment when I scheduled well in advance. This is very upsetting and very inhibiting to my schedule which I accounted for when coordinating. Please improve this process moving forward.

Great customer service by people that take their time to make sure your vehicle is road ready. I have a Firestone in my town and drive the extra 15 miles because of the employees at this location. Definitely recommend this Firestone.

I appreciate their safety practices. I called ahead to ask because I went to my usual place this morning and was disappointed at their lack of concern. The guys here were friendly, professional and reassuring. All of them had their masks on properly, the inside ones took extra precautions with checking in and out, and the workers outside wore masks and gloves, and put plastic covers inside the car. The only thing more comfortable would be if I didn’t need service. But because I did I’m grateful to have found this place.

State inspection...Ive only been here for inspections, but they are courteous, fast and informative. My tires are close to not passing, and he told me where they were and what wouldve have kept me from passing. Then he said Im stapling a quote for new tires onto your receipt, just so you know where to come when you need them. No hard sales pitch. No trying to panic me about my tires. Just helpful information. I like that. And Ill remember it.

I havent been to Firestone in a very long while. I only came because I wasnt being heard by others when i explain my issue. So i took a chance this year. BEST decision Ive made. These guys not only listen but they will run a thorough diagnostic and make sure you understand every word. if you need a look, you will be shown the problem. They will discuss your bottom line before any repairs are made. if you cannot afford all suggested repairs. they will prioritize and suggest which needs to be address 1st and then tell you how long you may have to fix the other.When given an estimated time for repair. these guys hold true to their word, or you will receive a phone call stating why the service was stalled. This is a very friendly and professional crew who demonstrates care in what they are doing,not only for your car but also in you!!!

This is my second vist at this store they did a decent job on my wheel alignment. Went back for oil change and fuel injector system cleaning drop it off at 7am and it was ready by 8am. It left me feeling suspicious that all the work I paid for didnt get done. Pick up my car and no window sticker indicating next oil change did they just forget or maybe they dont use them.

Although I did not use this company for their product, I do want to give 5 stars for their customer service. Last week, I ended up going in to get new tires and the sales associate and I were having a hard time finding my name, address or number in their system. She was doing everything in her power to find me within the system, time passed and I realized I went to the wrong tire place (blonde moment!) but I definitely appreciated her helpfulness and how she kept calm the entire time! Thank you!

This was my first visit and they were very courteous and efficient and my car is running much better. While there the manager over heard another customer make a comment about a concern...he came over and was very polite and addressed the customers concern. I like that he did not pretend he did not hear but assured the customer he had his best interest at heart. I found this impressive and a sign of integrity that is sometimes not seen in business. I will be a repeat customer!!!!

Great customer care. They do scheduling and walk-ins. But I would honestly go somewhere else to get an oil change if that is all you are needing. For example if you dont need a whole check-up and all then dont go here for the time being. I waited 2+ hours just for that. But they do a great job though.

I have been going here for years. No more. They missed a transmission leak that ended up costing me $2,000.00. They said it was my fault. I let that slide because Ive been going there so long. Last oil change I paid them to check my brakes. They said everything was fine. Today (2 weeks later) I had my car looked at because I keep hearing a grinding noise. My brakes are metal on metal. I will no longer use Firestone to service my car and I suggest anyone that does proceed with caution.

I used to trust this location for practically all my auto repair needs until earlier this year. I took my pickup in for a front end brake job. I was told that i needed new rotors b/c they were very worn and they wouldnt do the job unless. I brought my truck home and had my ASE certified mechanic brother check my rotors and they had lots of surface left on them. I havent been back since. For years prior i got good service but they lost me as a customer forever.

Got a set of awesome Firehawk A/S tires.... just drove home in the rain after buying them today. Best ride home in the rain ever in my RX8. No need to sacrifice wet traction for speed rating! These have both. .. See Mr. HIPOLLITOhe is truly a tire specialist . I told him what I needed and he delivered the exact driving experience I asked for. This location is fast, everyone is friendly and they truly know their products. Stop by and see Hippo if you need tires or service. Gave a great tire for a great price and speedy service was a plus. He ordeeed the tires I wanted,, had them there for me and called me when they got there. Was able to get it done on my lunch hour and was safely able to drive home on the wet streets this evening. 5 stars cannot do justice to the full package experience that earms your trust and delivers as promised that driving experience you are looking for.

I went to Firestone initially since they were the only open shop on a Sunday afternoon.They not only fixed my car but also ran a free diagnostics and offered me an inhouse credit card for repairs.Amazing customer service, solid work reputation and best of all, nationwide network

The clerks/receptionist are nice people but the mechanics needs more training. I scheduled an appt for 3pm at this location to have my spark plugs changed (only because of the mileage) and to get a fuel system cleaning ($425.00). Immediately when I started my car up I knew something was wrong.It was shaking and 3 lights (one being the engine light) that werent on when I brought it in was now on. I drove about 300 feet and turn around. The mechanic that worked on my car was already gone. He didnt even wait 5 minutes until I drove off. As a matter of fact, I saw him leaving 10 min before I was handed my keys. Long story short. A little after closing (on Sunday @ 5pm) another mechanic who wasnt as experienced as the original mechanic had to try to fix/find the problem. At first I was told that the first mechanic didnt put the new spark plus on tight enough. Then I was told that it was a possiblity that one of the new spark plugs were defective and they didnt have anymore in stock. Almost an hour or so later (6:30pm) due to the lack of fixing the problem, not being able to contact a manager (because they were all off on Sunday), and no diagnostic technician on site, I requested a refund, asked for my old spark plugs to be put back on and left there with 3 lights on (that werent on when I brought it in) and scared to drive my car because it was now driving/functioning worst than it was when I brought it in. Just do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place..

Ive been to 4 different locations and this is by far the best and Im picky as hell! customer service is great and seems to be the most honest. when I take my vehicles in nothing else ends up broken like at the other locations where it seems like u take it in for service just so they can brakes something else to get u to go back in. I recommend this location over all the other Firestones in the area

Came in at noon for tire replacement and alignment. Was promise itll be done at 5 when they close. Came back at 4:55 car was untouched complete waste of my time! . No explanation given. Service advisor is rude! Explanation and or apology would be nice. Stay away folks. Go to discount across the highway . Better customer service and theyre cheaper too !

They told me my car needed a head done, show me the test they ran and everything, Im talking coolant in the tester show a blown head gasket, its a new Chrysler 300 so I took it to another mechanic and it turns out the guy that done my oil change didnt screw the cap on all the way. Long story short they were going to charge me 4000 to do the head. Thats a damn shame. I been driving the car for about two days and it hasnt ran hot or nothing and I drove it all the way back to Little Rock, Arkansas. I give all honor to God for the help

This place is such a joke! Tried to tell me I needed $700 in extras and 90% of the issues they claim my car had, were things that have been fixed recently! They seriously think because Im a woman that I dont know anything about my own car, well they picked the wrong one to try and take advantage of because I actually do the maintenance on my car so I know it very well! I would suggest you take your car to a reputable shop because this place is nothing but a scam!

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at this particular location. Bryan at the front desk was extremely friendly, but the other employee that I first met was extremely rude. I believe he was a supervisor or manager. At one point we watched all the employees standing around talking in the bay area for at least 20-30 minutes while customers were waiting for vehicles to be serviced. When the lobby became full, Bryan had no help. It took them over two hours to put two tires on my car and they had more than enough staff at that location to provide service to all patrons that were waiting. There where at least two employees standing doing nothing, one of which was the rude supervisor/manager. The only reason I stayed is because this was the only location that had the tires I needed. If at all possible, I will not ever return to this location.

Ive never had any problems with anyone working here or the location. Always willing to get you in and out as quickly as they safely can. This location stays busy though so if your in a time crunch be upfront and honest. Dont tell them you have wiggle room on time if you dont! When possible call ahead and schedule an appointment. That goes a long way. Keep in mind that they have online reservations that THIS location DOES NOT CONTROL. Its a national company system that does not take into account what they already have scheduled. Be mindful of the attitude you are putting out there towards these hard working in the outdoor conditions, it goes a long way!

I remember the great and friendly service they used to give my dad and to this day Firestone employees continue to give that same service. Went for a diagnostic test and the mechanic simply guessed what the problem might be when he was unable to figure it out. Claimed it was the fuse box but once I troubleshooted the issue myself, it turns out it was the driver side door. No where related to fuse box. ALSO they were trying to charge $445 for a car part when I bought it for $20 bucks elsewhere!! TWENTY BUCKS!! They’re known for their overpricing and lack of knowledge when it comes to vehicles.

Not all Firestones are the same. This one has consistently given outstanding service for years. I drive further for this particular location because its worth it.

They were quick,I was there getting the car inspected.

I was scheduled for an oil change, air filter replacement, and fluids inspection last week. The lady working the front desk was excellent and seemed pretty knowledgeable, no complaints there. During checkout I was told that upon the technicians inspection they would not replace the air filter because it looked new. Less than a week later I took my vehicle to get a manufacturer recall fixed and upon the Volkswagens inspection I was asked if i wanted to get the Air Filter replaced, I told them the filter looked OK according to Firestones inspection less than a week ago thinking this was just a sales pitch. To my surprise the air filter was very filthy and the gaskets and VW engine plastic cover did not seem to have been removed anytime recently which put Firestones integrity in question.I go to Firestone expecting quality service and integrity for the price I pay, if i wanted cheap questionable labor i could find that on Craigslist at a quarter of the price. I do not like to cut corners when it comes to maintenance. I take time off from work or school and make arrangements for transportation when i make appointments here and i expect to get everything done in one visit however long it takes. I understand that the air filter is not that critical but do not lie to your customers, Ive had other brushes with their services and it looks like it might be time to take my money elsewhere.

Had my brake service done here, and the brake pads are still good after almost 50K miles! I had good price through promotion, so I was happy with the service!

These people are untrustworthy, and wont keep their word.I recently purchased a car from a man, and while looking at the car he presented me with a receipt for work that he had recently done to the car. The receipt was from this store. The car started sputtering about 4 weeks later, and needed a tune up (750 dollars), which according to the receipt, was already done.I took the receipt to them, they said the mechanic that ripped the previous owner off was no longer working there, and they werent interested in making it right in ANY way.

Props to Chris, they guy who helped me out. He was very honest. I did not feel pressured into paying for things I didnt need. They made their recommendations, I told them exactly what I wanted from those recommendations, and thats exactly what they did. No pressure, no BS. The price was fair, if not good. Customer service was great.

A complete rip off! Wanted to charge me over 400.00 to change just my front brakes and break pads. So i went home and did it myself for under 200!

Scheduled an appointment early on a Saturday morning. Had the oil changed and Firestone discovered my front sway bar link was broken, so I had it replaced as well. Overall no complaints and Don at the front desk was personable. Most of the complaints on here seem like its due to time. Thats to be expected at plenty of automotive places. I would return.

Got my state inspection done very quickly. Location is good but getting there isnt.

I went in to check for why tire is shakimg they say i need tire balance. I wait is 3 to 4 hours and they looked at car and I knew it wasnt a balance because i just had it done at Walmart. They said i need tire rod bearing and lower arm control. Grand total $2000. Ill go somewhere else

I asked to simply check front tires balance or replace as needed. They spent what seemed like hours going over the whole vehicle. I asked if could be don’t fast and was told yes they dragged there feet and waisted my day very unhappy.Then to top it all off my diagnosis was bad shocks in the rear causing excessive weight to be put on tires therefore causing the tires to cup and vibrate. (Shocks are 4 months old, and tires are 6 months old).

Its ok...think they can be more honest about their work....

These people do NOT care. Went to pick up my car after an oil change and inspection and the car was unlocked, head lights on, and parked carelessly. On my way home the car died and Ive been having problems ever since! Thanks for ruining my car.

I went in to get a state inspection and they did a full vehicle inspection. (Two different things) Then they charge me again to get the State inspection done (what I asked for in the first place). Horrible service. I spent so much money here on other services just to be treated like dirt.

The worst experience I have ever had, I went 3 times each time I wait for a couple hours for an elinghment.I left my car for a regular alignment with 5 hours estimated time and when I came back after that time I waited an hour more to be told my car is next to work on!!!!dont leave your car and leave it will take forever to be done.
