Everyone at Ed Bozarth was amazing to work with - but Frank was over the top wonderful! The body work/paint they did on our Lexus is perfection. It’s obvious they do great work & definitely went the extra mile with some small extra touches/gestures that have 100% earned them lifelong business from our family.

Would have liked to never use them, but things happen and they fix your car up. They work with my insurance to get thing fixed fast. Did have a little delay waiting for parts but the staff is nice and helpful. I had a better experience with them than another local smaller repair shop.

My insurance gave me the choice to work with either Ed Bozarth or Gerber, I wish I would’ve chosen Gerber! I needed a new fender and wheel and paint for the fender, I was told that my car would take about 4 days. After the parts came in I dropped my car off at 7:30am on a monday, On day three (Wednesday) of having my car I called and asked how things were coming along the women who I spoke with was a little rude and told me that my insurance can contact them for a status update so i had my insurance call them to get information on how my car was coming along. Come to find out they had only done an alignment so far... Day four comes and my car should be ready but it wasn’t and no one ever called to tell me a new date to expect it so Thursday afternoon before they closed I called and asked when it would be done I was told that it should be done on Friday.... Friday comes and still i never heard from anyone so i called and asked when it would be done and they said I can get it on Monday. Monday morning i called and asked if it was ready and employee tells me yes but he wants to double check everything and he’ll call me when it’s ready. I never got a call so I personally came in Monday afternoon to see what was up and my car was sitting out front ready to go. Yet no one communicated that to me. I get my car back and once i get out of the parking lot I hear this awful grinding noise so I immediately go back to the shop and tell the body shop employee to come take a ride around the parking lot with me to hear the noise. We agreed something was wrong so we pull it into the bay and discover that one of the parts used to balance the wheels was left on. So they take it off and i leave. A few days later i take my car out on the highway and the steering wheel is vibrating badly at high speeds and the tire pressure light comes on but the tires are properly inflated. I take the car back to the body shop but it’s closed so I went and talked to the assistant manager at the service bay and explain everything to him so he has his guys re-balance the tire, I take the car back out on the highway and its not vibrating as bad but something was still off. So i took it to the Walmart tire and lube place and they tell me that the tire is facing inside out and its needs to be flipped around and re balanced. Once Walmart does this my car is back to riding like before the accident. Most of the staff I dealt with at Ed bozarth were either rude or didn’t really seem to care at all to help me discover & correct the issues they caused and they were horrible with communication throughout the process. I completely understand that things get delayed and the expected completely dates can get pushed back but of the two times the date changed no one from Ed Bozarth reach out to me or my insurance to update us. Even after they told me that they would call.. and me having to spend money out of my pocket to correct issues they caused is unacceptable. I highly recommend taking your car elsewhere for collision repair. I’ve never written a review before but this whole experience with Ed Bozarth really bothered me.
