Josh was great! Especially his communication. He kept me up to date on the status of my repairs and was very polite and informative.They got my car back to looking and running like new.

First of all it was 102 degrees today and I had my daughter with me. They had popcorn and water/coffee complimentary which was a life saver. They helped me within 10 minutes of being there and I got the estimate within 30 minutes, havent gotten the work done yet but so far I was impressed with the customer service.

I rarely leave reviews, but the customer service and quality work that GM Tommy Carta and his team gave me were above and beyond. I had a bit of a unique situation and Tommy was at my house within 20 minutes to look at my vehicle then followed that up with an estimate about a half hour later. He then came to my house and picked up my vehicle and gave me an estimated time of about 4 days to have the work done. It was done a day and a half later. And he again came and dropped my vehicle off and it looked amazing. I cant say enough good things about Caliber Collision and Tommy and his team. Look nowhere else. 5 stars.

Great place to get your car fixed. Very organized and efficient, with frequent updates on progress. They also polished up the car and got the inside looking spotless, which was a nice touch. Great experience with Caliber, highly recommended.

Caliber did a great job in replacing my Rav 4 bumper and back hatch after a hit and run accident. It was done and back to me within 3 days!

While we were unable to get our vehicle repaired here, we spoke with them many times and even had them do the estimate to send to another Caliber Collision. They were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. We wish we couldve used this location!

Hit something on the rose and my bumper was a mess and hanging down. I Was able to make it to caliber and they zip tied the bumper up so I could make it back to Denver. They also walked me through their online process so I could get an estimate. They were extremely helpful and professional and i would highly recommend getting your car fixed here.

These guys go above and beyond what is expected. John told me what he was going to do, when he got to the part they kept finding discrepancies so they actually fixed the whole door. Then the painter actually went around and fixed an old bad paint job I had not yet fixed. These guys truly go above and beyond. John was very engaged and kept me aware of the process throughout the week. Id highly recommend.

Aside from quality work, the single most important thing a business must have is quality customer service. The customer service from Audi (spelling) was outstanding and should be recognized as a valued team member. Having to get repair work is never a fun experience, but I have been very impressed with Audis commitment to go the extra mile to communicate with me on the progress of my vehicle and his ability to make me feel valued as PERSON (not just a customer). As you could imagine I struggled with getting needed information from the insurance company and this process would have been a nightmare if Audi had not helped by calling the insurance company and finding the breakdown of communication that would have prevented me from getting my jeep back in a timely manner. Every step of the way I felt supported and thankful I went to superior. Again, aside from quality work from Superior, The single most important thing that will I will tell others about this business is the customer service that Audi provided. Keep up the Good Work.

My car was in an accident and this amazing business fixed it perfectly! You would never know my car was even in an accident.

A few months ago my husbands truck was rear ended. They were great with quotes, being honest, and accurate. We went with them for the repair. The truck turned out great! Then right after, my sons car was backed into! We went to them very first. They exceeded their customer service and quality from before!!! The level is care, workmanship, and expertise is amazing. They try to make things as easy as possible for you. In both situations, the worked with the other partys insurance. It was all a very smooth process!!

I wanted to share my experience with Caliber Auto Body. If anyone knows my history with poles and my vehicle, they have a magnetic relationship. My ol’ Tahoe had many opportunities to show our connection. However my new car and I found it may have some of the same traits (maybe a chevy thing?) So to leave out the pole details I found myself this afternoon heading down to the best auto body in town. I walk in and tell them I need an estimate. Staff is nice and I step off to wait my turn. While waiting I look around a bit and notice something different apparently I did not notice on my way in. Must be the same amount of awareness as I have with these poles literally standing in the building before I notice they have a new name this is not the same place. Quick look out the window and yep I made the right turns this is the place. Now I am on the fence, do I bail? Do I stay? I don’t want some new place ready to recover their dollars they invested in this well known auto body company. I am not sure why as I am a creature of habit and don’t like trying out new places. The guy comes up and says lets go take a look. As I walk out I am hesitant to explain my white scrapes down the entire side of my car. So I just let him come up with his own ideas on how they appeared. Takes him about 30 seconds to figure it out. Then I say I want to make it as good as we can without hitting my wallet too hard. He crouches down and gives a closer look. Then to my surprise he says “maybe this is just transfer”. He goes back in and I wait outside on the bench still not sure if I want to know the pricetag. And then here he comes back with another worker. Mind you both in slacks and dress shirts clearly not who I expected. They rub some polish up and down the side of my vehicle and to my amazement it is back to the shiny black it used to be. 10 minutes and done. I was blown away. Guy walks up and says this one is on us and sends me on my way. Now that is great service and honest work. They could have easily took it to “the back” and billed me without me knowing any better. So I am happy to report I again have a great auto body company with excellent service and morals!

Amazing company with great people

I had an unfortunate collision with a truck on the highway and took my Toyota to the Toyota dealership the next day and was referred to Superior Auto Body shop. I called that day and was told that I could walk in and get an estimate from there the next day. The estimate was fast and professional, done by Audi who is friendly and professional. He clearly knows what he’s doing. I had some issues with the truck company, and superior was nothing but helpful for me and was able to help me as this was my first collision experience. My car was in and out of the shop within 6 days, and was able to handle issue with the trucking company regarding having to order more parts and was able to make the process hands free and easy for me. My car looks brand new, as they cleaned and detailed it after the word had been done. My car has never looked better! All the employees I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know, and will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

Superior Body Shop is the best body shop around, and their customer services is second to none! Weve had three of our cars at their shop in the last couple of years, and the work has been exceptional. Tommy and Jessica have both helped us throughout each process, from beginning to end, from dealing with different insurance companies to helping us with little odds and ends of our car cosmetics. The results have always been top-shelf. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend Superior Body Shop!

The friendly folks at Superior Body shop put my tailgate/hatch back Together after I accidentally pulled it off. I wasn’t sure how it could possibly be re-attached because of how it snapped off. They helped us on our maxima with 2 different accidents and both times I was super happy that they took such good care of my baby. I also love that they clean our car inside and out. Quick friendly service!

4 stars as the work they did for me was great. Cant tell there was any damage, till I opened the trunk. They had forgotten to reseal a seam and paint the area. They corrected it for no charge but I did have to arrange a ride and use my own time off to get this done. Done right the first time, 5 stars.

Superior has worked on my vehicle 2 times for two seperate accidents and both times I was extremely happy with the results of the repairs. Ive used Superior Body Shop twice now and both times the vehicles came back flawless.The front dest staff is friendly and helpful. They constantly keep you posted with phone calls with updates of repair status.Finally, the work...body repair or replacement and paint match has always been spot on. I will use this shop again if I needed repair.

I was hit by an uninsured driver which made the whole situation a headache. Superior helped the whole situation by providing such great service, good communication, good turn around time, and quality work. My vehicle looks better than new. They not only cleaned the affected area, they cleaned the whole interior and exterior from top to bottom. That was very unexpected but a very appreciated touch. I hope I wont need body work again, but if I do, Im going back to Superior.

They did a great job on my Toyota and turnaround time was 3 days shorter than expected. Detail inside and out was really nice and very much appreciated.

Ive use Jamie for many years and multiple cars, each time Im extremely happy with the service and the outcome. Ive even had some minor scratches on my vehicle that I thought needed to be completely repaired and he has sent out one of his guys that have hand buffed minor scratches out without charging me. I recommend him to my friends and family. Even as I write this he has my mothers vehicle in / body work haha.

WeI had a complicated repair on a conversion van and the shop did a terrific job! It was lengthy but they kept us informed, explained the processes and we have a 3 year old vehicle that looks like it came off the showroom! We have used Superior before and always been treated with respect, honesty, timeliness and the fairest of prices.

I have had 2 vehicles here after accidents. They did quick and very good service.

The Estimator was confrontational and unprofessional. I asked a couple questions when going through the estimation process and was answered in a very disrespectful manner to the point where I had to ask if I had somehow offended him. It was already a hard situation, but when the ones who are supposed to be part of the solution become part of the problem, thats just bad business.

Couldnt have had a better experience. They solved any problems with the insurance company. Kept me informed and had my truck back together in no time.

These guys are absolutely the best. Rob was great to work with. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The service is great! I am a pickey person about my car and I let them know that if the paint had any blemishes in it I would be very unhappy. They then informed me that they would back the paint up and if I was unhappy with any part of it they would make it right. Got the car back and the car had a great paint job which matched the existing black paint perfectly! Would defiantly come back if I need anymore body work!

Not happy anymore. I had to take my car back to them just to clean up their own mess. Take the coat hanger they rigged on my grill because they couldnt find the latch on my Mercedes. Put my grill back together because they lost the screws and my grill was just hanging there. And get it aligned. A few days later I realize one of my Bose speakers is blown. I wished Id taken my Benz elsewhere.

I never being to this bodysho.because i live in australia. i do bodywork for living but i know some costomers are to fusy. they allways coplaing for litle things.We do the BEST we can to satisfy allmost everybody......jose

Came in with two problems left with 5 new ones.They fixed my cracked front clip, but failed to straighten my fender, and rolled it instead, failed to completely repair cracked paint, made the silver line sloppy and smeared it against the black, scratched my hood in two places, not small scratches, about 6inches in length each. Chipped my front clip in a new place.Overall, a simply pathetic job, especially for the cost, over $1300.Will not recommend to anyone.

I have used SBS everytime my cars have needed TLC, and Ive never been disappointed. In fact, I just stopped in to see if they could recommend a place that would help me with a mechanical problem with my door lock. SBS not only took the time to fix the problem on the spot, but they sent me on my way at no charge! The owners and staff are always friendly and professional, and I would never consider using any other body shop.

I total my car recently and they were there for me every step of the way. They didnt let my insurance company take advantage of me by trying to get me to settle for a really low amount and even educated me on what my rights were, like insurance paying for new carseats! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Best auto body in town!

Superior auto body shop in Grand Junction Colorado is the absolute worst autobody shop in that state they told me two months to get my truck done and it took them 6+ months to get it done and its still not correct they didnt clean the inside, and when I picked up my truck I had my son in the front seat turn the air conditioner on And it blew glass all over my kids face !!! I had to take him to the hospital to get the glass outta his eyes, I would never ever recommend this body shop to anyone and the salesman Tom was the BIGGEST LIAR in that state of Colorado .... 👎🏻👎🏻

They did very poor work on my Porsche. I had to go back 3 times after they had my car for over a month and $8000. They never finished the job, and the owner tried to tell me that the parts that they left off of my classic Porsche were not there when I brought it in.... I tell everybody to avoid this shop‼️
