I worked with Steve to have some minor repair done on my Honda. It was a great experience ALL the way around and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for car repair.

Everyone was so polite and personable. They completely understand the patience and compassion needed when people come in after an accident. I was informed every step of the way. Even though they are seriously busy (because theyre popular), I was made to feel like a valued customer. Mike went over and above to be certain I understood the process, timeline, and work being done. He was very transparent and professional, plus has a great sense of humor that puts you at ease. The car was detailed and cleaner than when I bought it! They work seamlessly with the insurance and rental car company and thus made the whole thing so much less stressful. Showed up to seacrest about a month ago talked to Mike filled out a work order for an estimate and my vehicle was inspected. No calls within two weeks. Apparently my email address was wrong but they had the correct # and did not attempt to call. After calling them and fixing my email I confirmed my cell # and accepted the estimate around 250$ for two simple clips and labor. Been almost two weeks since no email or call back with a bumper half way hanging off. Don’t usually review places but being brand new to grand junction and not having a local car guy I wouldn’t recommend this shop

Can’t say enough great things about Secrest Auto Body. We are a full time RV family who was in the Grand Junction area for a job when our truck was hit in a parking lot. They got me in and out so quick and always kept me informed on progress. We are very happy with the work they completed and would recommend them to anyone!

I am very impressed with the professionalism and customer service. I am a very detailed oriented and picky person when it comes to my vehicles. The repair work and paint blending is high quality. I cannot tell that any repairs have been made.I received multiple updates while my vehicle was being repaired. When I picked up the 4Runner it was cleaner both inside and out than when I dropped it off. I am very pleased and will recommend them to anyone needing a professional auto body repair.

Everything was perfect. I wld not change a thing. They were always prompt with their service . They never kept me waiting. Once I scheduled a date for service they took me right away. During the work they called me 3 times to provide me with an update. The car was actually ready a day early and looked fabulous. I would use them again in a second.Note: I rented a car with Enterprise during the time the car was in for service. Enterprise met me at Secrest with the keys to the rental on the day of my car drop of. When I picked up my car after it was fixed by Secrest I just left the rental at Secrest and Secrest called Enterprise for the pickup. The two companies worked seamlessly together again making my life much easier.

Went to Secrest after pulling off my front bumper parking. The entire experience from initial phone call to when I picked up my SUV was 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Trust is very important when you are female and lack knowledge in the vehicle repair / maintenance department. I hear such horror stories from female friends who were “ripped off” with auto repairs. That does not happen here!! They are trustworthy and reliable! Ray went above and beyond, had my vehicle done in a day... and they cleaned the much needed exterior. Vehicle looks as good as it did before the mishap. Unfortunately, my vehicle was hit two different times within a 3 month period. It would have been a crazy stressful time if Secrest didnt have my back. The craftmanship and customer service are unmatched, and I know whatever happens theyll make my car like new again. Brandon was amazing at letting me know what was happening with my repair and when to expect my vehicle back. They fixed everything and got it back to me in a timely manner. All the repairs they do are covered under a warranty, so there are never any worries. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. 100/10.

So thoughtful and considerate. I was rear-ended on I-70 and wont be in Junction long enough for Secrest to do the repair. But Eric took the time to inspect the car just to make sure I could safely take it back to Denver. He knew he wouldnt get the work, but that didnt stop him from taking time to make sure the car was roadworthy. A true gentleman.

Great service, communication. My car was even cleaned when I picked it up. They are the best!

Unprofessional and poor quality. They repaired damage on my vehicle and had to redo the work twice. First time there was imperfections in the paint and poor prep. Second time my vehicle was covered in overspray and the interior was extremely dirty. When they put my car back together it was missing bolts and plastic tabs had been broken. Would not recommend them to anybody.

They were quick and easy from the very beginning. I have felt taken advantage of in the past, being a young woman, but never felt like that here. They kept me well informed the whole time and returned my vehicle sooner than expected and cleaner than when I left it with them. Would highly recommend to any and all!

I am satisfied with the way my car came out great and in a great timely manner. I will definitely come back in the feature and recommend them to everyone! The only thing is I wish I could have got a courtesy reminder when They called that my car was ready that they don’t except personal checks. Witch I do understand why but I can’t read the sign on the front desk from over the phone and it could have helped save me 45min, gas, my girls and I late being to school at work. But I still rate a 5 star and will still recommend them to everyone with a friendly heads up they don’t except personal checks

SECREST AUTO BODY IN GRAND JUNCTION IS THE ONLY BODY SHOP I WILL EVER USE! I went to 5 different shops in Grand Junction! 3 with outrageous bids claiming work needed to be done that wasnt necessary! BRANDON RAY at Secrest gave me an honest bid for actual work that needed to be done! At less then half the price of the other bids! They did a perfect job! when the work was done my truck looked brand new! They even detailed it! And to top it off! They charged me less money for the work then the bid they gave me! Amazing People, Work and Services!

The front drivers side of my car was crunched from a collision and when I went in to get a quote for the insurance company they were super helpful from the start! Walked in, very quick and very thorough. Had me scheduled for work within a week, another body shop told me it would be at least three weeks before they could “fit me in”. The car looks brand new! The paint is clean and smooth and they detailed the inside of the car too! Worth every single penny! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

I recently went to Secrest after some rebar pulled my bumper off. Secrest spent 35 or 30 minutes finding the right clips and tools and putting the bumper back in place, and charge me NOTHING! I could not be more impressed. I truly recommend them!

My car looks like new! They did a great job and went the extra mile . They even detailed it inside and out! There was an incident where the detailer scratched my car but they stepped up and fixed it right away and paid for the extra day of the rental car. My only suggestion is to be more proactive with communication on the progress of the work.

Did such a good job cant even tell anything happened. Even buffed out some minor scratches on the other side that were unrelated . Would definitely use them again but hope I never have to

I have dealt with Secrest on 2 different occasions and both times have been nothing but satisfied. I can not say enough good things about Secrest. Brandon who helped me both times was ALWAYS very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Was always in touch with me keeping me updated on what was going on with my vehicle from start to finish. Not only did they make sure the outside of my car was done and completed to their highest standards, they also cleaned the inside of my car as well. It was a very nice and unnecessary surprise!! After having my vehicle for a few days I noticed a few things I was worried about. The same day I called they had my car back in the shop, checking everything again. I would never go there again had shity service and was given the run around from the start. The guy that helped me acted very helpful but did absolutely nothing no call back when the parts were in and when I was due to take my car in two different times they told me they couldnt take it in and was left still having to take my car somewhere else to get fixed. Very disappointed in them all together! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I had a minor fender bender with my car. I took it into Seacrest. The gentleman who helped me was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. They totally took care of me! This is a great Company!

I drove from Denver to here because i was fooled by reviews. Took forever to get it done when i came to pickup the vehicle it wont start. Took to the dealer they diagnosed with a key malfunction wireless module.Ok cost ($1100 to get it fix) no problem then i took my jeep to the car Wash and the rear was leaking like crazy from the roof. owner contacted me to take care of the problem buying a door gasket ok no problem then i found that front door has a mist over spray which you can feel and see from different angle owner bought a M3 polish to polish that door.I didnt realize the passanger side is same thing. Owner says is the worse case I can buy your jeep thats not the point im so angry once again looks like am dealing with kids. I also install a backup​ camera that 1 month ago i try to hook up and didnt work.What i expect from body shop is to get it done right at the begging not to keep calling them Everytime to fix their own mess.

Worst experience ever, they dont call to update and they treat you like you dont know what you are talking about or like you were blind and dont know what color is your car... I had to leave my car ther for 2 more days so they can match the color and when I picked my car up they wouldnt let me in the office! And if that wasnt enough my car was with an empty tank of gas and 500 miles more than when I left it, I couldnt addressed my issues with anybody because it was friday 4:55 pm and they were gone!! They are in network body shop with my insurance you would think they will take care of you... NOT!!!
