As we entered the stores front door we were greeted by Jason (sales associate). Jason asked what type of mattress we were looking for and we explained what we wanted. Jason then explained the four options that match what we wanted in a king mattress. What I really liked is when he was done informing us on each mattress we were interested in, he gave us enough space to talk between ourselves about the mattresses.My wife and I talked and tried each mattress for about an hour and a half. We finally chose the mattress we wanted. We called Jason over and asked him a few more questions about the Heritage Luxury Plush - King. We decided to purchase this mattress. Jason gave us a delivery date. The delivery was great and on time with a very professional crew.I have nothing to say but good things about everyone we came in contact with at Brooklyn Bed. Give them a try and compare them with any other store that sales mattresses, I bet you will agree.

Needed a new mattress and the last ones we have bought have all been through Brooklyn Bedding and been a great experience. The location we have been to in the past has closed so we tried this one. Once again a great experience. Sadie asked good questions to understand our needs. She then showed us mattresses and explained the difference between each one and why each would be a good fit. The sales team at the Estrella store were very helpful and professional, wanted to make sure we were educated on the mattress technology so that we could choose the perfect nights sleep. It will be a sad day for this company if he were to ever leave for any reason because he is really just one of the best (like at least top two besides my husband 😉) sales/retail employee I’ve met. He’s so kind, and I feel like he genuinely CARES about his customers. He says his number one concern is that his customers are happy and I believe it. He will never talk you into something that you don’t need- I wanted a split king and even though it was more expensive he advised me against it because he didn’t think I’d be happy with it. And- the beds are very comfortable. We bought the Medium Addison and have been really happy with it. We had been to a few mattress stores and were on our way to Sleep Number to buy our bed and on our way we decided to look one more place before spending nearly 6 grand. Jason Woods at the Estrella parkway location was awesome. He was courteous, honest,and respectful. He took the time to answer all our questions. With his advise, we decided on the Bloom queen with the added cooling cover as well as 4 pillows. We just had the bed delivered and Jason was right, no off gassing odor. The delivery drivers Tony and Castro were efficient and respectful with all aspects of the delivery.We are excited to finally get some well deserved rest on our new Brooklyn bed.

We have been very happy with our service at Brooklyn Bedding from Mark Spear! During a shutdown for deliveries, Mark personally took it upon himself to go to the warehouse pickup the products to deliver and set up our power base and mattresses. Further, after 70 days we decided that the firmness wasnt quite right on one of the mattresses, we called Mark and he immediately set up a date to deliver the replacement! Best Customer experience ever!
