Great sales experience and also great delivery experience. My wife and I purchased a washer/dryer through the help of Jim Morgan whom was super helpful and knowledgeable. The dryer was damaged when the products were delivered but both drivers(Angel and Eric)and Jim were great at making sure that everything was taken care of and also made sure that the dryer was delivered the very next day. Lets face it, damages happen. These guys made sure that the washer/dryer were delivered and installed the very next day and that made my wife very happy. Great experience!!!

Bought a dryer and had to wait over a week for delivery… not a big deal. Then on the day of the delivery, at the time the driver says he’d be here, he calls and says they “forgot” to put the dryer on his truck. After conversations with the sales rep, it turns out the driver forgot to pick it up and refused to go back and get it. Now I have to call off work for a whole day in hopes that it actually gets delivered on the rescheduled date. Absolutely ridiculous that a company can just forget to deliver products people have paid hundreds of dollars for. Overall, this is the worst buying experience I’ve ever had and will not be purchasing anything from this or any other Spencers location ever again.

Our refrigerator was not working when we returned from the summer away. Ugh! We headed to Spencers for ideas, and Mannie Carrazco was the very knowledgeable sales person who explained the latest improvements to us. He located the perfect refrigerator and it was delivered four days later. Wow! Aaron and his helper unloaded and set up the fridge and a much-needed new microwave at 7:00 p.m.A happy ending that could have been much worse.

I found the refrigerator I wanted online, called them up on Sunday, ordered it over the phone and they scheduled delivery in 4 days. I received multiple texts to keep me informed of the delivery status and a call from the delivery team when they were on the way. It honestly could not have been an easier process for me. The installer Carlos was very communicative on when he’d arrive, friendly and professional during the install, and left the area clean when he was done. This was my first purchase from Spencer’s. The whole process of ordering appliances was very easy. Manny took a lot of time to help me find in stock items that I actually wanted and not having to settle for models I didn’t want. Some appliance are back ordered for many weeks and months due to the Covid situation. 🙄 Then on the delivery day the drivers and delivery coordinator always let me know when they were coming. And even when they were 15 minutes away. Very professional and I appreciated all of the care and thoughtfulness of Edgar the driver to pull into the area I told him to to make delivery easier. I will buy other items as my remodeling progresses further.

Our refrigerator died, a quick drive to Goodyear and in less than 15 minutes we selected, purchased and scheduled the delivery of our new unit. Chuck was fabulous on the sales floor. Follow up was accurate and speedy. Today the crew arrived and their care, attitude and professionalism was outstanding. So nice to shop local and support a great company like Spencers.

We purchased several appliances from Spencer’s including refrigerator, washer, dryer, and gas BBQ. Our house had a planned closing date and we wanted our appliances immediately after close. Spencer’s delivered our order one hour after close and the delivery and installation was made. They installed and tested the units in about an hour and we were up and running. Their price was very competitive and our sales person was very helpful. We enjoy the customer relations and support that we have received and Spencer’s has gained another customer.

I ordered a refrigerator and a dishwasher for a rental property from Home Depot. I had to wait almost a month to get a delivery. The evening before the delivery I got a call that the refrigerator was on back order. It was due to arrive at the HomeDepot warehouse on July 22 but we had an additional delay because the delivery service was booked. So my house stayed vacant over a month waiting on the new appliances and the refrigerator was on backorder all along. I called Spencers TV & Appliance late in the afternoon. They had both models in stock and I was scheduled for a delivery the very next day. I saved some money and had an amazing experience. The guys that came out were awesome and very helpful. Oh by the way I was suppose to have another refrigerator delivered to my home this evening. The driver called in sick and they have noone else to send!!!!! I do believe I will be going to Spencers going forward.

Ruben came early after calling me. He bought everything with him on a dolly so he didnt need to go in and out of my house. He was quick, cleaned up after he was done. Hes a rockstar and deserves a raise. You have a great employee. I talked to Ruben about replacing my stove and he suggested exactly what I was looking for. Ill be going back to replace the rest of my appliances soon.

I have heard mixed reactions to Spencers but I have to say I was treated excellently. I was casually shopping for a new wash machine for my clothing. The one I had was fairly old and I noticed that the agitating action wasnt what it once was. The back and forth action wasnt enough to hardly move the clothing. I knew I wanted a fairly large washer 5.0 cubic feet or more, and I also did not want that center post. The washers I was looking at that met my specifications were running around $799 to $899 and more if you wanted additional features. Well walking into Spencers I was greeted very nicely and asked what i was looking for. When I was shown a washer that was $899 everywhere else for $250 less I was floored. How was this possible? But it was a real price and I didnt have to wait, I could pick up the washer the next day (yes I own a truck which is really handy). I picked it up with no hassle and I am more than pleased.

The delivery team, Josh and Jason, set me up for success and assured all my appliances worked perfectly and all my questions were answered before they called it a day! I knew I wanted a whirlpool W&D, but everyplace I searched online could not fulfill what I wanted. Tony @ Spencers took my phone call, he patiently shared what pair was in stock. He was very helpful. We purchased over the phone-physically unseen ( I did enough research). When they were delivered - We BOTH were pleased with installer, model, color and size. Will shop and recommend Spencers. I sent the below message to Spencers and was told I would get a call…I have yet to receive a call from anyone.First, I was told that the refrigerator I wanted was not being made anymore, but I went to Home Depot, and they have the one I originally wanted. But, of course, this was after the one I ended up with from Spencers was delivered and installed, so I could not do anything about it.The installer said one of the screws that attaches the microwave to the cabinet was defective, or the hole in the microwave was defective. The installer said Spencers would call me to have someone look at it. I never received a call. I did receive a part from LG. I did not order it, so someone from your store or the installer ordered it. When I called to see when Spencers would send someone out to fix it, I was told it was an LG issue. I called LG, and the manufacturers warranty does not cover installation.Then I wanted to change the dishwasher I would get (it was not delivered due to backorder, which I was told it was being delivered with everything else). Unfortunately, when I went to the store, the salesman was not helpful and was rude to my family member (totally ignoring him). I ended up ordering the one I could get right away but ended up canceling it and got one from Home Depot.I will not shop at Spencers ever again.

My husband and I entered the store around noon on Saturday the 19th of June. First and last time we will ever set foot in a Spencers. We were greeted as we entered and then nothing. We walked around looking for Samsung kitchen appliances we saw on line and found nothing. Passed at least 2 associates in are search and neither asked to help us. We went back to the desk and told the person there what we were looking for. His reply, We only have what you see in our show room. Never did he offer to look anything up. I only hope your associates are rude and dismissive to everyone that comes in the store and not just gay couples. Considering others in the store were being attended to makes me think it is just that. This is not over. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I want to ensure your corporate offices are aware of the type of people they have working for them.

I bought all new LG kitchen appliances and a Whirlpool washer/dryer set through Spencer’s in Goodyear back in November. Although some items were on back order due to Covid and the shortage due to the boom in our state, Manny was awesome to work with. He always got back to me and was pleasant and patient. I had a problem with the Whirlpool dryer making a loud sound and the service tech was able to replace a bad hose (gas dryer) to take care of that issue within a week or so. Turned out my dish washer had many issues and they all got handled but it took over a month and it runs great now. After the fix there was a bad odor coming from the dishwasher. The warranty company said “odor” is not covered under the warranty. I asked a coworker who has rentals if he knows what could be causing the odor since it’s brand new and he explained it could be a problem with the installation. He was right, the hose that runs from the garbage disposal to the dishwasher was not properly installed. In fact I was told by my plumber that most new dishwashers come with a hose. The old one was still on there and dangling low to where the dishwasher was getting back feed from the disposal causing the odor. The hose should be arched up and around so no water and food can get from disposal to the dishwasher. The installer failed to suspend the hose up. The problem is now solved after much frustration. I wouldn’t suggest going elsewhere but just know that your experience may or may not go flawlessly.

Spencers is so knowledgeable about products! Had been to other places before with multiple problems but thank goodness for Spencers!! The salesman spent so much time with me getting the right microwave and the delivery man was excellent! Will always use this store!!

We were in need of a new washing machine, the one we were replacing is 19 years old, and settled in on the Speed Queen line. Spencers was the closest store to us that carried that line.Spoke with Art Meredith at length about the washer and bought the washer and dryer package.Given that covid issue many stores are not carrying a lot of stock and order times are months out but we must have ordered at the right time because Spencers had a deliver Speed Queen scheduled for the end of April.We received the washer and dryer on May 4th. The delivery people were punctual, very professional and courteous and left the laundry room in a very clean condition when the left.Never dealt with Spencers prior to this but will seriously consider them if the need for new appliances arises in the future.Based on our experience we highly recommend Spencers TV & Appliance and their employees, especially Art Meredith.Thank you.
