Purchased a Kenmore dishwasher couple years ago for nearly $1,000 the 3 year warranty we purchased just expired. Put in a service request one month before it expired and still waiting for it to be repaired. Horrible customer service and meanwhile still waiting for it to be fixed. Would not recommend this place or a Kenmore dishwasher!!!!
Just made a refrigerator replacement choice at Goodyear. Sears gave us more than adequate credit for the new appliance. I believe that we received a better fridge than the original that we purchased at no cost to us. The sales manager, Brooks Clark, was great. He was very helpful and patient.

I ordered a washer and dryer from Sears almost a month ago and still do not have them this place has the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life
If I could give zero stars I would. I canceled my order a month ago, after getting the run around about where/when I could pick up my freezer. Now, a month later and after multiple phone calls to customer service, and I still don’t have my refund!!! At this point I’m ready to dispute the charge with the credit company, and if that doesn’t work I’m looking into legal options to get this resolved.
Very disappointed. Not one of the sales associates wore a mask. Clearly they don’t care about customer safety while shopping in their store. 100% just lost my business.Thanks for responding however you didn’t address the mask issue. And when I asked why they said they don’t wear one. That’s not ok.
Not a great experience with this Sears location so far.The order has been delayed for over a month and service has been difficult to get a hold of.Sales people are just trying to sell. Would not recommend and will not be returning to this location!!
Upon showing the receipt of a paid online order telling me to pick up a vacuum, the manager forced me to pay a second time stating the transaction was void. Upon calling my financial institution and displaying that funds were distributed, the manager still told me to pay again that I was not double paying. I disclosed that a 600$ charge would prevent me from having money for grocery’s as a single mother, yet he still proceeded to ensure me I wasn’t charged online. Now I have paid for the vacuum twice and sears says this is an independent owner. The man refuses to reimburse me and the employees continue to hang up on me telling me there is no one to contact over the manager Rogers head. Ultimately, a 300$ vacuum has cost me 600 and sears will do nothing to help, since Roger chose to charge me again despite all the evidence of proper payment. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Today is Thursday the day they told me to call, but Nicole hung up on me again and said the manager is not there and no one can refund me for the double charge.I responded to the email below and it says message blocked. Overall, it’s all a joke and a scam.

Beware, once you buy something from here you deal with sears and that is a joke. Bought fridge in 1 year had replaced 4 times still not fixed. Wont refund my money or replace it. Should be a recall if l 4 bad. Beware. You been warned
Great. Their prices were a little higher than others but they hag good customer service so I purchased from them because of their great customer service and will purchase from they again.
Just reading all the horror stories about this place will keep me out of even looking there. Customer service is a MUST and it seems the District manager needs to intervene on sales that went terrible. Sounds like some people need to be replaced. Like other reviewers said, What happened to the old Sears? I grew up with them. I will avoid this store based off the responses.
I bought a chest freezer in April. They told me it would be ready for pickup on June 26. I called on June 26 and they said it would be here by July 1st and they would call me that day so I could go pick it up. It’s July 3rd and I haven’t received any calls from them. I’ve been trying to reach them since yesterday and nobody answers. They charged me right away, but have not delivered what they said they would. I’m hoping for answers as to where my chest freezer I paid for back in April is or I expect to get a refund. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t buy from this place again.After spending an hour trying to track my order, they just said that the freezer wouldn’t get here until August 5th. I bought it in April, they told me it would get here June, then they said July and now they’re saying August. I just got a refund. Don’t waste your time or energy with this place.
I bought a Kenmore Elite Refrigerator on august 22 nd 2018, with a master warranty.well the compressor stopped working they had a service guy come check it out it was compressor,now I am getting a run around trying to get this part,I was informed that the compressor on this refrigerator would be the new designed one,I want a new refrigerator if I cant get anyone to fix this refrigerator.Shame on Sears

What happened to Sears ? The people here just dont care anymore. They use to sell good products and stand behind what they sold you. Now you would be better off buying at a swap meet and probably get better quality appliances too. Extremely disappointed.

Great customer service! Theres a guy there called Adam who is really friendly and tries is willing to spend as much time with you as it is necessary. Definitely willing to go above and beyond.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!. They told me my Washer would be there in two weeks, they canceled the day of delivery with no warning at all, rescheduled 2 more times and each time it was canceled by them the day of delivery again and again, plus they never answer their phone, you have to go down there to talk to anyone. Ive always been a Sears customer with appliances but never again. Over A month now without a washing machine.

I bought a washer and dryer. They delivered them today, did my first load and the washer was moving a lot. The delivery guys forgot to level it. I called Roger, the manager which sold me the product jumped in his car and brought an installer with him. Leveled the washer up and fixed it. That is what I call customer service :)
Ask for James. He was very helpful in finding what we wanted that was available to be delivered in two days.
Crapy products!!!! I bought a new Samsung fridge and I have not even had it for 6 months and it stopped cooling. I had to throw away all my food. It has been 4 days and they still have NOT fixed it!!!!!
Pushy employees that will tell you anything to get you to buy. Even if it is not the truth. Go to Lowes next door and get the same thing for less.
