Jacob was amazing! 5 stars all around!! He advised me of my options to pick up my mattress. He gave me a great deal on my mattress and I was satisfied!I called back to confirm my order and pay for it and inquired about using a coupon and spoke to Rachel. I asked about being able to apply the coupon to my mattress and she was trying to convince me that I was getting the absolute bottom basement price. Something in my gut told me to try online. Seeing as though I spoke to Jacob about coupons and I advised that I may have one. So i went online was able to get the pricing Jacob gave PLUS use my coupon and got an even better deal. I called to see if Rachel could price match and she did. I just wish she would have been willing to just try the code the first time. If it works great if not at least I tried. But I am glad that she did eventually try and I was able to get an amazing deal. So if I could give half stars I would but I will give it a 5 because overall im happy

It was quick and easy to find what I was looking for I was out of the store in 30mins. Jason is a man of the industry and he knows what he’s talking about. The store part of the purchase was great. Tom found me the perfect mattress for my guest room. The transaction was easy and quick and much appreciated. However the delivery was less than stellar. They arrived outside the time frame I was given, 45 minutes later. But the biggest issue was that these young men had no tools to disassemble my old bed and put the new one together. I had to dig through my husband’s tools to find what they needed. Their boss should have made sure they had the tools they needed to do the job.

Shanika brought us thru the entire process of finding our perfect bed. Instead of trying out every bed, the mattress marcher recommends beds based on your sleep requirements and even matches with the pillow type. Excellent customer service, would recommend this to those who are looking for quality sleep!

Everyone should find Rachel Smith! She gave the most honest/best recommendation and doesn’t hard sell. I had a nightmare after buying a mattress online with the live agent’s recommendation despite having my own preferred mattress brand. After 2 nights of sleeping, my husband and I know that we got to exchange the mattress. So I went down to goodyear and Rachel fixed my problem.

Thomas was extremely rude. I wanted to exchange my mattress and upon entering the store Thomas never left his seat and just pointed me to a mattress to try. He gave me no information on the mattress and just showed me a price sheet. When I asked about information on just returning my mattress he was extremely rude and lied to me saying it would be cheaper for me to exchange rather than return.

This Mattress Firm is great! I bought my mattress in October. I am very happy with the quality of it. I was told there was a price match guarantee if it went on sale within a specified time period. Called after I saw it on sale online and they did in fact adjust the price. Great people working there! Helpful, patient, and friendly!

Wow, what an amazing experience. My family and I stopped in to physically see what options were trending in the mattress industry. I was impressed that a young man was able to accommodate our language barrier because my parents do not speak English. He was nice, attentive, and did not pressure us at all that day. The second time was even better, I personally called a few days later to see if my elderly parents could test, try, sit, etc. on the beds during the pandemic. Being that covid restrictions were still in effect, Shanika Washington, reassured me that there were procedures in place for my parents to try the beds. During our conversations, she invited us to check out her store. She went above and beyond the normal call of duty. She was patient with our circumstances (elderly parents & language barrier). Honestly, we came in knowing what to buy, but only after a true sleep assessment, she conducted on my parents, did they realize that they needed something else. She was kind to offer her input and beverages while we shopped. She didnt even try to upsell anything, which was a breath of fresh air, only after I inquired about a protector she told me what we needed to protect our new investment. Overall, nice, patient, informative, professional, very helpful, and understanding. A+ plus in my book, thanks for all your help Shanika my parents love their new adjustable bed and mattress set up you recommended.

First let me say that while the store is good and has a lot of inventory... Its the salesman that makes a difference. Jason Evans helped us immensely. Two receipts for the same household. Sisters who bought an hour apart and each charged a delivery fee. Two deliveries were made . The delivery guys were awesome. However, the two(2) fees was ridiculous and I believe unnecessary.

Wow! Dylan’s ability to hear my concerns, then target my specific sleep issues and communicate that to me and then follow through by finding the best possible mattress for me is amazing! He has solved sleep issues I have had for years and he’s allowed me to gain back true rest at night and I’m able to have more energy during the day! The mattresses were kind of dirty and they didn’t have a great selection. Maybe I came at a bad time. The lady who was working there was very nice but she was also very busy with multiple customers. Not her fault but the store wasn’t for me.

Wow, wow and wow! What an amazing experience my husband and I had today at the Mattress Firm in Goodyear. I have put off buying a mattress for three weeks because in the past weve had horrible experiences with both Ashley and Sleep Number. However, today working with James and Dylan was a breeze. We told them the challenges we were experiencing with our current mattress and how our back issues were affecting our sleep and they educated us on exactly what we needed and why. James knowledge of mattresses is amazing and he was able to answer all of our questions and make us feel confident with our purchases. We took full advantage of all of the Labor Day sales and financing options, and with the extras that were included we walked out the door confident that we received the best deal, and that we made an educated purchase.
