Stopped by this metro by t-mobile location because of the highly rated reviews. Stopped in and spoke to a nice young man named Alejandro, who is the manager of the establishment. He helped me with getting into a new device and walked me through all the promotions, prices, plans and even which accessories to get for my new phone. Thank you for taking care of me and taking the time to explain everything. 100% satisfied with the service.

Alejandro is by far the best customer service in the Phoenix. Helpful, knowledgeable an I have a very hard time understanding all the new technology. He takes the extra time to explain everything to me so I can understand it an my phone works. He does his job with heart ...I live way out of this area but the drive time is worth it because of his exceptional service!

Highly recommend this location, the employee who assisted me was Alejandro. He did a phenomenal job explaining the software updates and technological advancements on phones over the years. Also they have good deals. This is the only place Id recommend if you wanted a phone!

My wife and I switched from boost mobile to Metro earlier this week. We expected the process to be time consuming and frustrating but thanks to Alendro at TZ mobile the process was painless and very efficient. Alendro knew exactly what we needed and within a few minutes, we had selected our devices and mobile plan. He did the set up quickly and even managed to take care of 2 other customers at the same time. He is very efficient and professional. We ended up asking a few follow up questions once we arrived at home and he responded equally fast. Thanks to Alendro for making the experience a good one. We look forward to future business with Metro and TZ mobile.

If you go and you see a wanna be white Mexican lady with makeup caked on her face and fake blond hair listening to Spanish music, leave and come back another day. She isnt helpful at all and Im sure she doesnt like her job. I asked a few questions and she says I cant look it up, I closed the account already. Its your job to help answer my questions.I gave this store 3 stars because the other times I went, it was a guy and a girl there. Super helpful people. Go when they are here.

This store has the worst customer service!!!!!! There’s a girl with blonde hair is so rude! She isn’t no help at all I came in with having trouble with my phone it just needed to be cleaned because my eye vision is not all good I’m an elderly I need help with my phone so I bring it to the phone experts and she didn’t help at all I couldn’t really understand her but she said there’s nothing I can do about it she just looked at my phone for literally 2 SECONDS she automatically said I need a new phone With an attitude, She didn’t even TRY Really? I’m upset because I’m a loyal customer to ray he will always help me clean my phone delete apps to clear up my space and now not nomore!!!!!!!! I’ve never had this problem before with this store she needs some more training.

My wife and I had a great experience when we went to change carriers from ATT to Metro PCS. The Manager, Ray, did explain why he suggested the higher rate plan. However, he did not pressure us into getting it.We got the basic plan, because we were coming from a Basic Flip phone, not using text, to the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime phone with data.If we need to increase our 4G data we can, since we are paying monthly.Ivonne, was also very polite and helpful to us and everyone who came in.When I listened to them talk to everyone who walked in while we were there.I noticed they NEVER pushed anyone to get the phone/package. They asked how they could help them and answered any questions asked without pressure sales.It has only been 1 day since we got the new phones, however we definitely like them. The amount of data we use will be determined in a month or so.Thanks Again, Ray and Ivonne.

I went into Metro to have my phone repairedrepaired of several different problems. The staff made me feel welcomed from the moment that I walked in. the manager was able to fix my phone right in the store . he took his time to make sure that every issue that I had was taken care of.

I went in to see about transferring over my service I used to have Boost Mobile when I went to Boost Mobile next door the person helping me out was kind of rude not really helpful and was not really trying to help me out at all but when I visited Metro PCS they really help me out and my transfer was easy they really help me out and gave me the best deals and rate and they were very customer-friendly the staff at MetroPCS was amazing thank you for helping me move over to Metro PCS I have to give a big rating due to the staff.

Would definitely recommend anyone who needs a phone to come to this location employees were very helpful.
