Alyssa has the best customer service I truly ever seen. She Answered all my questions and made me feel welcome to be a T-Mobile customer. I recommend anyone going to see her if they need anything.

New in town and was happy to come into this store. Alyssa was very helpful and informative. She had me out in a timely manner which was nice because i was on my lunch break.

KUDOS to Marcos at the Cotton Lane T-Mobile store! I had an issue with activating an old phone, and the main customer service line kept asking him the same questions over and over again. Despite his accurate, polite and correct answers, it took them 20 tries for each question to get it right. Marcos has the patience of a saint. I was furious that they were not listening properly. But he handled the entire thing with a smile! The manager Jesus is also very nice and very patient. Great place to go-highly recommend them!

This T-Mobile is very unprofessional.. I will not ever step foot back into this T-Mobile after the service I got from MARCOS!!! He has a very bad attitude and is very rude..instead of trying to fix the situation he wants to send u away so he don’t have to deal with it.. I hope they replace him.. I went into the store 4 times before my issue got fixed.. (if it even is fixed!) But my business will go somewhere else.. as that’s what I was told for him.. and he’s supposed to be a manager! Ha what a joke! I do not recommend this store to anyone!

Michaela was probably one if THE best customer experience Ive ever had. We were with Verizon since they absorbed Cellular One 13 years ago. She and really everyone in the store was SO helpful and polite. It really got us off to a great impression of TMobiles customer service.It should also be noted that while setting up our new account the staff had to deal with the rudest woman Ive ever seen. In spite of her barrage of nasty treatment they all were polite, professional and continued repeatedly to help her. I think everyone in the store was relieved when she finally left.

The worst experience. That the beginning they was out of screen protector for my my new phone and sync up drive. Was told by Bri that she pick up that the other store the next day and call me. No call at all. My called the 2 days later and Bri was busy. She would call back. No call back. Wife called back the next day and talked to the store manager. Waiting for shipment to come in. Still no call. Now they say that we have to come into the store and order it.

I came here when I lived close by, I moved about 45 minutes away, and I will go no where else, not even to my store 5 minutes away! Consuelo is amazing, she takes her time, is very thorough, you walk out with phones complete set up. I just moved to Arizona and needed to change my cell plan. I called the T Mobile store on Cotton Ln in Goodyear and made an appointment with Gigi. She was fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and made sure I had the best plan that suited my wife and I. I am glad to have met her and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new phone or plan.
