My iPhone 8 Plus charging port needed to be changed I went to this shop and was told $80 for a new port plus labor. I brought my phone to them and was told it would have taken 3 hours to fix it but 1hr later I had received a call from one of the workers and he asked me to go get my phone, when I went to the shop the guy in the front desk had told me that the phone charging port is still good but was loose and they had to tighten it. He did not charge me anything at all. These guys are very honest and will go back to them again next time

I came here to get my broken screen repaired on my S20 Ultra. Even though they did a great job in fixing my screen. I was not notified that ALL my data/ texts/ pictures/ videos were deleted until I arrived to pick up my phone. Super heart breaking. I dont understand how a diagnostic can mess all that up. A courtesy call beforehand wouldve been nice to soften the blow. I told the guy why didnt he call me the moment it happened? he made a lame excuse, no phone in file. Umm I specifically stated to call the number on my file as my watch is attached and can receive calls, he just shrugged me off. This is the second time Ive been here and the only time this has happened. Due to the lack of empathy to their screw up, I would not recommend this place.

I came here to get my PC diagnosed, as I could not get a video signal to a monitor. The free diagnostic looked like a great value. I gave them a call two days later, and they told me that they were not able to 100% fix the issue. You cant really fault them, they can only do so much. I picked up the PC three days later, and they told me that their attempt was free of charge. The customer service was very responsive each time I called, and I would strongly recommend this place.

I dropped my phone and the entire screen stopped working. I thought I might need to purchase a new one, but I decided to stop in here. The staff were extremely helpful and suggested I contact my phone insurance carrier to file a claim and get screen replacement service. Once that was done, I left the phone with them and when I returned they had not only replaced the screen, but they had also installed a new battery, and optimized the phone performance. It works like new and it is 4 years old. I absolutely recommend this store.

They are the best place to fix what dont work. Most times they dont charge if its a simple fix like with what they did yo my tablet.

Extremely quick and friendly service by Brenden! We came in expecting to deal with a repair/exchange through insurance and there was no ticket listed for the phone.Brenden was very polite and patient as he answered our questions regarding the normal process and why a ticket wouldn’t show up in the system. He then proceeded to not only check the issue of the charging port on that phone, but also on a second phone having issues that we expected to fix on our dime.He cleaned both charging ports out for FREE and got them working again! Then he gave us some tips for keeping them cleaned out, as we’d previously tried to clean them out. (Tiny tweezers and a toothbrush.)Definitely will be back with any future issues!!

The Gentleman I talked to was GREAT, and very knowledgeable. When I went there I couldnt hear anything, and whoever i called couldnt here me. I could here the incoming ringtones. That was all. Very quick service. The said it would take 4 hours. It only took 2 hours. I highly recommend these people.

My iPhone 7 Plus battery was in terrible shape so I had it replaced here for under $100. They were nice and professional. And turnaround time was way faster than expected, took them less than an hour!! Def recommended them.

Wanted to fix the screen on pixle 3xl best price I could find in town they were $30 to $40 under every other place I called. Fix was done same day and only took them three to four hours to complete. They also had Bob Ross playing which was a huge plus!

Awesome place to get ur electronics fixed. Super friendly staff and they are quick. I brought in my Samsung Note 20 Ultra for the black screen of death. They suggested if it was just the screen then they can replace it on site. It would take 3-4 hours...well, I got a call within 1.5 hours and all was good. Replaced screen with comprehensive function test. I had a $35 glass protective cover on my old screen, but unfortunately they advised that was not part of the warranty :(

They open at 10 and I was early. They replaced my phone battery for a reasonable price. And had it done in 4 hours. Now my phone works much better. The guys I talked to were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wouldl go to them again.

My phone was having some charging and speaker issues, brought my phone in today and the gentleman was super nice and cleaned and fixed my phone in less than 5 mins and didn’t even charge me for his time! Super friendly and great service!

After dropping my phone in the washing machine I brought it to UbreakiFix on Dysart and McDowell. When I dropped it off it wouldnt even turn on. After they had it for less than 24 hours they were able to restore function but because face ID wouldnt work they didnt charge me ANYTHING!!! This company basically saved me $800 because now I am able to trade in my phone (for $800) to get a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I went back to the store to say thank you and try to pay them something since they have helped me TREMENDOUSLY but they wouldnt take a dime! I cant say enough good things about this company. They saved me money AND even more importantly saved my pictures, contacts (which I need for work) and all my apps with tons of information I need. Great staff at uBreakiFix!!!!! Thank you again!!!!

Test phones and recommend. Wow this is the most Ive read or heard about our interaction. It is ironic that a phone repair service talk so little. I had to pry info from you as you remained silent typing on the computer. I never felt more unwanted. Your written description of the condition of my phone indicated 3 - 5 scratches. Im speechless as to how to improve but Im glad you asked. Fresh oxygen comes to mind but anyway I may have been too generous with the stars given above. It should be one less.

Got my screen replaced and was quick enough service. Great. But not even couple weeks later the bottom part of my screen stopped working. Can’t get into my phone because the lower numbers won’t register. But I have a guarantee. Great. I race over to their shop (Goodyear) because they’re open until 7pm. Wrong. Sign hanging on window that they have special hours now from 10-5! What?! Not advertised on their site.

My Nintendo switch got some water damage and didnt want to charge. I took it to this place and after 2 days I got a call back that they are finished with the repair. They said it was just some dirty connectors and they cleaned them and now it works perfectly. Best of all they did this for no charge. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need something repaired.

Was referred to them from Samsung. And of course they referred me back to Samsung. Warranties always sound good in theory but when it comes to practice everybody wants to pass the buck and place the responsibility on someone else. This is literally the second device Ive taken to them that they refused to repair despite being under warranty. I would recommend not only to steer clear from here, but also away from Samsung. They simply do not back their customers.

Today I took my aunts Galaxy S9 in for a earpiece speaker to be repaired she couldnt hear nothing though it. I dropped it off was informed it would be 100.00, when i arrived for pick up i was informed nothing was wrong with the earpiece speaker and that screen protector was just covering it basically muting the sound and all they had to do was cut the piece of the screen protector that was covering it. In the end i was charged nothing 0.00...THEY ARE HONESTTHEY ARE EFFICIENTTHEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLETHEY ARE WORTH YOUR BUSINESSthey could have told me they made the repair and charge me, But they didnt and they were completely honest. If i could give them 10 stars i would. I highly recommend them and i will be using them more in the future for my electonics......

Was having problems charging my phone so I took it in expecting to get it repaired. Before they broke it apart, the guy cleaned the port just to find out there was a piey of plastic stuck in it, and it worked perfectly fine afterwards. Best thing Is that he did it free of charge. Could have easily screwed me over but didnt, and that I respect.

I had in fact a hard drive installed on a desktop computer so it wasnt a cellphone repair service I needed from them...Staff is friendly and helpful and professional I have no complaints my hard drive was installed at a decent $30 price in less than one hour...Id definitely recommend this place and Ill come back for sure when Ill need similar repairs services...

I unfortunately broke the tip of the lightning cable in my iPad 4 charging port and could not easily get it out. I called uBreakiFix, and they told me to bring it by for them to look at it. I was fully expecting that I would need to replace the charging port. After a short wait, the technician came back with my iPad, and stated all fixed. They had successfully removed the broken piece, and to top of it off, they did not charge me for the repair. Phenomenal customer service!!

OMG I cannot express enough what a life saver Ryan was. I came in on Wednesday because my Samsung Galaxy S8+ had a small little baby crack on the top right of the screen and just this alone created my whole screen to malfunction (I was so mad).However, when I walked in the store everyone was so nice, the guy at the time told me they could fix it, but the needed a part because my phone was a special edition. Due, to this they were unsure what time the part would come in the next day. I explained to them that I have a work trip Ill be attending and will be traveling early morning Friday. I let them know I needed my phone for the trip. He told me they would do what they could and with that statement he was just being modest.They went above and beyond for me, especially Ryan. He called me the next day and told me they were a little backed up but they got the part and he would do the best he could to fix it. Not only did he fix it without any issues. He finished 40 minutes before close! I was on the other side of town and I let him know I would be a little past 7:00pm and that I was so sorry. He said not a problem and waited past closing time for me. I was well over 10mins and he wasnt upset he kept saying to me no problem, youre fine. He was so kind, friendly, and even but a new screen protector on my phone for me :) If this is not an example of SUPERB, FANTASTIC, and EXCELLENT customer service, I dont know what is!This was well worth the $250. I was thinking of going to another place who was going to charge me double and I gaurentee their customer service wouldnt of even been close to this. I had a wonderful experience. When you need your phone fixed and you want to make sure you are getting what you pay for I HIGHLY reccommend you come here because they get the job done right and go the extra mile for their customers. Great place to repair a phone and cheap

I took my HP computer laptop in but Ive only had for 4 years it had been shutting down so I take it into this place and they tell me that theyll do a Diagnostics they did a Diagnostics and they say that the fan needs replacing okay they ordered the part replaced the fan picked up the computer the first night that I picked it up it was started to shut down and doing the same thing so I gave it a chance I close the programs I reset it and the next week it continue to do the same problems I take it in a diagnostic and again and they say oh the fan I that we put on was bad which I dont believe. I believe they put the wrong part and my motbboard they say is fried,

Update 2, 11/23: Im going to make this one as short as possible.I cracked the glass on my Pixel 3 screen and was referred to this store by Google for a repair. I expect that because theyre partnered with Google, itd be an excellent experience.After my first visit, they let me know theyd special order the parts for my phone and itd be a short wait. That short wait turned into two weeks, at which point I decided to cancel the repair and leave a review. The owner responded and asked me to contact customer service, which I did. They offered a small discount and priority service, which was nice. I went back to get it repaired, and a 2-3 hour repair turned into a 3-4 hour repair, which, in the end, turned out to be around 6 hours. Thats because the first time they said they finished, I inspected it and found huge panel gaps on the back glass and that needed another couple hours to fix. They admitted to not having the proper tools needed to fix the device. After going to pick it up the second time, the gap was not completely gone. I can still see adhesive. The SIM card tray sticks out a little bit. Several other things are off center.This device, although I did crack the front glass, was still in like new condition otherwise. Now it appears more used than it should, or at least poorly made.Ive given this place several chances now and its sad to say I cant give any more. Im totally dissatisfied and am in contact with Google to see if they can help resolve the issues.

Very upset. Paid a deposit for my tablet screen to be replaced. They ordered the part and said it would take a couple weeks and once it got there its 2 plus hours to get it done. It arrived in the store on December 29 no call, no text, no email. I called today January 4 and they told me they are waiting on me to drop off my tablet. The guy there said it was overlooked and thats why I wasnt contacted. First red flag. Now Im being told that I would have to leave it there and it wont be done till the 8th (Friday). The whole point of paying a deposit was my tablet wasnt going to be held hostage! Since the screen was ordered I cant get a refund. They also wont call me the day they could fix it because its firs come first serve. I would have taken it somewhere else to get repaired and Im stuck going to this location. I wont ever go back and Ill tell everyone I know how unprofessional this place is.

I had broken my Galaxy S10+ and was pretty stressed out. There was a large crack on the top right side of the screen, and my sensors werent reacting. The lights were flashing white and green, and I knew I was in for a very expensive fix. Took it here, and it surprisingly only costed me around the $350 mark(Samsung basically wanted me to buy another phone), but it was absolutely worth it. It only took them around 3 hours, and they did a fantastic job. It was good as new, and I was actually shocked at how great of a job they did! This absolutely beats buying a new phone, or going somewhere else. They will fix your phone, and they will fix it well. Worth every penny.

I just got my S8 replaced and this was the best experience I have had all year! My phone is repaired with a new Front Screen and new Back Glass. The Floor guys were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Id highly recommend taking your cracked devices here!

Pretty disappointed with this location took in a nintendo switch told them what happen no power and guy tells me 2 days later it cant be fixed because of liquid damage when the switch was never in water or any other liquids it was brand new all I did was change shell, guy was pretty rude and seem to be in a rush at pick up, Anyways another ubreakifix location one employee got it working i wouldnt recommend this location for consoles repairs.

I’ve taken my phone here every time it’s broken and they repair it like new and when I take it and it’s a quick fix like my charge port being dirty, they repair it no charge. They are always friendly and cool

They give you answers that give you the run around. Spent over $300 for screen replacement and new battery. My touch screen is malfunctioning with the slightest touch, phone is still overheating, causing the screen to freeze. Literally all they did was take the cracks in my screen away. They couldn’t even calibrate my battery properly so I have a pop up about it that won’t go away unless I go back and pay for a brand new battery again.. I would recommend asking 21 questions before making your decision with these guys.

Excellent Service! I was seen to right away, and a very knowledgeable worker actually helped me out quite a bit! I expected to have a huge repair, costing me $50 or more, but instead they were honest, told me they could fix the problem for free, and then they did. It took about 15 minutes and my phone works even better than how I got it.I will definitely be coming back here if I have any further issues, and recommending it to my friends who need repairs. More convenient than a mall kiosk, and four times as clean! Thank you!

I have had my screen changed twice and both times fAiled. First time had a neon pink line down the middle and the second time it’s green and flashing non stop. Wow unreal man im very unhappy. Never ever get your screen replaced there.

I was in Phoenix at a business conference and my iPhone stopped charging properly. I was stressed because I’m on the road the next week and have to have my phone. This place was the closest repair shop I could find so I drove over.When I explained what was wrong, they were quickly able to diagnose that I had gotten something lodged in the charging port. Within 2-3 minutes, they were able to remove the foreign object and get the phone to charge again. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.These guys are awesome! Highly recommend.

Efficient and much cheaper than buying a new phone.

I have two issues with them in my last visit. If it had not been for the insurance sending me to them I would have not given them any business. No matter what Ill be avoiding this place moving forward.The first, they make you give up your password without providing you an option to enter it for them to test the phone when I came back. Phones keep all your personal information and giving it up to several strangers is difficult and they dont seem to think it is.The second, they left a finger print on the inside of the back panel after fixing the screen. This caused the camara to be blurry when taking pictures. When I asked them about, the guy tried to dismiss it and said he didnt see anything. I shared again my discontent about the fingerprint and then he finally agreed to take the phone back. Although he agreed to take it back the tech was unapologetic and seemed bother by the fact that he had to reopen the phone to clean the glass.Overall a very poor experience.

Called ahead of time to ask if I could use a monitor to check a used GPU on my computer. To my surprise they did. As soon as I walked in Dante knew what was going on and helped me set up a station. Customers service is great even if you dont need anything fixed!

I DIDNT BREAK IT THE BATTERY DID! I was concerned about the battery exploding on me so I opened a case with google. That took way too long so I began asking around at work for advice and was lead to this store. They were able to solve my problem by replacing the battery and the back case of the phone. They even charged the new battery for me. I didnt want to wait for the thing to fail or worse and so these guys took care of me.

I had my screen repaired and was told if i buy a screen protector it will be covered for a year. If i was to crack the screen again i can bring it in. Fast forward 3 months i cracked my phone and bring it back and was told there is no such warrenty. I could of just went for my ins through at&t but i didnt need to with the warrenty. Again he said there is no warrenty. I walked out and had it fixed someplace else. Dont trust these guys, business ethics is out the door as soon as they have your money.

My phone came back flawless and felt brand new. Im highly impressed. It is worth the money, specially when its an unlocked, fully paid for device. Not only did they do a fantastic job, it was extremely fast.

Conveniently located. Welcoming staff. Diagnosis was done within 24hrs. Although they were not able to repair my computer the diagnosis and attempted repair were free of charge. They even gave some advice of what next steps I could take to repair the equipment on my own that they could not cover.

I called and asked if they could fix something they dont normally fix and luckily theres an awesome young man that works there named Zach. He said bring it on in and if he can do it he will. I brought it down and about 7 minutes after handing it off to him he came back and it looked as good as new. I got home, reassembled the item and it works perfectly! What a great experience, and now my son and I are back to our rock crawling, dirt flying FUN! Thanks again Zach!

I had a minor issue with my computer and I brought it in to the Goodyear location, and I am so happy with the service I received. Dante was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend that if you have a computer issue to bring it in to them. They also fixed my grandsons cracked glass on his ipad a few months ago and did a great job with that also.Very satisfied customer.....

Dont come here unless you want your phone fixed back to brand new!I brought my phone to them yesterday to fix the rear camera they said it would be $60 but couldnt do it yesterday. Today its $500 to fix a 2 year old phone. I think not!Today I come back and now they want $60 + $170 to replace the camera and $270 to fix the front screen. I dont want the front screen fixed but they say they cant fix anything unless they fix it all. Its a Samsung requirement. My phone isnt under warranty anymore. This has nothing to do with Samsung. So the guy tells me they get a kick back from Samsung for all the parts they use, yet cant tell me how much that is so I could just pay that.

I got my iPhone wet and took it in to uBreakiFix in Goodyear. They were very nice and kept me updated on the status on my phone. They got it so that I can retrieve my data,pictures and contacts from it but declared it unrepairable. They did all of this for no charge.
