I dont review much but this place is trash. The management was horrible. They tried to sell us old washer and dryer for the price of new. Their reason was pathetic. Dont work with Heather she dont know what she doing. Clueless all the down to the driver that delivers.

I came in for a new recliner for my poppop because his Old one was smelly I explained the situation to the gentleman Jeremiah and he was right on it I overheard him talking with who I assumed was his manager a lady named Heather about how he really wanted to help me and they both were great 10/10 would come back keep up the great work

Rent A Center is a RIP-OFF. They charge you 4 times the amount of what the merchandise is worth. For example they sell a 65 inch TV for $3,000.00 dollars with weekly payments of $60.00. You can get the same TV some place else for less than $700.00. They are not willing to work with you for any reason unless you call the corporate office and file a complaint. Then and only then are they willing to work with you. The employees are very rude. If you happen to miss a payment they call your references and Harass them before they call you about a missed payment. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM RENT A CENTER!!!!!!!!!! Save your money and buy your items some place else because it will save you a lot of money in the long run.

Wish I could give less than a full star. They appear to be nice and helpful, but then lack the necessary skill to do their job. I went in looking for a lab top, found the perfect one, made a deal with the price, I was told because I was not in their jurisdiction that they would have to fax my application to the store in my jurisdiction. I was also told the laptop I picked out would be sent to the other store for me. The following day I called to get the number of the store they “faxed” my application to, and ended up in a wild goose chase. I was referred to 3 different stores before I finally got someone to figure out what was going on!!

Everytime I go in everyone is so nice and helpful. I always get what I want, plus a great deal. I have been a customer for 5 years. Thanks to this rent a center I am able to get what I want.

Five stars for Victors customer service. He made the process easy. My fridge went out and I had to wait four days for delivery. I said okay that’s fine but, they never showed up for delivery when I came home from work early. Never called. I asked my account to be credited for the inconvience and me payin for days I didn’t have the fridge and was told no. Whoever I talked to talked to their manager and he was unapologetic and rude. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Danial and his team are very unprofessional. After taking my money they waited they waited for hours to call right before they closed to tell they were not going to deliver the item. Instead off offering a solution they put the problem on the customer. Just plain poor management.

They were great gave us a great deal on a bedroom set and washer and dryer set. So much better than Aarons.

The employees at this location are very rude and unprofessional. Ive never experienced such bad customer service with dealing with a leasing company. I always get some type of product from Rent A Center at least once a year. I will never do business with this company or this location again. Daniel/Store Manager doesnt seem to have knowledge of situations or calls between his customers and employees and advises you to speak with store employees after theyve escalated the call to him. I was quoted a pay off on one day and called to pay the material off the next day and to my surprise the cost has gone up to a different price prior to what Victor/CSR had given me for. This CSR was very impatient and rude. I hope these calls are recorded and I hope training is issued soon to direct these employees on how to deal with paying customers and the public. I will definitely escalate this issue to the President of the company if I have to. This has not been the only issue. I started making my payments online to avoid any interactions with these associates. Please be careful and mindful of how you treat a paying customer! Oh, and I wasted thirty minutes of my day calling the corporate office to speak with the District Leader Chris with no answer.
