I Like this store T he shelves AR E nice and stocked compared to other Locations they have a lot of tvs on sale right now. If u are looking for an item this store has majority of everything. Highly recommend this location.
Hands down, the best parking lot in phoenix. Ive been in a LOT of parking lots in my day but this takes the number one spot on my top ten all time best parking lots. Well done best buy, you have out done yourselves. You should be proud and all your employees should feel blessed to be working for such an amazing company that clearly knows what is important... a great parking lot.
I had to come in and return a broken sound bar. The return was easy and quick. Then I was helped promptly to find and purchase a new sound bar. Overall a good experience.
Friendly workers, but they need more selection and teach the youngsters a little bit about older technology please?
Our associate Armando M was absolutely amazing 👏🏼 he literally spent a few hours with us explaining each TV and the difference. Then when we purchased one we went back the next day because we changed our mind and he patiently went though everything again lol and we left with the perfect choice 🥰
Not what it used to be. Where is all the PC hardware? One row and hardly anything there. Might as well just buy on Amazon or elsewhere(which is Amazon too). Gone are the days of big stores with lots of PC building options. I miss Ultimate Electronics, Fry’s, Incredible Universe. You could build amazing computers then and try out the hardware.Apple is doing away with the ports on their hardware. Not a fan.Best Buy might as well be renamed Apple/Samsung Store.Best Buy is next in the “we are closing” line.It’s coming. Be on the look out for another job Best Buy employees.
Good clean consumer electronics store. Lots of parking. Good surroundings. Helpful associates. Social distancing. Mid to high prices.
This is not a bad location. It had a decent selection and priced right. The inventory looked a little bare in certain areas. Bare spots on shelves is a loss of potential revenue. Management needs to work on either ordering more inventory or work on merchandising. Other Best Buys in the valley looked more stocked and organized. The location does have friendly service which will keep me coming back.
Did not buy anything, yet best buy is nice enough to let the other smaller businesses around them to have their customers go to Beat Buy to use the rest- rooms. Of course the other businesses do not help Best Buy pay for water, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, or anything else needed to have public restrooms. Thank you Best Buy for letting us use your restrooms!!🙂😃

As a cable cutter, I was looking for a good indoor/outdoor antenna and the friendly salesman showed me the options and now I get about 70 free tv channels. Works on my 4k smart tv as well. The new antenna was easy to install and only cost me what one month of cable would have. ($149.00) Thats the last time Cox is going to rip me off.
Did curbside pick up, and was in and out in less than 8 minutes to pick up the items. Ordering online was great. I was advised within a couple hours that the item was ready
The sales staff are very helpful. I had to return pc ram and it was no problem at all. They helped me purchase what I actually needed.

I went to pick up a printer and all the staff was friendly, although I did have to wait quite some time because the employee did not work in that section and didnt know where they kept my printer stored. Other than that though, good experience.
Online it said that the product I was looking for was in stock but when I got there it was not. They set it up to ship to my home 2 days later. I had at the next morning before I even got out of bed. Great service!
Wow as a former Best Buy Employee for 5 years this is the saddest state I’ve ever seen BB. All the floor displays nothing worked. Couldn’t demo a pair of Polk floor standing Speakers, the employee who was friendly told me they haven’t been working in months. Everything was damaged. The Klipsch speakers were busted up as well and someone tried to glue them back together. Lots of employees but no one really to help. Wow 😮 I haven’t been in a Best Buy in a long time and Costco makes BB look like a flea market.I remember when BB closed out Circuit City and then Frys - sadly Best Buy will be next
I went out on a limb buying these Jabra T5 earbuds- turns out they were defective, contacted Jabra and this is where the nightmare started. Best buy will go out of their way to sell you their guarantee plan to cover any device that might need exchange or refunded…. I did not purchase the retarded plan because I don’t agree paying for busted electronics. I had the earbuds for about 3 weeks, they would not charge anymore nor connect Bluetooth wise. Jabra automated services asked that I take them back to the retail store they were purchased and bam I hit a fat wall when Best Buy would not do anything about my busted earbuds, because I did not purchase their retarded plan. I asked the young cashier to speak to the manager 7.5 feet away from us and then the whispering with that manager began. Felt like a rotten car dealership when you ask for a lower price and they walk away to ask their manager if that is possible? The manager flat out ignored my request and whispered to the young cashier to re- enforce the no plan policy. It’s not about the money at this point- its about being ignored completely, felt invisible by this guy although 7.5 feet is not to far from where I stood. Very disappointed with Jabra and with this car dealership tactic that by Best Buy employees. Yelp review will be next. Very unprofessional business model and practices at this Best Buy - Worst Buy
Quinn and the young lady he was training was AMAZING, they helped me with my every needs. I wanted a refrigerator from Spencers, but couldnt get it, so Best Buy did a comparison price and I received the refrigerator for the same price as Spencers. I thank you all for the hard work. I stood around with no help for over 15 mins. It seemed like I was ignored because i was in my work clothes. I intend to buy a lsptop soon but wont be buying at this store. They didnt h AZ ve what i wamted and the guy didnt even try to see when they coukd get which laptop i wanted. Looked for an adapter but guess what szme thing...no help.
We went in to buy a streaming system for our sons birthday. We got Jorge who was a HUGE help. He walked up through everything we would need. He showed us different options for everything. He was patient and very nice. Thank you for making it so easy.

At first I thought they werent going to help me with my problem. I demanded a manager. After that, customer service was perfect. They took my return, helped me find a new product and even called another store to find what I needed. They were out of stock on a lot of products. A little bit of persuasion and I enjoyed my experience.

Went in to buy a 3.5mm audio cable and a 3.5mm adapter for IPhone. Initially I couldn’t find what I needed and was gonna leave. A nice employee approached and helped me down it within a few minutes. I then inquired about a kit for Subwoofers. They didn’t have what I needed, but He pointed me in the right direction and walked me through all the parts, numbers needed to run my amplifier safely, and an alternate place to order them online from. Not only that but he even gave me the owner of the alternate companies name! He was very informative, professional, and polite. Very pleased with my visit.

Having a Samsung Rep. there was helpful, he was informative, patient and made the sell. All and all we believe we made a good choice for our needs considering the many options to choose from, it can be somewhat overwhelming.

You will get a mixed bag of experiences here. I have had amazing staff assistance one day and if I come back a week later to make a different purchase Ive had spectacularly rude and condescending staff all the way up to the supervisor level help me decide not to spend several thousand dollars with Best Buy. It is a shame that Amazon is now the only alternative in the valley after the long and slow death of Frys electronics. Not that their customer service was any better. At this point I can only reccomend Best Buy, at least the Goodyear location, as the showroom they have become for Amazon.
Dear lord their customer service phone people do not speak English!!! They should be ashamed of themselves. I have been on the phone for 40 minutes with some European lady who does not speak English trying to set up an appt to have my dryer that is under warranty checked. She kept looking at the wrong recipt for a camera, then her computer broke. Then she wanted to speak to my husband and as of now I continue to be put on hold time and time again unable to get an appt. This is ridiculous, they should hire people you can actually communicate with. Will be having to go to the store in person to set an appt. She asked the most ridiculous questions like do you have special circumstances at the home or does the worker need to show you ID to enter the house..and I keep thinking to myself who are these people!!!!! Best buy should be ashamed of themselves!!!!
Always a pleasant shopping experience here, just limited supply of PC components is a real downer. Im sure well bounce back eventually.
This store was fine I went to buy a laptop and they barely had any in-stock also service was a little slow but once we got help the person who helped was very knowledgeable and made choosing what was available a faster process

Had exactly what I needed, quick in and out and price was reasonable.
I guess they are still recovering from COVID 19, limited supply of certain items. However, while I was there people were at curbside pick up getting stuff. If you want a TV, they have a fantastic inventory. Just a bit pricey on most products. Just now that these products didnt get delivered by a delivery person that may not care about what they are delivering. The place is clean and the staff were all wearing mask appropriately.
The associates have better CSR skills than the managers.

They removed 2 programs that the manager said would introduce virus. I just wanted them to check my battery. They had no right to remove programs without calling me. The manager had no real answers for the removal and was covering up for workers mistakes. If they say they will do a tuneup, be aware they could remove your programs without letting you know. My friend and I stopped by here to grab some headsets for making phone calls and got totally overwhelmed with the options, luckily Quinn came to the rescue and pointed me and my friend in the right direction.Quinn was super knowledgeable when it came to all my needs of electronics including a chromebook and took the time to explain things in depth.Thanks to Quinn this visit was awesome!
Refused to sell Doom 64 for switch even tho they were displayed. Sold out on their website and they said just keep trying to get it online even tho it’s a limited copy amount and already SOLD OUT.

Went in to look at a few things and while I was looking at phones never once did a store rep walk by or stop by to assist. Not what I’m used to at BB. The atmosphere was not as inviting at this location.. no hello. Under staffed maybe?
I’m from California so I’m used to those Best Buy’s. Man oh man is this one nicer and better kept. Very clean with a lot of helpful. Had a strange smell though and that’s why I gave it 4 and not 5. Overall, great compared to other Best Buy’s I’ve been to.
Absolutely terrible customer service! Literally nonexistent. They have five or six guys standing at the front door has asset protection but they have no one on the floor to help customers!They even have a guy running around the store with a box of masks telling people how to wear them properly, but would refuse assistance in any purchases especially a large one! Take your money somewhere else, they obviously don’t want you to spend it with them

Unfortunately there was no one around when I was needing help in the car audio area yet I had several associates ask if I needed help when I was also looking at the computer area. Needless to say I will be going to a different Best Buy for my purchases since this wasnt the 1st time I had issues with associates/lack of associates at this location even before Covid.
All the store associates thatt I came into contact with, from the moment I walked through the door were very friendly and the gentleman that helped me was also very friendly as well as knowledgeable.
Turned out I would need to order what I wanted. Would recieve it in a few days. Not the reason I walk into a store! If this is the business model now just shut the doors.

Walked in waited in the TV section...no help. No one hardly in the store...Walked over and asked for some assistance and was told he would call someone to assist...waited approximately another 10mins. Walked out the store and purchased 75 Sony and wall mount at the Avondale store where I got great assistance. Goodyear store has been steadily declining!
The store manager, Rena started yelling at my mother because she simply asked May I put my AARP information into the system She even started yelling at me and saying rude and insulting statements about us. Talk about no class!!
Having the different rows of gaming devices out for people to test probably wasnt healthy or safe, but it is extremely helpful in decision making, as I now want to spend my money. Unfortunately they didnt have the specific headphones I was looking for, but employees were friendly and helpful. If I didnt have covid before, I probably do now. 5 stars either way.

Armando did a great job. If you need help getting a new tv, ask for him.He helped me get a 75 for the family room and 55 for the office. Plus surround sound for the family room. Awesome job will recommend.
This is a really good Best Buy location. They have great inventory and usually some really great deals. I love doing the curbside pickup for most my orders. There usually is a long wait for in-store pickup but thats my only complaint.

I love the wide variety of electronics that are readily available for purchase. I also love the fact that you have the chance to experience/test out the products with the demos they have out on the tables. My kids and enjoy going here!

I went into Best Buy for a surge protector only to find that their selection was not very good. Only really one brand with like 5 choices. Pretty disappointing to be honest. In my experience this is how everything is at Best Buy.
In-store the people are great! If you need help on an in-stock product, this is where to go. Now, if you have any trouble and need to call or do a live chat online forget it! You can never ever get through on the phone or help. I know the online website platform doesnt have to do with this specific location but, because they dont ever answer, having the other options is vital. I have been extremely disappointed with best buy and its service lately.

Its a clean store, the people working are generally friendly, but theyre difficult to get a hold of if you actually need assistance or have any questions. Still, its a pretty decent place to shop, Im not put off by low-lifes shopping here because they dont shop here.

Customer service takes way too long to answer. When I arrived in person, (still holding for a rep), they didnt stock batteries for products they sale. Power supply cords also three tomes the price of Wal-Mart selection.
