We were having some major issues with our SUV & Goodyear gave us an estimate that seam extremely high.My wife called Lupient and was impressed with Chad in the service department. She felt he was a great listener and came across as a caring individual.Sure enough Lupient was 2K less . Plus from the time you bring the car in and along the whole process they take pictures, and videos of what they find, the readings /specs that register, the amount of time it took etc. which matches up to what’s on the estimate. There is no grey area left open for interpretation or concern by the customer.We were going to possibly be without a vehicle for 2weeks and we were hooked up with a loaner.We have purchased 8 vehicles from Lupient and former sales person Paul Mediene since we got married in 1989.Paul retired a couple years ago but I will tell because of Chad and how much he genuinely cared about us and our struggles we have been having recently, we will make the drive all the way from Rosemount to Golden Valley for our car service needs. The service advisor was helpful and they got me in in a reasonable amount of time; however, last night when I opened the hood I found they never replaced the oil cap on the engine block as it was still sitting in the auxiliary battery holder spot. Ive driven three days with at least a small amount of oil sloshing out of the engine. I am not sure if any debris got in the engine. I am very upset about this and will be contacting the dealership.

I brought a 2018 GMC terrain SLE back in May and everyone was so friendly and helpful! The General Sales Manager (GSM) went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. I just went back for my first service and even the service guys remembered what car I had bought and made sure to get me in and out of no time! They told me about a recall on my car and made sure to get the recall done as fast as possible. Service was incredibly helpful. When I could not schedule this online, finally speaking to the service dept at the dealership was super accomodating and enabled me to get my car in right away in a way that worked for my schedule. Follow-up was prompt. Also I would not have known (or remembered!) that I had the same transmission issue in the past when my vehicle was under warranty, so they were able to help me get part of my service and the other fees taken care of and worked with GMC on this issue. I was SO grateful for that.

Limited inventory is a nation.wide problem I found out first hand. I narrowed my search to a few used vehicles but found this new GMC a better fit for my needs.

Excellent all around experience! I was in the market for a new pickup, and my sales person Jeloni was great, found me the perfect pickup and saw the transaction through to the end.

Took a few days for the repair to get fixed, there were no loaner cars available, quite the inconvenience. Truck wasnt washed & that usually occurs at when I bring my car to the service department for anything. I had to ask to have it washed. I had to call to check status after 2 days and not hearing from the service department. Ebony (person who scheduled my appt) told me I could come anytime to bring my car in and when I arrived, they had no appointments. Poor customer service and miscommunication when I arrived on site. Service department going down hill after COVID pandemic.

Bought a new 2021 Sierra great customer service and zero hassel. Ask for Rusty he is a great guy.

I did a lot of research before I decided to purchase a car. This was the first time I have ever financed a vehicle before. Chris and Nick made the process very simple for me! They were both very nice! Usually I would feel stressed out in doing something big that I have never done before but, they made me feel like a friend! Worst customer service and not professional like any vehicle distributor in the state and country. Biased based on not going through their bank system. Not first come first serve. Have a better chance at rather riding a bike or go to the junk yard.

I purchased my car here 3 years ago, and have been coming here for most of my car maintenance since. Most of the time it seemed they took good care of me. Labor / servicing costs are a bit pricier than others but this is to be expected at a dealership where I would hope the quality of the service is higher and more trustworthy. Today I brought my car in for an oil change and a 5,000 mile maintenance. I was told that the brake fluid also needed flushing, which I agreed to proceed with. At payment, I brought out a coupon from Lupient that they send out regularly. For $200+ cost, I was supposed to get $20 off. Well Erik, the service advisor helping me, acknowledged the coupon and that he was going to take $10 off. I asked about $20 as the coupon clearly stated, and after a couple exchanges back and forth and some reluctance on his part, he agreed to $20 off. I signed the papers, trusting that he took $20 off. It wasnt until after I left that I read the receipt and realized he only took $10 off, and more than that the price he stated after supposedly taking $10 off was the original price (no coupon applied). $10 is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, more so feeling very disappointed in the dishonesty and bad attitude. Will be going elsewhere.

This is our second time buying a vehicle from Lupient Buick GMC. We have had a very pleasant experience both times. We most recently worked with Austin Cassels this January 2021. He was great to work with. Anyone who has bought a car before knows the process can be long. With two kids in tow we had to keep them occupied for a while. Austin went above and beyond when he entertained our 4yo daughter playing pass with a ball from their basketball hoop set up. It was also helpful the dealership had a little room for the kids, but the kids favorite distraction was the little GMC truck in the front of the showroom.

I saw plenty of Buicks on the lot that could have been used as a loaner until my repair has been completed. It seems a different decision was made.I was asked for my opinion, i provided it.

Apparently, this Lupient Buick should change its name to Lupient bank because their service department keeps bankers hours! They obviously dont want people who have regular jobs to use their service department since they stop taking appointments after 4:15 PM and dont work on Saturdays. Will no longer bring any business to these people again!

I was very surprised, and grateful, that Kemal was able to proactively call me to let me know about the unexpected Yukon XL being available. Over the past few months Ive struggled with many dealerships in the Twin Cities to get answers, replies, details, etc. Once we arrived to test drive it was quickly apparent that Kemal was knowledgeable of the vehicle, and was proactively showing us the various features. Overall, I was very satisfied with all aspects of the purchase, and would definitely first look to Lupient for any future vehicle purchases (even considering we live ~45-60 minutes away).

Scheduled appointment two weeks early to have kicker system and floor mats installed on new truck. Dropped off Monday evening so they could do it first thing Tuesday morning. Tuesday evening went to pick up truck, no calls, truck wasn’t ready. They did get truck ready for me on Wednesday and delivered it with a scratch and a dent in it. 😤. Talked to service advisor he said he would talk to mechanic and delivery driver. Both said they walked around truck and saw no damage. It is possible it happened in my lot in the 45 minutes before I went out there but way more probable it happened in the three days you had it.

Great service, had suggestions for work, but werent pushy about getting it done.When I brought my vehicle in for recall work to be done, it would have been nice if I had been told the vehicle would not run well due to the low battery. I ended up having to get it towed home.

I do not plan to use this dealership ever again. Horrible customer service. I brought my car in to get the AC fixed, they kept it for a week, didn’t have a rental for me, told me to go to enterprise to spend MORE money to get a rental, then when I went to pick up my car the AC still wasn’t fixed. So I had to once again spend more money to fix what should have been fixed the first time around. On top of that, everything was so expensive.

I had a non-typical request to have TPMS sensors installed on my large fifth wheel camper tires. Since the trailer would not fit in the service bays, Ryan Olson took it upon himself to get creative and make this happen for me! The truck was then reprogrammed to read the sensors and I couldnt be happier with the great service from Ryan and Lupient GMC!
