Very friendly to work with and they didn’t pressure us into buying the vehicle we were looking at, even though we did buy it. Also, very clean car dealership. Everyone says hi to you and acknowledges you.

I was given the impression from the auto representative my car needed a new part for the air conditioner. I had to come in at 10 am and waited for two hours to find out that the problem was completely different and irreparable .

Its a great place to buy a car or get your vehicle serviced. The employees are honest and very professional.

Had a great experience with the financing team and thats where my happiness ended. Service is non-existent. You can tell the sales team isnt a team. No one helps each other and have had a lot of problems getting some warranty work done.If they fix this, I fix my review. Got a great deal on my car though.

I had an issue after purchasing a car at one of the dealerships. I escalated to corporate and they took the issue and followed through on correcting the problem. Very trustful and now have earned a customer for life!

Service is severely lacking. You can tell the sales team isnt a team. No one helps each other out which means you can be left waiting around. Also, overheard the receptionist tell someone that they had lost all of their best people over the last year. Very young inexperienced sales team. Got a great deal on a vehicle though.

Easily some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I bought a certified one year old vehicle and the day after purchasing it the check engine light came on. I called to get it looked at and they tried to sell me a car cleaning package and didnt seem to care about having an issue right away. I send a message to them right away but never heard anything back. A few days later when I came in for my scheduled appointment they told me that all their mechanics had gone home for the day. I had wasted over an hour for nothing. After calling my sales representative and leaving a voicemail I got no reply. I send him an email letting him know how frustrated I was with Lupients service and have still not heard back in almost two weeks. Now after bringing my car in for what I was told would be a pretty easy and quick fix I have waited nearly four hours only to have it still not be finished. I would strongly urge anyone to look elsewhere because they really do not care about the customer at all.

Bought a car now my car became undrivable 7mths after buying it.i am a single mother with three kids one is disabled with many doctors appts. Now am stuck paying for a car i cant drive. They told me they would they would help me but in the end didnt care at all. I should of read the reviews before going to this place because i see they did it to someone else . Very disapointed in the customer service .. will not ever trust another gmc dealer again

I live in the Milwaukee Wisconsin and recently purchased my fifth Infiniti. My first four were purchased from International Motors where my experience was excellent. Unfortunately, International Auto sold their Infiniti franchise to Lupient Automotive Group out of Minneapolis and, unless I purchase it elsewhere, this will be my last Infiniti.I was excited and pleased to have purchased my latest new car but that excitement quickly gave way to regret. The detailing was poor to state it kindly. I’ve bought used cars that were more presentable. I had to spend a great deal of time cleaning my “brand new” car. Ultimately, they did agree to detail the vehicle but, even after the detailing was redone, I am still disappointed that there is some damage to the hood paint (apparently caused by sap) and two noticeable door paint smudges that occurred prior to my purchase. A new car should be in pristine condition and not require these types of repairs. The idea of wet sanding was proposed but that raises further concern about the creation of noticeable scratches that can’t be fully polished out or damage to the clear coat. In any event, this is an immense inconvenience. One of the key benefits of a new car is no service visits yet this will be the second time ours goes in the shop in the first few weeks of ownership.To compound this unfortunate experience is the dealership’s complete lack of response to the matter. I have written the local dealer directly, completed the survey they sent; noting all of my concerns and even sent an e-mail to the main office in Minneapolis. It has been weeks since my last e-mail yet I have gotten no response; not even a simple acknowledgement of my communication. Apparently, their responsibility stops after they sell the car. Despite my obvious love of the Infiniti cars, I simply can’t recommend this dealership. They did the easy part of the job in selling the vehicle but failed miserably in the most important part of a relationship; service and problem resolution.Their website is full of self-proclamations about their notable customer service with quotes such as “ Employees at every level of the organization all have one thing in common: like Jim (the founder), they care very deeply about doing what is right for the customer” and “Its about making sure your experience is unforgettable.” Well, I wish I could forget my experience.
