This is the place to go for brakes! They had everything in stock and I got to choose what type of brakes I wanted. The best part is that there are two financing options available. They were super friendly helping me figure out the financing options. They got me in same day and were very timely completing my brake job. I definitely recommend this place for anything auto related.

Came in with engine cylinder misfire code. Incorrectly diagnosed for $195. Charged me $675 for defective engine tune up. Somehow missed cap & rotor in diagnosis & performed faulty work which had to be re-done.On top of that, major damages to my custom stereo system in the process. Audio wires ripped out of the back of head unit by techs carelessly forcing of engine cover off/on. Front RCA cable found crushed with attempted splice/cover up using duct tape (See pics). Loud buzzing & popping static noises coming through stereo. No audio signal in front speakers. Drivers side kick plate also ripped off (see pic). Oily residue on seats and carpet.Could not risk another round at Midas. All remedial work done at local professional shops out of pocket.Allen, the store manager insists he’s entitled to ‘three attempts to correct the work’ by law. Three attempts?? At $130/hr you should get a simple tune up done right the first time. Appalling customer service. Allen talked circles around the main issues I brought up with him. Avoidant & deflective tactics. Many issues he blamed on the age of the vehicle.Have attempted to to resolve through credit card dispute and in person. Allen avoids stereo damage responsibility and offered a tiny labor charge discount if I agree to settle. No thanks.Seeking proper accountability for terrible shop work and financial resolution for damages.

We were out of town and had an emergency with a flat tire. We had just replaced the entire set of tires a month earlier. We only needed one tire and this was the ONLY place in town that has them or could even get them. The guy at the counter would NOT sell me just a single tire because it would throw off the inventory. We will return to the beautiful city of Glenwood Springs, but we will not go to this Midas. We ended up purchasing a tire that is different from the rest at half the cost of the entire set that was carried at Midas, from the car dealership in town. Luckily, the Audi salesman was helpful and our local Les Schwab, that we purchase from regularly, will make things good.

We were in town for the weekend. Our vehicle began to overhead due to traffic being held up because of an accident. Next day I called around and there were only two shops open on Saturday. I spoke with Cullen, who proceeded to tell me that they do first come first serve so we headed over asap. When we got there, I asked him to do a radiator flush but he suggested they do a diagnostic. His team found a few items out of order then proceeded to do the flush. We drove back home Sunday afternoon and the vehicle did great. Thank you Cullen, for your prompt service.

Back in August of 2020, my fiancé took my car in for an oil change before a long road trip. The service staff told her that I needed my front brakes and rotors replaced due to rust and wear. They quoted her $500 and said they could have it done in 3 hours. I had her skip it since I was taking it to the dealer for a software update anywayWe drove the car 1,200 miles to our destination and when the dealer looked at the brakes, they said they were fine and they wouldn’t need to be replaced. Fast forward several months and I had yet another local mechanic look at the brakes and rotors. They told me definitively that the brakes still had 80% of their life on them. This local mechanic told me this is not the first time they heard this same story. Usually involving women taking vehicles in. Take your business elsewhere.

They first helped by removing a piece of plastic that was rubbing against the rear tire for free. When the sound persisted they offered to keep the car overnight to work on it first thing in the morning and get to the root cause. New rear brakes later... We appear to be all set! 🤞🏻thanks Cullen and the team at Glenwood Springs Midas!

Though I wasnt sure if I needed a complete brake job, I decided to go ahead with it since I had a long trip ahead. The estimated repair time was 3.5 hours, but the guy said it shouldnt take that long. After 5 hours and several wrong parts, I finally left Glenwood Springs. After a long trip back to Montana, my brakes didnt feel right so I took the car to the local Midas shop. Sure enough, there was a problem with the brake installation. It could have been fixed fairly quickly, except the local shop couldnt remove my tires. The shop guys in CO kept the wheel lock key for my car! Now I have to wait two days for the key to arrive via mail. I asked the CO shop to overnight it, but the guy said, It will be there in two days. The guys are very nice and made time at the end of the evening for a quick oil change. However, the car was new for me and I was unaware that a synthetic oil change should NOT be over $100. Perhaps I should have asked for the cost before being surprised by the bill; never assume. Ive gone several other places for the same oil change and I pay around $60 on average. Additionally, the oil change service needed on my dash came on around 2,000 miles later. Ive never had that problem after getting oil changes elsewhere ever since - in fact I go over 5,000 miles without it ever coming on. Clearly something was done incorrectly. So basically I paid nearly double for less than half the mileage I should have gotten. Outrageous bill for a simple, failed service. Never went back.

When I go to pick my truck up they say they would eat the labor. I tell them I would like them to buy the axle that got ruined by the part they installed and I would buy the other. They declined my proposal and said I had to pay cash ( after paying $2500 in August), cops showed up so I could pay and get my truck. I called the corporate office and they had the owner (who was not present during the dispute) call me, he offered to give me half of what I asked for. I said I wanted them to pay for the axle that was ruined and he said that wasn’t going to happen. I called corporate back and they asked me to fax over the tow bill, rental receipt and both invoices. I got a call today and was told by corporate that they feel the repair shop was right in not paying for the damaged part.I will file suit for tow rental and repair.
