Caylub and the team saved my bacon! We were visiting from out of town and had an issue with our oil pan. He was courteous, professional and got me fixed so I could get headed back home. I hope I never need their help again BUT if I do need help in Glenwood Springs I will definitely make these guys my first call.

I came to Alpine Motors because my roof rack was loose and making a horrible noise. With no questions asked, Caylub came out to see the issue and fixed it in a matter of five minutes. Super nice and professional! 10/10 recommend.

I accidently ended up here last fall due to my heater core going out. I tried the cheaper option first of flushing my radiator, but still no heat. Caylub and the crew got my car back hot, quick, and slightly under what the quoted rate was. Ive been back for several services and am always heard and taken care of - never over-sold on work I dont need. Caylub has a general idea of what I can do myself and will suggest upcoming maintenance, while giving me the choice of having the shop do it or doing it myself. Id call this a Bob Ross Happy Accident and have found my go-to valley mechanic.

I rented a U-Haul this past weekend online and went to pick it up on Saturday. My pick up time was 2:45pm. I arrived at 2:53pm. As I walked in the door, Don, the man behind the desk said nothing but Youre Late. I was 8 minutes late for my pick up time. I was taken back with how rude he was. What kind of customer service is this?? With his attitude, you would have thought I was an hour late or arriving 5 minutes before they close. The entire interaction made me want to walk out and drive to Rifle to rent a budget truck. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- SUPER RUDE!

BEWARE :I brought my vehicle here Because my motor was blown up, they took on the job saying they could repair it. So I went out and bought a new motor for them to install. Took about ten days for it to arrive To the shop . Once it did arrive it took alpine motors over 3 weeks to install it after they said only 1 week. I was given every excuse in the book on why it wasn’t done on there DEADLINE they gave me. Once it was done, they gave me ZERO information on motor they just installed. Won’t even warranty there own work as shop, NOR confident in the work they provide. Spoke with the owner, he can’t even back up his workers. The owner was also called upon a legal matter, refused to show up to court. So I would be highly surprised if anyone here has a proper licensing to do auto repairs. Be careful with bringing your car here, no one can be trusted and you won’t be given A straight Answer. Shady place to bring your vehicles.

I took my vehicle to another shop in valley and got a quote for over $800. I took my vehicle to Alpine to get new brakes and to have an electrical issue diagnosed. They fixed my vehicle and charged me less than 1/2 of the other shop’s quote. They were honest and thorough. I will definitely use Alpine in the future. Thanks

My sisters-in-law reserved a 17ft UHaul. It was ready within minutes of the promised time. It worked perfectly an d was exactly what we needed. The service at Alpine was excellent. Friendly and helpful. A thoroughly good experience.

This was possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had, on the phone trying to confirm my reservation and in the store to try to pick it up. We arrived at 5:01 and store was already locked and lights off. Seemed that he was doing everything he could to not rent me the truck. Well, he succeeded! I took my business elsewhere. Uhaul corporate customer service was very helpful.

I rented a 17 ft U-Haul truck from Alpine. Daniel provided exceptional service checking in and Caylub was great on the checkout. U-Haul corporate was a challenge but these guys made my experience amazingly Local friendly Thumbs up!!!

Awful experience renting a u-haul truck here. Don was the worst customer support representative that I have ever met. I scheduled my truck online and I came in to get my car inspected for towing. When I showed up, he told me that he will have no trucks available and that there arent any available in the High Rockies right now.I understand that end of the winter or summer season is always a busy time, but I should have received notice ahead of time, not find out 2 days before I need to move. If I had not showed up, I wouldnt have found out until the day of. I will never use this place for any service again.

If you love to tow your Porsche around because of glorious coolant leak, this shop doubles as a Uhaul rental provider. Their Uhauls are in top top shape so you can still look cool af while pulling your peice of German garbage around like a BOSS!

Recently had a car repair done there. Those mechanics know their stuff! They were prompt efficient, got my car back same day of repair. No games or gimmicks. This was a 2nd diagnosis, where the other place was completely trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Caylub is exceptionally personable and Daniel as well. After first experience, they will be my full time auto service specialist. They also sell tires and rent Uhaul! I will highly recommend and they will install customer supplied new parts!

Ive rented a couple U-hauls from these guys, and most recently need a tow for my car. They are courteous, helpful, and most of all honest. Theyve done what they said theyd do every time I have worked with them.

We were on a road trip when we needed major assistance on a Saturday with our vehicle. This shop went above and beyond helping us find overnight accommodations, transporting us to the hotel and fixing the car asap.

The personnel in store have been extremely rude and disrepectful, our vehicle received exterior damage while in shop that they deny doing. The tow driver Dan was amazing gave us reccamendations for around town and overall helped us get comfortable. But overall at the shop service was terrible we have been stranded here for a week and they have made no moves to rectify there mistakes. The desk guy Will has a massive attitude problem.
