I want to thank Hynes Auto for all their help this last week. I took in my car late last week and they were very fast about taking a look at it. When they called they gave me their professional opinion that it would be more money to repair then the car was worth. After this they helped recommend several places to have towed to and were very patient in letting me keep my car there till it was able to be picked up. Awesome customer service ! walked in at 4 not knowing what the problem was just knew my car wasnt starting and I have out of town guests coming in ! My dogs leash got caught on the car door latch. I got the leash off but then the door would not latch closed. Drove over to Hynes and they fixed it in 2 minutes...no charge. So appreciative!

Mike Hynes and his team have always done an excellent job on our Toyota Avalon which has not been covered by the expired new car warranty for a number of years. Their prices are very reasonable and always provide me with a quote before doing the work. If they find any hidden problems, they always contact me for approval before doing the additional work.

Excellent service, fair prices, the kind of honest mechanic you dream about. We had a front end squeak and the dealer wanted to replace the front struts. Mike found the spot that was rubbing, dabbed on a bit of grease, and squeak gone. It was so minor he didnt even charge me!!!!

I called this place on very short notice looking for a badly needed oil change. I called several places around the area and they were understandably booked. What a relief it was when a kind man answered the phone and said he could make my lunch time slot work. They got the car in, took care of my car in a flash, and the man who changed my oil himself came to give me a break down on how my car was doing along with a few little tips on how to take care of a plate that was rattling under my car. Had me in and out, talked to me with openness and respect, and didnt judge my embarrassingly messy car (I had just gotten back from a camping trip with a bunch of dogs which meant there was dirt and fur pretty much EVERYWHERE). Again, thank you from me and my car!

Hynes Auto has been servicing our cars for years. The are always trust worthy and charge a very reasonable price. If they cant find the problem there is no charge.

Highly recommend by family member. Needed to get a front brake job for a 05 Cadillac CTS 3.6L. I called and talked to Billy (Owner), and I advised I needed the labor done as I already have parts purchased. Gave me a very reasonable quote and made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived at their shop, I was greeted by Guy, knew I was coming in and got me checked in right away. I originally planned to go home but was told it could only take about an hour and half. I decided to stay and I think just a bit over an hour, the job was done. Recommendations were presented and final bill was the number agreed upon prior conversation. Had a great experience and will definitely come back for more vehicle services needs.
