I was tired after a weekend out of town, just wanting to get home, and the clutch on my car died. AAA said the wait for my tow would be an hour. Stuck in the middle of nowhere, getting eaten alive by mosquitos, I was not happy. But Bill showed up, 20 minutes early. Got the car hooked up to tow, and my car and I were quickly on my way. Bill was professional, courteous, friendly. At the drop off point, he backed the car into a tight spot and pushed it himself into a parking spot in a jiffy. Bill made a bad situation pleasant. My car wasnt starting and I was told I needed to get it towed from a different company. My technician Jalal from here came and informed me that I indeed did not need a tow just gas and a battery charge up. As a college student his work was appreciated because he not only saved me money but worked efficiently and spared me a tow. He also drove me to the gas station to retrieve gas and didnt leave until he saw me drive away safely. His kindness and explanation of the issues with my car also made this experience much easier. I am very pleased and look forward to using this company for my car troubles in the future, Jalal is especially a 10/10 technician.

Bill was super friendly and very helpful. There was a really bad flood in the area and my car got stuck and stopped working. He came pretty fast considering the highway and side streets were backed up. He even sent a picture confirmation of the car being dropped off at our mechanic. Super helpful and I’m very happy with his service!!

My car was in our garage and would not start. After multiple failed jumpstart attempts, we called for help. The car has a push button start and thus, was unable to get into neutral. The first tow truck company could not jump start it and determined it must be the starter. He did not bring the right equipment to tow my car (since we couldnt get it to neutral), so we were back to square one. Thankfully, James from My Auto Pal came to the rescue. He was very knowledgeable and was able to jump start my car when no one else could. It was the battery after all. I went straight to pick up a new battery, replaced it, and have been good to go since! He was also a really nice guy. Thanks, James!And in case this can help anyone else out, apparently, when the battery is dead, using the key fob to push the start button while it is attached to the jump starter is the key. The RFID in the fob must be right next to the RFID reader behind the push start button for it to start. Who knew?!?

On June 3rd, I ran over debris on 294N and blew out my passenger side tires, along with probably 20 other vehicles. I was very fortunate to have James from Your Auto Pal handle my AAA roadside assistance request. James was very clear with his communications on the phone and he was prompt. Since I had two blown tires and one spare, he came up with a creative solution of towing me to a nearby travel plaza, and then went and got another tire from his shop to put on so I can drive home. He was very friendly and thorough. He made sure the two tires he put on had the proper tire pressure before I hit the road.James really went above and beyond what was expected of him to help me, a complete stranger, to get home safely. I learned that he is a young business owner who also has an auto repair shop, specializing in VW and Subaru vehicles. He is now going to have a new customer, me, for a long time.

Jamal helped me today when my tire blew out after picking my 3 year old up from school. He showed up on time and with very little wait. When we couldnt find the wheel locks he helped me get my son home and then was able to locate them in a hidden place near the car jack - I would have been looking for hours for it, and probably just would have had to a get tow. Thus he saved me a lot of money and hassle. Once he found the wheel lock I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.

AAA arranged for the tow from Your Autopal following accident damage to my vehicle. While out of typical service range, they made an emergency pick up and towed the car to my specified auto body. James was great to deal with during the towing process, arriving ASAP and sending a picture of my car to confirm once it was dropped at the shop several miles away. It’s comforting knowing there are companies offering honest, friendly service that make a difficult moment a little easier to deal with!

Jalal was a great tow truck driver to work with. The estimated time from AAA was 45 minutes to an hour and Jalal was there in less than 20. My car was blocking a lane of traffic and he had the car ready to tow away very quickly. Also chatted him on the phone before he arrived so that he knew where to tow the car to. This was after 7pm and Jalal was able to recommend a great shop to fix my car that night.

Lost the keys to my RDX with no spare. Couldnt start car and needed it towed to dealership. Called AllState Roadside assistant. First company they set me up with said they couldnt do it with an AWD car with no key. They sent Jalal from Auto Pal next who came by (without Allstate telling them the AWD car had no key). Auto Pal said they couldnt do it with the equipment they had but would be back. Allstate called a 3rd company who showed up with a flatbed who said they couldnt do it without a key as well. I was on my way home from work and I got a flat tire. I was super frustrated and tired, as my car has a habit of always running into an issue. James called me and was very patient with me, because I didnt know where I was or any directions for the life of me. I was being rude and he was patient and understanding. My SUV broke down and roadside Assistance used Your Auto Pal for my towing needs. Jay was great and picked the car up in the window of time I was told. Jay had an idea what was wrong and offered cash for the SUV or to fix it. I chose to have it towed to the dealership where they found a broken water pump which led to a blown engine. Dealership cost to repair was not doable for us and after reading the great reviews on Your Auto Pal we decided to call Jay to get an estimate. Their cost was very fair and within our budget. Mechanic Chris was great. He was approachable and talked us through everything he did, and when we picked the truck up he showed us the old engine and the parts that were replaced. Super professional and great guys. Highly recommend their work.

Outstanding tow service. My company vehicle wouldnt start and I ordered a tow truck through AAA. The first company wouldnt come so these guys came in relief. Rather than waiting 80 minutes, time was cut down to 25 minutes. Driver provided water on site. Very professional and hospitable.
