As some who kept getting beat down by life -- this is something that made me proud. I’m a very happy customer today.Update: the car has had a few mechanical problems and so far I have spent over $1,600 in repairs. Ive only owned the car for about 2 months. Not looking forward to owning this money pit.
Had a good experience at this dealership. Made an appointment and was helped right away by service Advisor Ben. He explained all the work performed on my vehicle and asked my authorization before doing it. Ben was very clear on the cost of the services but the invoice i received didnt give me a complete breakdown like expected or at least its not very easy to understand. The final cost was higher that you would probably pay at jiffy lube but i guess thats to be expected.

As always, I was a great buyer of a great brand I have respect for many years, since I first sat in my 1st G35. This dealership been the best with deals and assisting me with every my lease. Every time different sales manager, but this time I got a really good one Joseph Park who was/is a great sales person. I told no play and he made it. I was searching to buy a new car. I called Glendale Infiniti and Joseph answered my call and attended me right away with questions that I had and gave me great information, So we set up an appointment for the next day to test drive the new 2021 QX50 LUXE. Arriving to the dealership he was ready for me with the car and made me feel very welcomed. After I test drove it I knew Id like it but it was totally gonna be up to the price I would get offered in order to be able to purchase the car. We spoke about different options for me with buying or leasing the car and he genuinely seem to really want to help me out. Over all I got a amazing deal and I ended up going with leasing the car with option to buy. He was able to make the monthly payments that were just right for me. I feel couldnt have gotten this great of a deal anywhere else. Keeps sending me junk mail (physical snail mail to my home address after i told them at least 3x to take me off their list). i even emailed mike @ glendaleinfiniti LAST YEAR and asked him to take me off the mailing yet i am still receiving garbage in the mail.When I got my vehicle serviced there I specifically told the advisor I did not want to receive MAIL AT MY RESIDENCE... yet they still mail me promotions all the time.. and wont remove me even after i called and left messages/emailed A YEAR AGO. THIS IS ILLEGAL.Beware if you go in for service. They WILL take your address (home address) and mail you promotions ALL THE TIME.TAKE MY NAME AND ADDRESS OF YOUR MAILING LIST (PHOTO ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE).

I have it a one star because I was getting an oil change last month. The service was fine until I popped my hood. Upon opening my hood up for myself, I noticed that my infinity emblem on my engine was missing. I accuse you of this because, I called my auto body and they have the photos of my hood prior to me getting an oil change at this location. This one start is a reminder of the price of the oil change and the fact that ya removed my emblem for no reason. You lost me, I prefer the van nuys or the South Bay locations over this. They steal hereUpdated: Talked to Frank (respectfully calm) we had a hick up and the conversation. However, I needed to show a photo because clearly it’s my fault for taking the emblem off. The dealership needs to fix this!!!

There are not any Infiniti dealerships in the city of Los Angeles, but Glendale Infiniti is just outside the city and they are very client friendly and efficient with their service.
Got the Q50 of my dreams! This Infiniti store has the inventory that the Monrovia and Van Nuys stores couldnt get. They also got me a great deal on my lease due to their new owner, New Century Auto Group. Special thanks to Jason my funny, HONEST sales guide. It wasnt the quickest process but everything went well in the end and I am very happy with the car.
I’m giving two stars instead of one because the sales person I initially communicated with (Sepan) was quite pleasant. I was in the market for a fully loaded Infiniti QX60, preferably Hermosa Blue, but would consider black. I made plans to visit 3 dealerships; Glendale being one of them. I made prior arrangements to come in for a test drive and since I needed to change the time, a salesperson by the name of Nikesh was supposed to assist me instead of Sepan. From the moment, my husband and I walked in the door, I could tell Nikesh was uninterested in doing business with us. He seemed rush and acted as if we were an imposition on his time. He provided the keys for us to take a test drive and when we returned, I wanted to discuss the price on the vehicle. He didn’t even offer us a seat and instead had the conversation in the lobby. Well that was awkward!! When I shared the price another dealer was willing to offer on a similar vehicle, he second guessed what I shared and then proceeded to tell me that the numbers I was given was for a lease. I assured Nikesh that it was not a lease, but a purchase. He then said oh, that must have been on TrueCar, and you need to be sure to read the fine print on those. First of all, don’t insult me by telling me to read something. Secondly, why are you ASSUMING I got a number from TrueCar? If he would have taken the time to LISTEN, he would have known it was not from TrueCar. Nikesh then went on to tell us that there were no deals other than 0%APR.Needless to say, because Nikesh made it so obvious and further confirmed, he was uninterested in our business, we left. I made calls to dealerships out of the area because I was looking for something specific and for the right price, I was ready to make the purchase. Another dealer called me back, we discussed by phone, the salesperson called me back with a reasonable price on a fully loaded AWD Hermosa Blue QX60 and we closed the deal. I will have to make a long drive to get the car, but I’m getting what I was looking for.
This service department and especially the service manager are dishonest unethical and extremely incompetent. Took my car to them multiple times for a obvious suspension/alignment issue they choose not to repair because it’s a warranty issue.Had my vehicle inspected at another Competent shop that found multiple suspension parts are bad causing unsafe driving conditions and a very uncomfortable ride.Will be filling a complaint with the BBB.Good reviews are from sales. Service department and there so called manager are not worth even this 1 star review or my time.Do yourself a favor take it elsewhere.

I got a call for black friday discount so i made appointment for oil change. they said any recommended service 30% off. but NO my service advisor show up. another advisor charge me regular oil change price. i ask him for black friday discount but he said oil change is not for black friday sale. are you guys kidding me and happy with no 30%off money? what a cheap place.

I had such an amazing experience here . I was looking to lower my payments on my QX80 and my lease still had eight payments left. Ali went out of his way to accommodate me. He came up with different options that no other dealerships would look at or offer. Ali had previously helped me several years back when he was at a different dealership and I had saved his info because he was so helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership. They really go out of their way to get you the car of your dreams in you price range!

Scheduled my 2019 Q50 for its first oil change, rotation and complimentary inspection on a Friday at 10 a.m. This is the first time Ive paid for an oil change, as my last car was old and I used to do ALL the work on it, from suspension work to transmission work. I dont want to do this anymore because Im older now, so I was skeptical going to the dealer. Devin greeted me, told me what I was going to have done, and even told me about the special they were having. I paid less than what I expected I was going to pay. He said it would take about 2 hours (with the complimentary car wash) and he was exactly on point. The waiting area had donuts, water, and a Starbucks coffee machine with creamer and the essentials. All in all, this was a very positive experience based on the facility and the friendliness/professionalism of Devin. I left the facility extremely satisfied and was happy I brought my car here. Ill bring it here for its next scheduled oil change with no doubt in my mind. Thanks again, Devin!
This is just happened yesterday and i will be honest with my review. It is my second time leasing Infiniti, my fiancé has leased Infiniti for about 10 year. We both had the best experience at glendale Infiniti with Greg and Peter. Sales manager and General manager.Greg is very transparent, honest and through. He totally changed my view of dealership sales manager. Greg listens customer first and very respectful. Never rush or push. He listened our concerns first with our leased Infiniti such as rough damage and over mileages, and took plenty of time for us to figure what we can get the best deal with next car. And Greg didnt let us go until we feel 100% comfortable and satisfied.After driving new cars home, we even called Peter late time to ask something, still Peter being with us, answering all my questions, making sure everything is done perfectly for us via phone and email. I always feel like a V.I.P. when I walk through the doors. However, thats just part of the story......Glendale Infiniti takes great care of their customers after buying the car, too. They call you periodically to make sure you are happy. And, when it comes to the regular servicing, I would never take my precious cars to anyone else.Oh, and while my cars are being serviced, Glendale Infiniti allows me to use one of their loaner-cars. This is typically a time when I get to explore the newer lines of cars that Infiniti has to offer. It has happened more than once that I liked the loaner vehicle so much that I later purchased a similar model when it was time to buy another car.I guess that is what happens when you are treated like you are part of the family...Why else would I shop anywhere else than Glendale Infiniti? They take care of all my needs and their prices are always the lowest around.
The management team is truly focused on service and satisfaction. My initial concerns were addressed with utmost reassurance and both the transaction and my used car have been very transparent. Talk to Devin in service or Jason in Sales. Very pleased with the true luxury experience.
My wife and I made an appointment to come in. We worked with Marco who was very helpful and friendly. He made the whole buying experience very pleasant. Also, Kenny, who helped us with the financing portion of the buying process, was very delightful. We had our 2 month old son with us so they were very helpful to try to get us in and out as quickly as possible. Marco even emailed me to wish me a happy birthday a couple days later and to see if everything was good. So I went there to see what kind of deals they have for infiniti g35 sedans and as soon as i got there, a Russian guy approached me and he started convincing me to buy a car without test driving. All he wanted to do was taking me to his office and sell me a car to get his commission. After 30 minute of talking nonesence, he said I found a car for you, it happened to be a 2007 g35 sedan (base) and he said the price will be around 16k!!! For a 13 year old infiniti?Really?? Also not to mentioned he said it will be sold as is and they charged ridiculous amount of fees and taxes so you can do the math. The general manager there was very rude and conceited. people, its up to you, if you want to blow your hard earned money than this is the place.

Purchased a used M37 I found on the web site last week at Glendale Infiniti. They honored the price listed online only after calling to verify the price before going in. Our sales person Katie was easy to deal with, professional, and made us feel comfortable. Not one bit pushy. She is the main reason we didnt walk out the door and go somewhere else. We came in with our own financing and were already sold on the specific vehicle. We should have been in and out but ended up spending 5 hours there! The finance department kept holding up our paperwork. We threatened to walk out and magically our paperwork was ready. Would I go there again and recommend? Yes, just have your own financing, call and verify the price, remember the names of the people you talk to and ask for Katie Beebe.

MY COMPLAINT IS FOR THE MAN NAMED ALI KHAN, I WAITED A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR MY CAR DEAL TO GO THROUGH. TERRIBLE SERVICE! FIRST AND FOREMOST AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD NEVER GET IN A CUSTOMERS FACE AND CAUSE A SCENE IN FRONT OF EVERYONE IN THE DEALERSHIP. And that is an experience my family encountered today. The communication was terrible throughout the whole deal. I was persistent and he assured me everything was going accordingly. When he called me today to go pick up the car my parents went, Ali began sharing details that he never once mentioned before and assumed myself and my parents would be okay with it. I wasnt. My father called me and asked me a question on speaker phone regarding something Ali told him, he assured my dad he told me. He never told either of us this before and I said no on the phone call. Without knowing what he asked me that for until later. Once I hung up the phone, my father told me he began shouting and acting disorderly. Its a big problem to me because you do not treat your customers that way. You do not act out on your customers due to you being unprofessional. It is not the customers fault for your wrong doing. We have been Infiniti customers for years.UPDATE: Ali just called my father instead of being cordial and apologizing (even if it was fake) saying Karma would get us? Are you kidding me? This was supposed to be a business not high school. Continue to call my father Ali. He also told we can not visit Glendale Infiniti any longer.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Ever since they changed management this place is horrible! I purchased all 4 tires for my car here. Yesterday I notice a nail on the sidewall of one of my tires, which isnt safely repairable. So, since I needed a new tire I call Infiniti to check on my warranty and I am told to bring it in and I am covered 50% of my cost. The next day i go in and apparently I am NOT covered. What a waste of time. Very unorganized place! Horrible customer service. They never answer phone calls and the receptionist that does has a horrible attitude. She needs customer service training badly!Never going back!!

Worst INFINITI dealership. I made an appointment for an oil change and the lady that answered my call never scheduled the appointment. I called ahead of time to confirm my appointment time and the guy I spoke told me not to worry about and to bring my car in at 1pm. I get there and the service guy that helped me told me they were really behind and it would be best to bring my car in the following day. I explained I had made an appointment to avoid having to wait a ridiculous amount of time. He seemed less than interested in my business or in trying to help me out. He said he couldn’t guarantee if the next day would be less of a wait time. I then asked if they had a shuttle service so I could be dropped off so I wouldn’t be sitting there for 2+ hours and he asked another guy that said no. He first asked what my car was having done to it as if that was determining factor if I qualified for the shuttle. Seriously worst service I have ever received. I previously owned a Nissan and never experienced that with the dealership in Glendale. This place sucks. Tried to buy a car here and got nothing but runaround and deception on the numbers. Nothing offered in writing no matter how many times I asked and felt ambushed by sleazy salespeople. So happy I bought the car I wanted from an honest dealership that wasnt Glendale Infiniti.

This dealer had a car in the color I wanted and they refused to trade with my dealer. Thats fine but they were totally rude about the whole thing. I would never do business here. I have tons of friends in southern California and Ive advised them all to avoid this dealer.

Started the deal with Raymond Loza. He emailed me some prices for the Q50 and did not pressure me to make a decision that day. I contacted him a few days later and Raymond was able to get us in touch with Marco. Marco took us on a test drive and was more than helpful explaining all the things the car came with. There was no pressure to purchase. We did end up making a deal for the car. If we are in the market for another car, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this place.
I had my 40k service done here last week. I was told by Devin I needed front brakes, and I agreed to have front and back done at this time. I forgot I had been hearing noises when I brake, so this diagnoses was right on time. I liked that he told me what needed to be taken care of right away and what could wait and how long I could wait before it had to be done. Since I was going to be there now an extra 2 hours he offered to go get me lunch; all I needed to do was decide what from the area. I had my 15 month old granddaughter with me; when she got fussy another employee there put on Baby Sharp for her which settled her down right away and she went to sleep. I felt honored, valued, and dealt with honestly. The service director checked on us a number of time. I will go to Glendale Infiniti again.
NO LONGER OPEN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO COME HERE. THIS LOCATION HAS SHUT DOWN AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS. || Today, my boyfriend towed his car to the Glendale Infiniti dealership just to find out that location was closed. Had he known, he could avoided an unnecessary trip to a closed location. @Owner of Glendale Infiniti, you should do a better job of maintaining and updating your website with information like this. They security man at the closed dealership says many people have been arriving at this dealership because they are unaware that it is CLOSED! Please do better.
I just purchased my first car at Glendale Infiniti and I am extremely happy with it .. the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealer specially the sales representative Bryan he was very helpful and got me the vehicle I was looking for !
They have a great follow up system. They will keep calling you once they know that you are interested in a car. The service center has really good representatives and they service the car quickly. My only complaint is that when I got my car a year and a half ago, I discovered a chip in the paint the day after so I talked to the sales person and he gave me a touch up paint. He didnt bother to even offer to fix it. until now, I have the chip in the middle of the hood of my car.Overall the dealership is good.
They are scam, bought a used Honda on friday drive home and the next day 7 checking engine lights went on, contacted and drove the car to the dealer, they reset the lights off drive home and the next day happened again, took to the dealer for a day. Next day they said the issues have been fixed, drive home all the light went on again. Talk to them Ali Khan (Gm) and 2 managers they said the car sold as it. Dont buy the car from them unless you want to have the same issues as mine.
