Had a great experience taking my Alfa Romeo in to get serviced. My car was making a weird sound. Service Advisor Andy & the staff was very professional & informative. Answered all of my questions & concerns. My car is driving like new again. Grateful for the positive experience. I definitely recommend taking your car here
Eder was Service Advisor for my 2019 Alfa Romeo and he provided me with the most professional and knowledgeable service and adviseHe was extremely courteous and easy to deal withThank you Eder for your great service
Excellent service. Hilbert handled a scheduling conflict courteously and took great care of me, and my car. He kept me up to date on the progress of repairs and was easy to reach when I had a question. Pickup was a breeze. My car was meticulously cleaned and is running great. All good things to report about my experience. 😀
F I could give a 0 stars I would. Negotiated a deal on a Certified Pre-owned car, I was told the car was mine and that it would be taken off the sales lot and held as sold. The salesman assured me it would be here. I live 10 Hours away and bought a plane ticket to fly down on 2/28 and pick up the car on 2/28 and drive it back. I checked into my flight on 2/27 @ 8:30am, boarding passes in my apple wallet and get a call at 11:41 am to inform me the car was no longer available. The car was picked up this morning. Then the salesperson had the audacity to ask me if there was another car I would like for him to help me purchase!!! Are you kidding me, the dealer just screwed me and now Im going to let them do it again. $300 plane ticket out the window.
I recently leased a 2020 Stelvio from Alpha Romeo of Glendale. I was a little afraid at first because the process of getting a new car can be an arduous one. That was not the case when working with Alph Romeo of Glendale. I was looking over their inventory online and began to chat online with a representative from the dealership Jesus Blanco. Blanco was so easy going and made the whole process of getting a new car fun, seamless, and not time consuming whatsoever. We were able to come to a deal over the phone via text messages an all the paperwork was ready for me when I got to the dealership to sign and go over after my test drive of course. When I arrived to the Dealership I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed anything and mind you this id during Covid-19 and car dealerships were still trying to figure out how to give excellent service while also maintaining safety of the customers and employees. I believe the staff at Alpha Romeo did a stellar job of accommodating me and making me feel safe from the moment i set foot into the dealership until I left. Blanco introduced me to his product specialist Jonathan Zaragoza who showed me to my future vehicle that was already washed and ready for a test drive. Zaragoza helped me connect my phone and walked me through several if not all the features of my new Stelvio. He was patient and just as excited for my purchase at I was. We took the Stelvio for a spin and I was also able to turn my old lease in without any hiccups. I was then escorted to Blancos office to sign my paperwork and go over any care packages. Everything was explained in detail and Blanco was never pushy or made me feel uncomfortable. I left the deanship with a smile and an open sunroof ready for the road. The following days and weeks I would get emails and texts just checking in and making sure I had everything I need or if I had any questions. I did a couple of times and Zaragoza was quick to help me out with anything I asked. Ill be returning for a second deal in the future. Thanks for being awesome in these crazy times we are living in at the moment.
I dropped my car off to get serviced and Elsa the receptionist was so nice and friendly. There was a mixup with my invoice and they took care of me and got me in and out in a quick manner. I will definitely are you bringing back my Fiat to this location for future services
Eder and his team has always done a super great job on my servicing needs for my fiat 500 abarth. every detail is met to perfection. i would give them a 10+
They were friendly and were upfront and accurate with how long the repair would take and the cost. I will be going there from now in for Fiat Abarthe repairs!
Brought in our Fiat 500e for a 9:30 AM appointment. Waited for it. Supposed to be done after lunch. Fine. Went shopping and had lunch. Then waited 3 more hours. Wasn’t done till 3 pm. But we saw it sitting in the lot untouched while we are waiting for it. Everything thing was overpriced. Had to pay $179 for software updates that are supposed to be free. Came back unwashed. They didn’t even bother to fill our washer fluid (we mentioned this when we came in) or set the clock. First and last time here!
A great team with a great attitude!Today I reached out to the sales team to get some information and was helped by Jesus Branco (Sales Manager) who was professional and gave a fair offer on the car I was interested in, and shortly after that, I went to the dealership and leased my new Giulia. Since I arrived, Camilio Brower was there to help me through the process professionally which made the process smooth and pleasant. I really recommend the Glendale Alfa Romeo to whoever is looking for a great car with a great deal
After loosing my beloved Maserati Ghibli in an accident I spent the better part of 3 months searching for my next car. Quickly I realized it would be a Giulia, after driving Mercedes Benz for a few years I needed a change, so I went Maserati, now I wanted to try an Alfa. After a month of researching prices, specs, dealers, new, used, etc. I reached out to Alfa of Glendale and right of the bat they gave me an amazing deal on a 36 month lease for a new Giulia Ti Sport. They have a huge inventory and had multiple vehicles exactly how I wanted it. The deal they offered was so good that even after months of researching about how to get a great lease on a new car, I HAD NOTHING TO HAGGLE ABOUT. Camilo took care of financing approval over the phone and had my car washed, gassed and ready to roll when I got there. I literally spent less than 30 minutes at the dealer and drove off in my new car.Camilo even went out of his way, way above what I expected, and gave me his iphone usb cable, so I could use Apple CarPlay on my drive home! Also a shout out to Angelo, he helped me out when I first contacted them to get info. Great experience, highly recommended.
Called to schedule an oil change on Wednesday 19th for Saturday the 22nd and was told I dont need to make appointment just show up the earlier the better. So I wake up and drive over an hour to this fiat dealership as it’s the closest to me. Just to find out they are closed for inventory and see that other customers are there trying to pick up their cars and was also unaware that they was scheduled to be closed. Maybe let your call center know to let customer know you are closed on Saturday for such events. Or better yet have a pre recorded message play alerting people to the fact while they wait on hold to speak to service.
Quick service and parts were available.
If you like getting bit by mosquitoes you’ll love their waiting area.
I dont know why there are one stars at all!! Maybe its for Jeep or Dodge car services. Today I had an amazing experience with Alfa Romeo customer service! They were really helpful and they explained everything vividly!!!Thank you for your perfect customer service Eder !!
Great and fast service.
Very polite, spend time to answer your questions
Great SUV!.. Great Deal!... negotiations went long and hard but the dealership was accommodating to make this deal work out! I’m not sure about the ‘service’ side but I should know soon as my SUV is in for early service issue... so I’m sure I’ll have something to say soon.
Great Service for my Alfa Stelvio
It was the worst experience ever. Went there for first free service for my AlfaRomeo Stervio that should be with first 10 thousands miles and/or one year. I was late for 5 days, my car was one year and five days old. Eder the manager told me that I have to pay $295 for service or call to Alfa Romeo because Im late. Seriously? You are an official service and Its your job to call Alfa Romeo and get their approval if you need it. Terrible customer service. After that, I made an appointment in Santa Monica, their manager called Alfa Romeo and got approval in 1 minute. They did service for my car for free with no problem.
Great sales team. Very professional, polite and upfront. Ive never said that about any other dealership and Ive bought 19 new cars in the last 17 years. Love my Alfa Romeo. The next best dealership gets 3 stars
I have been trying to get a hold of someone to return a leased car for past 5 days, all I get is an answering service after going through 4 min press 2 for this and press 6 for that, I finally got hold of the sales and they told me that I have to leave a message to get an appointment even if my car has been inspected for the lease return, I finally gave-up and called Van Nuys dealer they told me to bring it in anytime mon-fri between 9am and 5pm.very unprofessional i had the same problem when I was trying to leasing this car and didnt want to honor their own advertisement and the dealer wanted to up the monthly and the down payment and NO I followed the fine print
I live 70 miles away & do not want to get caught in work traffic in morning or work traffic returning home in the late afternoon which limits my time for appointments. Ellis of Glendale, closest dealer for my Alfa Romeo, each & every time has been very accommodating for me so I miss traffic jams. Whick is very Important for me. My service guy Eder has always been friendly & accommodating on every visit. Always lets me know if I need anything to let him know. They have always taken my vehicle in immediately & have always got me out in plenty of time to miss traffic going home. If they had to keep my car they was no hesitation in getting me a vehicle or rental for me to drive back home. They are friendly, caring & more then willing to accommodate their customer each & every time. Highly recommend them for service on your vehicle. JT
I came here to get one of those crazy 500e leases. I already knew what the numbers were supposed to be around. When I tried to present a different dealers numbers (which I thought were great), right away the sales manager dismissed them and offered something lower. It was a very straightforward approach, with very little haggling.I came to pick up the car a week later. Aarons delivery of the car was pretty informative, if not a bit lacking in passion. The car was clean. However, it had a few minor surface scratches (though they can be buffed out) and the front bumper was missing a 500e badge. As my first ever new car purchase, I have nothing to compare this to. I would say the overall experience is good to great, but not excellent.Just one thing I would really like to see more: Staff sincerely attempting to build rapport with its customers.
Its was great working with Aaron getting a deal together. very pleasant, patient and understanding.
Negative experience for sure with the Service department. Rude service writers (perhaps overworked) and lots of waiting and wondering because no one communicates. But, I had a positive lease-return experience just on Wednesday for a Fiat 500E and the guy in charge of that process (Harnan) was polite, efficient and nice.
Wanted to learn about the 500 electric met with a very Knowledgeable sales lady. Went back to lease the car, met with Dan, sales manager, I guess, he disclosed other factors that the previous sales lady did not mention. Again, nice guy, almost came down to make the deal until this tall man with glasses came out of nowhere and said there will be no deal today and that we needed to leave the dealership! I dont know what happened but I will never go back even if they offer me a free car. This person who I guess is in charge should not be at that dealership, he is a disgrace.
One sales guy was literally asleep. No one was interested in selling. Nor knew anything. The car on their website that day was going to arrive in 12 days! Totally incompetent and apathetic. Waste of time.I went to Santa Monica Fiat/Alfa Romeo that same day. What a wonderful difference. Bought a great car at a great price from great people... that SAME day! Glendale just lost a big sale and Santa Monica gained several referrals.
I came in for a test drive. The first guy that helped us was Rodrigo. He seemed to be a great guy. Then we came in later because he was busy. Aaron took us for a test drive. We met him and the first thing he asked us was if we checked the inventory. First, I came in for a test drive of a random car, not to buy a specific one. Second, thats why he is working there!!! He took us for a 2 minute test drive where I couldnt even get a feel of the car. The car was also very hot because it was outside in the sun. Then when we got out, he was very rude to us. I could tell he wanted us to either get the car or leave. He was very pushy. I will NEVER think of buying a Alfa Romeo just because of this man. I would recommend going somewhere else.
I loved the sales experience on my Fiat, but hated visiting the service department! Thankfully it was always minor things. VERY disorganized, no one knows what is going on, and I had to keep going back and nagging them to find out what was going on with my car. They NEVER contacted me to let me know the car was done! They were supposed to order a new antenna for me and NEVER did it over 3 years time! The last time, they didnt even know where my car was or who checked it in! STAY AWAY!
Worst experience when I returned my leased car there, even though I got a new car from them and they told me they will take care of my over mileages I had to pay that out of my pocket!! They will lie to you in order for them to proceed with the sales of a new car! Will never go back to this place
Walked around to check out the cars they have, all the cars are packed in a small lot in a mess, some cars you can not even reach to, the manager and salesperson dont really care youre there, and just pretend youre just strolling through their yard. After looking at a few cars and understanding that nobody is going to bother to come over to help us, we just left. Terrible dealership will try somewhere else.
Very helpful staff. In and out quickly too
They will hook you initially very fast, make you wait long time, go back and forth to invest too much time to back off, then raise the lease rates at the end, IT IS NEVER $349 as advertised, but $450-$500 rather, and the $0 down=$2500 drive off.You will have to battle the negotiations once with a low level salesman, then with the supervisor, then fleet manager, making you g through the same hell 3 times, retroactively raising the rates. Also it is small parking lot with dirty cars, not much of selection in any sense. Very disappointing back door operation.
There is always small another problems every time I got my car back from the service. And makes me to have service or parts which doesnt solve the initial problem. Poor service.
They are very short with customers. Its like they are doing you a favor. The absolute worst service ever. AlfaUSA should send secret shoppers. Go elsewhere. You have been warned. Cheers
Great staff! They were very helpful in finding the right car for my needs! seeing as I am on a budget but really wanted some of the extra features like a sunroof and alloys. I worked with Armen who was not a high pressure type, he was not only personable but really listened to what I was looking for, and the manager Scott was very helpful in getting me a payment that fit into my budget! I would highly recommend Fiat of Glendale to anyone looking to put a Fiat in their drive way! Thanks again! Ciao!
Worst customer service ever. I keep calling to see if they can see my fiat for a engine light. I call one day and they tell me bring it in the following day and even warn me to expect to leave it over night just to inspect it (thats ok). I call the day Im suppose to bring it in and they tell me they are all booked for the week. These guys are either short staffed or just incompetent where they cant finish a car Im suitable time. Look elsewhere. I know I am.
Always there and ready to help prompt work for regular service
Ive had my car serviced here for the last two years. Fast, friendly, reliable service every time.
Slow service and no rental cars during coronavirus
Used slimeball tactics on me. Made a deal over the web before I arrived. They tried to reneg two times and one of these times was after I signed all the papers! Reneging after I sign the papers is a special kind of time waste and feeling of disappointment. Besides this, their operation not only acts like a used car dealership but also is the size and has the facilities of one also. Id stay away and personally wouldnt do business here again under any circumstance.
Worst dealer I have deal with...... When inside the dealership, they promised car is brand new and no usage, even with 100 miles on it. They says the mileage are from previous test drive. Afterward, we lease the car. 3 weeks after, cars have 6 check engine lights comes on and stall twice when driving. Then contact dealer and they said they cant help and we have to contact manufacturer for issue. We call alfa Romeo hotline, deal with 2 dealer ships service department and alfa Romeo corporate to find out car has a drain battery and has been abuse before.During the call, the corporate customer service rep actually find out there is a corporate claim against this car as well. Then we contact back the dealer, the rep just hang up our call. Afterward, we go to the dealer again and they dealer refuse to do anything and saying is sold and its not their responsibility anymore. They even call the cops on us saying we are harassing their business. We have lease and purchase many BMW, AudI and Mercedes before, due to business and personal use. TRUST ME, this is the WORSE dealership and experience we have. Just stay away from this dealer for your own good. Dealership full of liars and scammers and once you our the door, you are on your own. Also, the corporate, FCA customer service hotline also not helping much either, fail to follow up when promise, fail to response, after 6 emails and 3 voice mails and not willing to help with dealership issues. Very text book example of American car manufacturers customer handling....... Thanks, Chrysler for screw up the brand.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced . Dropped my 2016 fiat off for warranty work (temp gauge) & for door to be sealed. Marvin was the service advisor to handle the issue and he doesn’t communicate well with people . We were told our car was done (temp gauge) && ready for pick up but the parts for the door won’t be in for another 3-4 days. We decided to leave the car there since it was only supposed to be ‘’3-4 days’’ well two weeks go by and no calls or texts .. we kept calling and texting and leaving all kinds of message for a status on the car.. we were told today that the door parts won’t be in for a couple of weeks and if my car isn’t picked up today they will charge me $45.00 a day. We informed there is no way we could pick up today due to work but will be picking up tomorrow and little mr Marvin who doesn’t communicate well with customers said okay well you will be charge $45.00 then. I’d rather drive hours away than visit this dealership again.
Very Frustrated Customer. Purchased used vehicle for wife for Valentines, but vehicle clutch failed within 50 miles before I reached home. Took multiple calls to dealership for them to even consider honoring the warranty. Vehicle has been in the Dodge service department for 4 days now and my wife has been without a car for 7. A clutch should be a 4 hour job. Unable to get a strait answer, status updates or get a returned call. Not sure if this post will be filtered....... I will followup with how they resolve and how they settle the bill.So far, the worst car purchase experience to date even though the dealer states Here at Fiat of Glendale, we aim to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. With fashion forward vehicle design and our highly trained staff, we strive to make every car buying experience fun and memorable!
No one picked up the phone on parts department and they didn’t return my call
Excellent. Go here and avoid the Fiat Van Nuys service
Me and my wifes first time buying a new car. A wonderful and easy process! The staff, particularly Ben and Luis (sp?), were helpful both in their patience and product knowledge. We never felt pressured or deceived. We ended buying a 2013 Fiat Pop: it handles better than any car Ive ever driven (and I used to be a valet!)The Dodge lot where we finished the paperwork is a little unkempt, but thats because theyre in the process of moving (as of November 2012).Overall, my Fiat experience still has my smiling to this day (and I used to be a valet!)
They refused to take lease end cars, only because I havent purchased it from them and because they had no space. I had a week window to return two small electric fiats. First they refused, and then never returned my calls.
What a terrible place. Go to another dealer who will respect your business. Dont waste your time here. I regret driving all the way from South Bay to go see this dealership. Horrible customer service. If you want terrible customer service, then go here by all means.
No one approached me. I was looking at vehicles for about 15 min. No one was interested in selling. Incompetent and apathetic. Waste of time
It all started when I went to pick up the car and it had the wrong interior color (it was supposed to be white instead of the heat absorbing black). I was told that this was the only car that was available. The dealership had my wrong address on file which I realized when I called about my license plates. I corrected it and when I still didnt get my plates weeks later, I called again and they still had the previous wrong address. Ive had multiple exchanges with the dealership (Glendale Fiat) and then the corporate offices all of which have been awful. And four months later, I still have not gotten my registration or plates. My main two complaints about the car itself is 1) very poor gas milage and 2) the blindspots. I am getting 20-24 mpg, city/highway. For a car this size, that is very poor performance. I have taken the car in twice for a diagnostic and get it returned with a shrug. When I have told both the dealership and the corporate office that I dont feel safe when driving, they told me there is nothing they can do.I am now trying to trade in the car but I am being told that after 4 months, the car has depreciated to HALF of what the car was worth when I got it. I am now stuck with this unsafe gas guzzler.Save yourself time and money and get a better preforming car from a company that actually cares about their customers safety and pockets!
I was looking to lease the new Giulia and so decided to check it out at this showroom. The sales person, Deniro, was really polite and helpful. So, I decided to appraise my car to see how much I`d get if I traded it in.I wasn`t very happy with the amount so I let them know about my carmax offer. While negotiating, I was almost convinced I wanted to lease my next vehicle with them but then I spoke to their manager. Dan, the manager, was rude and unprofessional when dealing with this. He basically tried to make me spend $3000 extra over the total amount and I called his bs.Was in love with the car I chose to lease, but very unhappy with the management. I might just consider a different dealer.Hopefully someone from this Dealership reads these reviews and actually does something to improve.
Went to alfa glendale to buy a gulia. The sales person was great but other then that management is careless and I dont know how long they will last as a dealer. Stay away from wasting hours of your time.
They offer first class service.
Excellent service Im very happy
Horrible General Manager said he would call and get me the car i wanted. just forgot about me since he said he would take out 6k / 8k of TAG price, once he realized i remembered, he never bother to contact me back.
Great customer servicd
Great dealer, was in and out quick special thanks to Dimaya our sales rep.
Excellent service
Great customer service here!
Came for oil change. I was completely satisfied with the service and communication.
Today jan 3 2018, i call the dealer 4 times, no one answering the phones at all, i dont know what is going on with this dealer services, well i am gonna give one stars since i cannot reach anyone at this dealership.
Had a pleasant experience checking out the 500s.
Such beautiful cars and staff is excellent.
Ask for Brandon - hes up front with pricing, so you dont have to haggle and fight.
Mike is awesome. Fiat 500e!
Stay away from this place. Very dishonest, not professional sales team.
I had a maintenance service for my fiat but It was the worst service ever.
Long story short: We got the car somewhere else
Same here they will not take lease return only if purchase or lease a new vehicle
They cant figure out a phone system that works, takes 20 minutes to reach the service dept; not a first, overall experience with this car and this deealer—horrid
Went in for parts service. Found out a lot about my vehicle. May return to purchase the items that I need later. Thanks for the assistance.
Service is slow and takes around 1.5 hours.
Horrible people, DO NOT go there
Amazing
Brandon is the bomb!!!
They did what they said they would do
Ok
