Very nice sales staff. Helpful to those on a budget. Forever warnty is added plus. Sales staff ratio to those looking is very low and so it takes a lot of waiting because theyre serving more than one customer at a time. The restrooms are handicapped accessible so are the showrooms. Allocate your time for approximately 3 hours plus added time to test drive. For only presented with 2 Cars to test drive.

Horrible didnt submit financing partiers till three weeks later costing me $200 in interest which they says theyd pay only they never followed did and now even the owner wont return my calls or emails. Horrible experience the only positive was Brandon my sales rep was extremely nice a knowledgeable Ill never buy anything from amato again !!!!!!!!

Buying a car from Amato is fine. The service department is the issue.I brought in my Santa Fe for its 100,000 mi maintenance check. Prior to them taking the car I told them about a brake issue I had noticed. They said they would check it out. I waited a short time and was surprised when they told me it was done. They said the car was in great shape and everything looked good. On the way home, the brakes were still squealing.I just took it to a mechanic I trust and he found $1,300 in problems...3 of which should have been noticed during the inspection at Amato...especially since I mentioned one in particular. This makes me question how thorough and reliable their inspections and work actually are.

This location here on 76 is so horrible very unprofessional. I never experience so much disrespect from the employees who works there. The ladies that works in the preferred credit financial office. Makes a person not even wants to do BUSINESS with this company. The lady moyoka green is so disrespectful she should not be working for this company. She do not do a good job dealing with the pubic she so unprofessional and rude. One day when spoke with her on the phone about my account. She was over talking me wouldnt let me get a word out. Before i knew it she hung up on me. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this particular dealership to get a vehicle. The ladies working there are so rude and difficult to deal with. I will be contacting the owner in the better businesses bureau to futher deal with this issue.

Been there four times in total. Was ok the first time. Took almost 7 hrs to get a new car. That was a bummer. Seems very over priced but figure if you need it and have to have transportation they will help you find an option thats right for you but dont expect to be $50 in either direction of what you hoped to pay a month not so good atbthat part of it. Very helpful and usually pretty fast on oil changes if they see I have my all child w me.
We had an appointment scheduled with a sales rep, who then didn’t even show up for the appointment. The other sales representatives were completely unhelpful and rude. They wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. It seemed like since my mother and I were women trying to purchase a car, these guys wouldn’t even give us the time of day. We drove an hour into Milwaukee and wasted gas only to be insulted. We came in ready to purchase a car and they totally lost that sale.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off they gave me the run around for two weeks. Sam is a saleman that cant seem to understand anything. He lied to me on a number of things. When I ask to speak to finance I got JR who was so in a rush and he couldnt give me an explanation on nothing but they trying to help. Yeah OK. He was rude, cut me off cause he was a busy man in his words and hung up on me. And come to fond out he was the supervisior. I will never do business with this company. Not Ever!!!!!
Worst service Ive ever experienced! Drove all the way from Madison and the car was not pulled up, nobody helped me for 10 minutes, AND I had an appointment. They could not locate the car and the person I spoke with did not come out to greet me until I was fed up and left, after waiting for 20 minutes! 3 people offered to help but, not one had a clue where the vehicle was!

I use to watch the commercials/ Infomercials on tv at night and when I asked on the chat line how much was a certain car that was advertised, I was told they dont have that car anymore. I went to the dealership and was given the run around. I told them what I was willing to spend which was $10,000 MAX and they come back with a car for $40,000 talking about well we got this nice one here for you. I told them I do NOT finance and they tried to pressure me into buying a car with very high miles on it. One guy was nice so I give 2 stars but they are full of brand NeW shyt. Customer service means everything. Be honest and dont pressure, you will get more customers and references without the BS

Finance department, sales is so disorganized... I was going through a chapter 13 and needed a vehicle... each person was telling me different things, etc... they owed me money back from my deposit, and when I called about it, they finally sent it out only to not be signed so i had to waste gas driving back to the dealership for someone to sign the check, then back to the bank, I was surrending my previous car that was in the ch. 13 because it broke down and couldnt afford to fix it, they wanted me to tow it all the way to them from a city 45 minutes away, when the car wasnt even from that dealership and then tow it back the city i had it towed from? Why? I dont know.. didnt do it... bothered me for a surrender form I had no knowledge about and wouldnt work with the bank I was surrendering my original car to.... will not purchase another car from them.
