I went in today to get an oil change. The gentleman that approached my car was very friendly and helpful. Then while waiting I received a text message that Louis would be helping me. When my car was ready, he sent me a message and met me at the cashiers. I have been taking my car here since the deal changed locations. Everyone was friendly and informative. I give this experience a 5 Stars.

I worked with Alexis. He was so professional I drive all the way from Victoville to help my dad purchase his new Honda Passport. They really came to bat for me on my trade and as you can see from this picture my dad is so happy. He was literally crying. Big shout out to general sales manager. I think his name was Carlos. 3 stars which I think is generous for this visit. Oil lube tech destroyed my front passenger tire getting the car on the lift! I don’t even know how this is possible! Perhaps I’m being told half truths?So, the dealership orders a replacement tire on them because they destroyed my brand new tire. The thing is, I had to wait. Car was brought in on Saturday morning, the replacement didn’t come in until Tuesday afternoon. Then they send the tire out to an independent shop because they don’t want to put a tire on an aftermarket market wheel. I have Volk TE37 wheels. The dealership will tell you that putting a tire on your wheel will break their machine, but it’s a lie. They just don’t want the liability for damages.So, Tuesday comes and the tech realize that it’s the wrong tire?! Talk about ineptitude! I guess they let anyone become a Honda certified technician.Shame on you Honda for not offering me a rental to get me to work. But kudos for comping my entire visit. This is why you get 3 stars. But I would appreciate it if you had more experienced techs (who are car enthusiasts) work on my car. Thanks

He explained exactly what they would be doing, how long it would take and when to expect his call or text after the job is done. Alex gave me a good service and he was pleasant and convinced me to come back just because he was not only doing his job but being so kind and have a great personality. I was there for oil change service only. The service was relatively fast. The check in gentlemen, Alex, was very courteous, told me service will take approximately 1-1.5hrs. I got a call after an hour, was suggested what other Services were recommended, offered to write it out for me for next visit reference. The lady at the register was nice to apply a coupon I had even though my service didnt include tire rotation...I received $20off my original fee. Great service, very nice staff that is welcoming and willing to help.

I came in for an oil change. I’ve been a loyal customer and have been going here for years. I came in on a Saturday and unfortunately they were all booked in appointments so I hoped I would be able to do a walk-in. The first rep I spoke to told me it would be a 3 hour wait with no appointments and they generally don’t take walk ins on Saturdays since it gets busy so he directed me to make an appointment with the ladies at the cashier area. When I came out, another rep named Louis came out and asked if I’ve been helped yet which I replied “oh you guys are all booked”. He then proceeded to ask me what service I needed and I said, “just an oil change” and he said “don’t worry about it, I’ll get you in”. He actually remembered me and my son and knew I’ve been coming here for years now. He told me it may take up to 3 hours since they were pretty busy which I was okay with since I had nothing else planned. It was really nice of him to show that kind of service to me, especially a full time working mom with only free time on Saturdays to run errands. This is the only place I go to for servicing my car and I plan on continuing. Thanks Louis!

I was so grateful for the incredible service at New Century Honda. My 2019 HR-V battery died this morning and I was in a frenzy since I had to make it to work in Arcadia. They were able to accommodate me in the afternoon when I brought in my car at 5:00 and replaced the battery within the hour. I went back to New Century Honda today for some other service items to give them another chance and everything went much more smoothly this time. Advisor attentively kept me updated via phone and pricing was fair as always. 5 stars.Home of the 3 hour oil change. If you like to wait a long time for your car, 2.5 hours after being quoted 1 hour, have them never tell you when your car is ready, have to ask, then pay, then wait another 30 minutes to get your car, this place is for you! Two stars instead of one because the price was fair and the people were nice when they do interact with you.

Worst service ever. I brought my car on my day off so they could give me the code for the radio that wasn’t working, they gave me a paper with many codes written I tried most of them and none was correct. Now I have an error code E on the screen and I was told by the dealer that I’d have to remove the battery of my car to reset the radio and he couldn’t because do it because it would take time. Trash place, trash service, Honda should be ashamed.

Great service. Thank you! Just a recommendation for every customers peace of mind since dealerships dont get the best feedback anywhere in the world. Maybe you can show the customer or take pictures of actual parts replaced. Like air filter and cabin filter for example, both have been replaced from my yesterdays PMS. But theres no proof that the job was actually done. The oil is easier to tell because I notice the difference in color before and after, I know it has been changed. But for other parts, theres no way I or other customers can tell.. other than that, the whole experience was great!

Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation seems long; I had an appointment and arrived on time. After they were done and came to let me know, they mentioned that filter changes are recommended but can be done with the next service. I would have liked to know at the time of the inspection so I could decide if I wanted to do it today.Later when I was reading through all the papers the notes said “rec. engine and cabin air filters”. It didn’t say next time.I like the care they take to keep things clean and not get dirt or grease on my seats and they even cover the steering wheel.Waiting room is clean, free WiFi, TV and huge comfy chairsDavid was very cordial and respectful.

Fast reliable oil change with multi point inspection. It was super quick. They even saran wrapped the steering wheel for clean service. Instead of coupons to inspire Honda drivers to come in, why not have automatic discounts applied to service price without need for coupons, according to VIN number?

Yes go here! Alex was extremely helpful! I took my car in for a recall. I expressed my concern in not having my car ready on time. I had to pick up my Son from school on a minimum day schedule. Honestly I was willing to take a Lyft to my Son’s school from there and figure my way back. Sounded like a hassle, especially with the hot day. Ordered my part. I received a small discount that I was delighted even to get. Parts rep said they’d ring upon the part arriving in 2 days. Well a week passed with no call, so I called the parts dept. Sure enough my part was there. I was then transferred to service to make a service appointment. I showed/pulled up abd for about 5 minutes sitting and eventually getting out nobody acknowledged me. It’s a super busy dealership with a lot of employees walking right by my car and me. I got thick skin so it’s fine. They installed my part in 20 minutes and I was out. Once you are attended the guys are polite. I would take my car to get serviced here in the future even though they have the wrong year recorded for my car with my name. Nothing is perfect.

They reset the screen and everything is great. Only thing is I thought the appointment was a few hours and they kept it overnight which is fine by me; just good to know in advance.

Took my 2018 Accord Hybrid to New Century for a recall service. While the service took longer than expected Chris continued to check in with me to update status and was very responsive to questions.About a week after service I needed to call New Centurys service department because the Tire Pressure warning wouldnt go off. The service department took time to walk me through how to fix the problem so I didnt need to take the car in.New Centurys customer service was great which is uncommon at dealerships. I only gave them 4 stars because the service took longer than expected. If I could have given a 4.5 I would have.

Beware! If you go to New Century Honda on Brand Blvd and purchase a used vehicle, make sure you have it in writing that it is a certified used vehicle. Even though their huge banners say Certified Pre-owned apparently that is not the case on all used vehicles. It must say this on the contract you sign. Also, if they show you a Carfax that the vehicle hasnt been in a car accident, this also is not always the truth. The car could have been in an accident they just never reported it. I bought a used car approximately 8 months ago, the paint is now peeling in the area it was hit, but because I just now noticed it, well now they claim it is too late for me to do anything about it and I am stuck paying for a car ($28,000) for 5 years and the paint is peeling. Please do your homework and not get stuck in the awful situation I find myself in. They are so nice when they are trying to sucker you into buying but once you go back to question issues with your car - they are dismissive and have the attitude of Oh well, too late, sucks to be you kind of attitude. I truly wish I had read all the reviews to see that the word Sneaky is used often to describe them. I saw it used in at least in 10 different reviews.

When my usual dealer service dept., Ive been using for over 20 years, couldnt get me in for a week to check a starting issue, I made an appt at New Century Honda. I got in the next day and they diagnosed and fixed my issue just in time to pick up my car before closing. Max went out of his way to make sure I could have my car for a busy next day. I had an appointment for the Goudy in Ahambra exactly a week away on the weekend, but I didn’t think my vehicle’s oil life would drop from 5% to 0% so quick so I didn’t want to wait another week. I went online Saturday to schedule an appt at New Century Honda even in the week so I can attend before work, but I was lucky to see an appt for 3pm same day. Instantly took it and drove 50min to said appt. I made sure to check my appt was confirmed and not later cancelled by a representative/the system. It wasn’t. Once there I was told that unfortunately appts at that time are for services which can’t get done same day to which I’d have to pick up my vehicle next week on Monday since enough manpower was not available to make this happen since mechanics were working on current jobs and others pending before I arrived. I asked why there isn’t a disclaimer of any kind included with the appt confirmation and if I knew that was the case I wouldn’t have driven almost an hr to that service. I felt disappointed that it looked like I had no choice but to come back next week. Thankfully my advisor L Weatherspoon made this happen and I am very thankful he was able to work something out with his team. I have been coming here for 3 years only because I always find appointments instantly and I’m not required to make appointments 1-2 weeks in advance as in LA/Ahambra.. I will and have always recommended this location for all services to my fellow Honda owners. Thank you New Century for your continued great service that makes me come back every time!
