The guys at this location are very knowledgeable. They were pleasant and kind they worked past closing because the data reader took longer than expected. I recommend this smart start location to all who are looking for a friendly place to have the ignition interlock installed.

Overall a great experience! Called smart start to schedule the appointment and needed a same day as I did not realize my suspension had already taken into effect. They were the only shop that was able to get me in same day. Upon arrival they were quick to begin work on my vehicle. They were extremely helpful and tried there hardest to get me out ASAP despite a few small problems they ran into. Overall they went above and beyond and treated me well. I have read many bad stories about people being treated poorly just because they are DUI offenders but at this place that is not the case. To sum it up simply, awesome, fast, and friendly service!
