This is a great place to take your car. Charlie was very helpful and kind and I told him what I wanted and they did a great job they even replace the handle on my car door and it turned out awesome. I would definitely recommend this place if you want a good paint job. Prices are reasonable and good service all around. I was so pleased with the pink they did I even went to go buy me wheels at another place.

Dealt with Jeff and Charlie. Very nice folks. Brought in my white caprice. Needed a lot of work done from the police equipment such as antenna holes and spotlight holes and lots of dents. Hefty price but worth every penny. Had the whole car painted. New sexy color! I have nothing bad to say about this location. Great experience all the way around.

Had major body repair due to car accident and, even after numerous delays, the repairs were done excellent. My vehicle looks amazing and they did an amazing job in the repairs. Even after picking up my car, it immediately to overheat, but they offered to tow it and did the repairs and now the car runs great and I am extremely happy and would highly recommend this MAACO!!!!!

I was going to get my car painted here. They have the prices listed on the wall I was okay with that price. I talked to the man I said can you just give me the quote Ill be back on Monday to get my car done he said no problem. I brought it home give it to my husband he looked at it and he said this is $1,000 more than what you told me on the phone! I was like wait what?? So the price that they have on the wall they add four other items to that price that come up to about $1,000 more. At that time I was not happy with what I was not told and I decided to go somewhere else. I dont like being deceived and not being told something right up front. I thought I was going to pay $2,500 to get my car done not $3,500.

They worked with me and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. The work was wonderful.

Brought my Silverado for body work i was happy how they repair it but I wasn’t happy with the results towards the end they didn’t know how to paint didn’t know how to color match i took my truck back 2 more times after and they still didn’t get it right the shine wasn’t even good.!And i got a flat last night and I went under my truck to get the tire down and noticed my bed truck isn’t even bolted on right it’s missing half of the screws that hold it in place and to top it off all the wiring isn’t were it supposed to be im not happy with their work I called customer service and they didn’t even do anything about it.!! Im not happy with their work at all and its not like if it was cheap I paid $6,500 and this is the service I got .!!!

BEWARE: Where do I begin? A friend of mine had used Maaco in Glendale and his experience was fair, so I decided Ill give them a try. I decided on their most expensive option (Base Coat Clear Coat) since this was a classic car I wanted the best they had to offer.I dropped off the car on June 2nd 2020, and they began working on the car immediately-- the next business day, which I thought was awesome, thus begins my nightmare.The manager (Charlie) stated he would contact me with updates periodically, which never happened, it was always me who reached out for updates. I was given 3 seperate deadlines for my car to be finished, all of which never happened-- I have the emails to prove all of this. I called the (1800) number to complain and they stated this will be forwarded to a team leader who will investigate. I was never contacted by anyone in regards to that complaint/concern.12 weeks after initial drop off my car was finally painted and I spoke with the manager (Charlie). I stated to Charlie I would pick up my car since they couldnt seem to put the parts back together at which time I found out all of my parts had been STOLEN! Thats right, all of my parts on a classic car had all been STOLEN! I ended up taking my car out the shop and paying them half of what was to be paid. This wasnt at all a fair price based on my experience. I should of taken my car and NOT PAID MAACO A DIME.I now have to hire someone to put my car together after MAACO allowed my parts to be STOLEN and this is a classic car, so it wont be cheap to have the car put together. I also have to wait on the parts which were all custom ordered from Classic Industries in California. As someone who works in law enforcement, my advice is: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Had my 04 Corolla Painted at this location. I dropped it off on Saturday and it was supposed to be ready by the following Friday. Turns out it was not ready until the following week on Monday. I understood since that Monday it was a holiday. The car is blue and when I arrived I noticed that the mirrors were painted black when they should have been painted blue like the rest of the car. Turns out they had trouble painting them so they left them a black matte, which is not the original color. This caused a huge inconvenience and had to drop off a week later on so they could repaint the mirrors. They also did some type of over-spray on one of the front head light which was not there before. I even showed them before pictures showing it was not there before. They still did not want to be held responsible or admit that they caused the lens being painted with a white tint which which I myself could not get out when I buffed the headlights at home. They kept telling me it was there before. Pictures do not lie. I understand you get what you pay for but keeping a headlight clean from any type of spray or paint is very important because it can potentially affect driving at night. John also had the courage to ask if I wanted a quote to replace the headlight, come on really? Especially since they caused the problem in the first place. Overall I do not recommend this location at all. I posted pictures to show this review is true. Please avoid this location. Now lets just hope it lasts at least 2 years and honor their warranty if something happens to the paint. Not sure why pictures are not posting but also left a Yelp review with pictures.

Walked in for an estimate and it was like the guy knew exactly what I wanted, very professional and quick. While they aren’t great at communicating I am in awe of the quality for the price. I bought the cheap enamel paint job and only one spot with barely noticeable overspray but the rest of the car is painted to a mirror finish. My civic came in looking crusty and came out looking like it did when it was bought brand new 21 years ago. Was nervous the car was going to get stolen because the way everything is set up seems like the perfect spot to break into a car. Love being the shiniest car on the road.

There’s some terrible reviews on here. I’m scratching my head because my experience was great. I hit a guardrail a while back and had some big scrapes and scratches on my car, as well as other scratches from years of wear and tear. I tried to fix these scratches myself, then I made everything worse. My car looked terrible. I ruined it. I went to 5 or 6 different body shops and they all quoted me huge numbers and said they couldn’t help.Then I called Maaco..Charlie couldn’t have been nicer over the phone. I decided to give them a try, even tho it was 30 mins from my house. Drove over and Discussed all my options with Sam who helped me out and we decided on the base paint and a couple minor dent fixes. Sam was great. We dialed everything in. Dropped car off on Friday, Monday was a holiday and the car was finished by Wednesday! Unbelievable turn around time. Car looks great. Was dark gray, now dark blue. Feels like a brand new car. Couldn’t be happier and I’ll probably use their services again soon. Price was right and worth it. I feel like a new man. Thanks fellas!—Update: 7 months later and paint is still going strong. No cracks or peeling. Have only hand washed. Couldn’t be happier.

Went in to get the $599 paint job done for my Camry. The trunks paint is peeling off and the hood as well from sun damage. No dents or any cosmetic issues with the car. I went in and the guy (Sam) was trying to charge me $1750. He said the $599 package does not include sanding, car wash, employees fees, wages, tools, etc. He stated that the $599 package ONLY includes the paint and nothing else. I called the 1-800 # and theyve stated that everything mentioned was false and inaccurate. The $599 package includes everything and other than state tax, they should not be charging me for anything else. I am absolutely disgusted by their scam tactics and lies. I can only imagine how many customers were scammed and taken advantage of by Sam or other employees. I have contacted a local news channel and a law firm as well. Hopefully, I will be able to prevent this from happening to other customers and hold them accountable for their actions.

I’m proud to be a Maaco customer! 10/10I’ve heard of Maaco since they have been around for so long and needed my 10 year old truck to be painted. The Arizona heat did a number on the factory Green paint job of my Toyota Tundra. There was a lot of chipping and peeling and it was an eyesore in the driveway. Not only does my truck look brand new, but they were able to do a color change to the new Cement Grey of the newer models, and I’ve gotten so many complements. I have a 2003 Saturn L200 and it was in really need of a paint job and bumper fix. I called MAACO ans spoke to Charlie and he said he would be more than willing to help me. When i arrived Charlie met me in the parking lot which was very professional because it showed me he was genuinely interested in fixing my car. After the schedule time for prepare for the car i arrived a little too early and Charlie informed me my car wasnt ready yet. I didnt have a way to het home so Charlie ordered me a Huber home and in a few hours i had a basically brand-new car. Fully clean on the inside (i didnt know they was going to) and fixed all the scratches and dents/dings along the whole car. Im beyond very satisfied with the work from the MAACO team and Mr Charlie on his excellent customer service.

I love my new color on my car, they said it would take a week to finish but they got it done earlier. Sam was a very helpful guy. I had a 2009 dodge nitro white and turned it black.

Took our truck in for minor body repair and paint job. It was very overpriced and took 2 months to complete. When we picked up the truck the power windows no longer worked, the overhead compartment was broken, and the bed rails were missing. While our truck was in their care it was broken into and all the tools in the truck were stolen. Thke only positive aspect of the establishment was Sams customer service. We dropped it off to have everything fixed and he assures that everything will be as it should.Just picked the truck up still very dissatisfied. Passenger window still not working like it should. No side rails still. Didnt remove overspray. The overhead compartment still not back in place. And the most horrible part is the paint job doesnt shine like a $5000 paint job should shine. Will never recommend or use these guys ever again.

So glad I made the decision to get a basic paint job at this MAACO location. My car came out looking absolutely amazing, better than expected! 🙂 Charlie was knowledgeable and helpful. Dropped my car off late Thursday afternoon and it was ready for pickup on Monday. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

This Maaco store always does a great job for me. From doing the body and paint on my 1929 Model A to fixing accident damage on other cars. I highly recommend this location.Update. Paint job still remains a good job. Since then I have had several issues with small details. Rear lift gate not adjusted correctly and now since it has been adjusted there is a bad rattle coming from it. Found a weather strip rolled up in the back seat. It went under the front edge of the hood. The other day when cleaning all the dust from the rear of the interior I noticed a broken trim piece. This was broken, probably buy the glass company that has to remove the rear windows so cant be hung on Maaco but still a disappointment.

Went to get a estimate. followed the signs for the drive up estimate. Then an employee blew the horn several times in an outrageous matter for me to move. I was moving out the way, but apparently not fast enough.as the employee tried hit my car with what looked to be another customers car they were working on. so I would get out the way. this happened 8/21/20 around 11:20am. hope management reviews cameras and does something about this employee.

They had to replace the rear door, tire, and frame around the bottom and you would never know someone t boned me. They only painted that quarter panel but the paint matches perfectly! 3 year warranty on all the replacement parts. They had my car done in about 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need auto repair! Thank you so much again!!!

Paint is great and it got finished ahead of schedule. Dents bumped out like they never were there. However i had a brand new pair of sunglasses stolen out of my car while it was there. I would call but theyd say Were not responsible for lost property other than that, good job.

Made a choice to get a cheap paint job for my sons truck and expected to get what I payed for. John the manager at this Maaco in Glendale gave me a fair price and vision of what it would look like finished. My wife and I were totally shocked how good it looked. Nice tape job with only non issue overspray spots I found later while examining next day.I didn’t think we would get this type of Quality but am thankful we did. 👍🏼

My vehicle was at this location just over 2 weeks, and 3/4 of the body work was still not done, I was told it would be done in about 2 weeks, and that did not happen, the staff is not good about communicating any hold ups like this. I would not recommend this company to anyone, theres better shops out there.

Kim is very nice and professional. I like that they call you every other day to keep you updated. And they got my car finished in a timely manner. I have a little chipping paint but Im sure if I go in and let them know they will get it fixed right away.

Overall great work. Initial time line was wrong. They said they could find the stripping for the repair, but ended up not being able to. They also forgot the install the seat belts. Overall they were easy to work with and admitted/compensated for the issues.

This is the 3rd vehicle Ive had painted here. I recently bought the vehicle at auction, it was a municipal vehicle and I didnt notice when I took it in to paint if a body plug on the top of the cab was missing until a week after I got the truck back. I called and asked if they had any body plugs that I could purchase from them. John told me he would check and would call me back, he never did. I ended up purchasing a package of body plugs from Amazon. Needless to say, since their customer service has gone down hill. This is the last vehicle I will have painted there.

My car was painted at this location. There was overspray left on my car on both sides inside the door and on the trim. They said I needed to bring the car back. What an inconvenience. Also my car had an unlawful entry that was Reported to me by the police while my car was in the Maaco shop. The manager never bothered to inform me about this. I am very disappointed and will never recommend the shop

Came to get a quote for a door that wouldnt close properly. That could have been an easy fix I was told I needed a new car door. Which was not true! They would have over charged me! 1700! But I found a great body shop only charging me 250. ThankfulFor that.

Since 2008 weve been bringing our Star Cars replicas to the Glendale, Arizona Maaco. More noticeably improved under new manager, Michael, have we had our best dealings and professional service with. And more so importantly has the paint service improved dramatically in the positive quality of paint jobs coming out. We highly recommend this location for their hard working team and service.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would, because the management is excellent and will make sure you get the most bang for your buck! They went above and beyond and restored my car at an awesome price. Dont believe the bad things said about Maaco, at least this location focuses on quality #1.The paint job looked excellent, except for a little bump of dirt that got under the paint, leaving the bump in the finished paint. This is common, and there is even a disclaimer because it really is impossible to control. I only take away .5 stars becasue they didnt offer any solution to fix it (even for a charge).Either way, I will definitely go back. It will be a while, because mine has a 5 yr warranty on shine or peeling.
