I spoke with Glendale Auto Body on November 16th, 2016 and Mike told me to take my car to them the following day which was November 17th at 8am and I did just that. Mike and Matthew went with me to the Enterprise and stated I would only need to have a rental for a week from the 17th of November to November 24th. December 2nd was the estimated completion date by insurance inspector. Matthew stated it wouldnt be complete until the 1st of December. I called him on the 1st and Matthew told me that they ordered him a wrong part and he had to reorder it. He then informed me that I could pick it up on December 5th. That day came and I called Matthew that morning asking when I could pick my car up and he said that it wasnt ready because they were still waiting on the part but he stated everything else was complete. He said it would be complete on December 7th. December 7th came and Matthew stated that the car was painted and it wasnt dry yet. He said it would be ready on December 12th. December 12th came and he said yes it will be ready by 4pm. I got out of work early and my fiance and I went the their shop to pick up my car and Mike who works for Matthew stated it wasnt complete. Then another worker there told me, Didnt Matthew call you? I told him no and he tried to argue with me. Mike told me that he would go pick up the car and to give him an hour. My husband and I went to run an errand and came back no one was at the office. I then called Matthew at 5:45pm and he told me, You didnt get my text? I told you it wasnt going to be ready because the paints not dry? Tuesday came and I told Matthew I need my car I cant afford to be missing work when he told me that it was going to be ready. He told me that it would be ready December 14th. I told him I would pick it up at 9am and he told me it wouldnt be ready until the afternoon. I talked to him at 11am and he said it would be ready at 4pm. I received a call from him at 3:30pm stating that I would have to pick up my car at the paint shop which was located on 57th Ave. and Bethany Home. My coworker took me to get my car and the owner there told me it wouldnt be ready for another 1.5 hours. I told him Matthew told me it was going to be ready. The owner, Rudy of _____ stated that Matthew came to him on December 8th and gave him a couple of parts and told him to put them on and paint the parts and scratches. Matthew did not give him the estimate report from progressive and did not inform him that the car was in an accident. I then proceeded to come back at 6:30pm to find my car looking worse that what it did when I first took it to them. The paint they used was not the same color. The paint was not sanded down or buffed. The inside of my car was full off dusted paint. Parts didnt look like they were on correctly and there was still piece of my car missing. Rudy of ___informed me that it was still not dry. My husband and I went to meet with Matthew and Mike on December 16th and they informed me that this is not how they do business and they contracted out with this shop for the fisrt time because they were slammed with cars and they told me to come in on December 26th and they would personally fix everything themselves. That day came and they did not contact me. My husband called Matthew at 10am on the 26th and there was no answer. My husband then proceeded to call again at 1:30pm and Matthew asked if we could bring it in on Wednesday December 28th. We told him we would not be doing business with him anymore because he is still not communicating with us and making excuses once again. He received $4000 from my insurance company and I paid almost $800 in rental fees! I have filed with the better business bureau and will be filling suit! Pictures attached are my final result! Had to pay $1800 to get it fixed correctly!

This place is horrible... please dont go here! They will take your insurance money and your car will never be fixed!! Your car will not be ready within two weeks either. They have cheap parts and they will also tell you to come get your car at night so you cant see the repairs. This place is horrible horrible horrible! They had my car for 39 days. Always said they didnt get calls or text. This place is bs

Hi my name is Chanel Id like to give my review on Glendale autobody I brought my car in at first I didnt believe but everything they said came true they paid my deductible got me a rental car and had my car ready in one week I thought it was Great specially the deductible park good job guys keep up the good work

My son took my 2014 Chevy Cruze to this shop on December 10th, and it is still not done January 17th. All the numbers dont ring, just straight to voicemail. They never respond to texts. The company cashed a almost $7,000 check from my insurance company and said they wont release the car until they get a supplemental from my insurance. They cashed the check at a check cashing place. I dont even believe they have performed any work on this car. I am ready to report this business to the better business bureau and the police since they are holding the car with no reasoning of why. I would never recommend anyone using them. I would not even give 1 star, but it made me in order to write a post.

I will never use this place again. I would have rather paid my deductible. Small job and it lasted more than 4 WEEKS. THEY ARE FRAUDS
