The staff was very friendly and attentive on the other hand the quality of work was poor in my own experience. I was told that certain parts of my vehicle where replace and that was not the case.

Fix Auto was referred from insurance company. Professional but comfortable. Well explained the procedure and pickup time Received a call, the service was down days earlier. Great job.i would recommend their services ..

The office Lady Paula is awesome she handles all the paperwork and theres a lot but knows her stuff. Shes also very helpful and friendly... And.... All the Guys are very knowledgeable and know what there doing. You can feel good about leaving your car with them cuz its gonna get fixed and done right. They went above and beyond in their service! They helped set up a rental car, which picked me up at their place of business and my repairs were done earlier than expected. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I was able to leave the rental vehicle at their business and immediately take my vehicle. I was amazed to find that my vehicle was washed inside and out! I highly recommend!!!

These guys are great. They are super nice and professional. When I dropped of my vehicle, they were nice enough to drop me off at work. They got my car back to me a couple days early and it was like new. I highly recommend this place. They are outstanding!

Took my car in after reading some of the reviews on Google. The people in the office were nice and courteous and explained everything. My bumper needed to be replaced and when I got the car back a week later, it looked brand new. They did an amazing job on my car and I am very happy.

They are great people too have working on your vehicle. They did a really great job on our RV you cant even see where it was damaged. They even painted it and it was matched to look like t he rest of the paint. I highly recommend them to work on your vehicle.

I recently got my car fix at fix auto glendale. And I cant say enough how wonder this place is. I was in a car accident had tons of work to be done and Mike kept me updated with every single thing, even when the car wasnt ready he would call me with updated and status of the progress. Mike was just amazing I had to take the car back, but Mike helped with the process and just gave me a sense of ease. I didnt have to chase them at all. I would give them 20 stars if I could. Ive been using Karls/Fix Auto for many years now and I cant say enough good about this shop. A modern shop staffed and owned by very nice people who go above and beyond to do their jobs the right way.

Staff was friendly, repairs were done within a week. Its a good place!

This shop had my car for almost a month for rear end damage. They never call and update me, not once in the entire month. I go today to pick up my car and it is horrible work. It does not match up and the truck does not close properly. The shop tells me its a bad job because Geico buys bad parts. This does not make sense, the shop ordered the parts and billed Geico. I wish I could post a picture to show how bad the work is. They do not wave your deductible like most shops. This was a terrible experience, I hope this review saves someone else from being taken advantage of, this shop is living off of its 30 year old reputation, it may have been warranted and one time, but today this is a rip off shop.
