I cannot speak enough good things about these guys!! I originally took my Subaru to a chain shop, Caliber Collison and they made my car worse.. Caliber painted my blue-white Subaru orange-white.. :/ I called Mikeloff and the owner answered, he took a lot of time, attention and care talking with me. When I got my car to Mikeloff they had to not only fix the vehicles original damage from a hit and run, but had to fix the botched job that was done by the first shop I went to. I’m not sure what’s going on with the other reviews, but check Mikeloffs reviews on yelp. You will be SO glad they worked on your vehicle for they do not cut corners at all. They use top notch parts and paint! It may take a little while to get your vehicle back but it is BEYOND worth it.. remember quality, care and craftsmanship is worth getting the job done right the first time. And truthfully I would have saved a lot of time if I just went to Mikeloff to begin with. Perspective! Your vehicle will look like new, at least mine did. :) Thanks peter and the whole Mikeloff Brothers team!

Very slow

Best quality in the area. Family owned. Honest people. I have used them for 4+ years on many cars. The 1 star review its not in line with others experience that I know.

This was one of the best businesses i have ever been to. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. They gave incredible feedback through the whole process. I have never felt more taken care. I recommed everyone bring their car here.

Peter, you seemed pleasant and diligent when we met but your team did a very unsatisfactory job for my mother. I’m beyond disappointed with the time delayed cost and the detailing in your work.You also left key items out of my mother’s car when she picked up 5 days late and have been unresponsive and unprofessional every step. $7000+ for disappointing work and service.

WARNING! Do not use this company. I took my car in for an estimate. I waited a long time and finally they said it would take time. I agreed to get a rental car and come back tomorrow. I was first told $1200, then $2000 and finally $2800. I declined services. They then charged me $200 for the estimate. I later got my car fixed for $600 at another place. The estimate and car rental was more than the price to fix my windshield. This place is crazy over priced. Dont us them.

My car was taken to this shop for repairs after an accident. Car was kept deliberately for nearly 5 months! Ana the front desk clerk is lousy and a completely dishonest!I was lied to my face numberous times by Ana about parts not being available and fakePromises on when my car would be ready.I took my car to Toyota and they found that major components and wiring were not put back together! They refused to pay my invoice on a job that the dealership had to complete for The Mikeloff team.Peter, the owner was also dishonest and I documented all his lies, thank God I did. This shop has cost me nothing but stress and agony. I am now working with a governmental agency after reporting them to many companies. Filed a formal complaint and now it’s time they pay for taking forever to fix my car and not properly repairing it!Shame on you Ana and Mr. Mikeloff.

Terrible place, i took my car to the shop to get the bumper fixed and a few scratches removed. After a week of ignoring my calls i had to call them and demand that they start with my car. After a few more days i came into the shop to pick up my car and was charged 250 dollars while they didnt even touch my car. In recap they are very rude and kepted my car for over a week while not touching it and than when they called me and said its ready i came in to find nothing was done to the car but was still charger 250 dollars. Never come to this place they are a bunch of clowns.
