When we pulled into parking lot to pick up my Dads car we only had 10 minutes before they closed. The person I was supposed to talk to had already left. So I went back outside and they locked the doors and closed the big gate where the cars are kept. To my surprise the lady working in the office came back outside and said she talked to the employee that had left and said she would get me my Dads car! So she opened the big gate and drove it out! We will go back to them from now on for all of our car needs!!! Thank you Desert Edge.
