$3000 20 trips back and forth to give these guys opportunity to make it right replaced every part in the system.I should have taken them to court but was convinced to spend an additional $1000 to replace another part and when I took it in all that was wrong was a compressor went out on top of the $2000 I already spent on the A/C. would work 2-3 days and would quit every time a person with my medical condition shouldnt have went through this no one should have to go through this!! Now a year later I want to drive the car but have to spend additional money and find a good mechanic shop that can get this done.not just throw parts and money at it! I bought another car and will never take either one to this place ever!!

Im meticulously picky when it comes to my Doctor, Dentist,& yes Mechanic! Chad guarantees his work and he is true 2 his word. He has serviced my Range Rover for sometime now. He is what we call in New York THE BEST... and we say that with a convincing attitude...

Probably the most professional and well rounded service I have ever experienced. For the first time ever I felt I was truly taken care of In all aspects of my repair. Went in for a transmission issue and instead of being mislead or over charged the facility called my manufacturer and actually got the issue covered through them instead of over hanging me or being deceptive.The service care and representatives (Sandy and Eddie) were stellar in every sense of the word. Will do business with them from now on and will make sure to spread the word as well.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION . This place shares your information without your knowledge or consent. They gave my old information to CarFax, who created an account without my permission . The information is then made public and shared with insurance companies to make you look bad so they can increase your car insurance rates and devalue your car. This CarFax report is completely wrong . I moved and go to a new mechanic so I no longer am able to prove that the car has been properly serviced, nor should I have to prove anything. There is no way of reaching a human, no way to call CarFax to have your information removed from their database . Once they have your information you are screwed . So either you are forced to keep updating the profile or your report will show that you had terrible maintenance while you owned the car .UPDATE: a week after I posted this I received a letter from my insurance company . . . based on the incorrect carfax info received from Certified Autoworks your policy has increased by $1919.00 a 139.4% increase

I love A-Certified, Chad and Eddie provide the best service. When I drop off my car they take good care of it, and I KNOW the work is going to be right. I’ve been going to them almost four years and always completely satisfied. Good prices and excellent service. This is the only shop that I will take my BMW too!!

Ive been coming to A Certified for about 4 years now and Im always grateful to the owners, Chad and Eddie, and their team of great technicians like John and last years new addition in their customer service department, Sandy. They do great work on my 2007 Audi A4 and will not lie to you about your car. Ive only met a couple of great car technicians and service/repair shops in my life. Most are dishonest and have no integrity. All I can say is that Chad and Eddie have great integrity when it comes to running their shop.

I have only great things to say about my experience with A Certified Autowork Inc. I needed a safe choice for my auto repairs and saw some great reviews online. My experience was no different. It was like taking my car to a trusted family member. I was able to bring my car in the next morning after my initials call. There was no charge for the diagnosis of mt auto. Eddie handled my care and he was great. After I left my vehicle, He called me 4 times during the time he and his capable staff worked on my car. His communication was clear and honest. He even drove to the nearest dealership to pick up the part I needed. The end cost was a huge savings from having the dealership do the work.I thank all the staff for their wonderful service!

I did not feel this place treated me fairly. I had some work done here and was over charged, according to another mechanic. They suggested I return for a tune up. My car does that automatically. A tune is unnecessary.

The mechanics did a full inspection a audi I was about to purchase. They were able to point out issues that needed to be addressed which i got the dealer to cover. Definitely will return and have all my Audi work done here.

Best Experience.....I have a 2005 VW Golf I thought had a starter problem. Took the car to a few shops and they told me I needed a new starter. I got quotes from $350-$500. I found Chad at A Certified Auto and called and asked how much for a new starter. He insisted I bring the car for a check to make sure it was the starter. Turns out it was a loose wire or something!!! All I cared about was that he charged me $45 to fix it. He could of sold me a new starter and would not have known any better! Thank you Chad. Car is working great. Highly recommend this place.

I am truly impressed with the work that has been done on my 2003 Audi A4 1.8T quattro. Eddie and his staff were nothing but polite, concise, clear, and most importantly honest about the work that was being done. Their price is very fair and I am utmost satisfied with their repairs. Their itemized invoice is very clear and before any repairs are being done, Eddie will personally call you and explain what needs to be done and why. Eddie and his team made me feel comfortable and with some of the horror stories that one hears about car mechanics ripping their customer off, I can only give A Certified AutoWork my stamp of approval. I am definitely coming back for any future repair work (if needed) and they have definitely won me over as a valued customer.

Eddie and his workers are worth 10 stars !!! I brought my 1991 Firebird to 4 other mechanics, including the Chevrolet dealership, and no one could find what was wrong with it. Eddie said to me there is nothing that cant be fixed. He was so right. Finding parts for my old car isnt easy, but he did that, too. My car is running in top shape.
